《So I guess this is a Video Game World.》Chapter 15: The new King of Kemna

So begun the search of someone able to manage Kemna, there was an official announcement about the death of the king and technology being sold for cheap to all of the countries until someone managed Kemna. Even if Angeluna could be seen as aggressive and lusting for power at first, no casualties besides the previous king were made. And he wasn't of the greatest reputation already because of him keeping all of the technology for himself. And selling it for cheap to everyone will probably make Angeluna new allies. And that monsters can not only destroy. So that should be fine.
Aevy suddenly had an idea. Why not do like Bergen, and do a democratic vote? But Nell declared
-That would be a false good idea. There are many rich people who were supporting the previous king. And with money come power. So they would be many votes for them, and the situation would become the same again, or even worse.
-Well...There is someone building a certain wall in our world. And that's not a good wall.
I was the only one to understand what I was talking about. Aevy being here for two years he could not know about this wall that Mexicans are gonna pay for it. Ahah... Democracy is a bitch everywhere.
After some times, it was decided that we will all three judge anyone who will candidates for the post. And chose who will be the King between all of them.
First, we have chosen that it should be at least some guy level 100 or more. So he doesn't die at the first challengers. Second, that he let the sentient monster who didn't do anything live their life peacefully. Third, that he doesn't keep the all of the firearms and everything's else for the country only. Besides for the level 100, they were hidden standards. But they could be easily guessed. So we will see if they lie or not.And if they lie, Nell will probably kill them.

3 days passed...Only some of the candidates were level 100 or more...But Aevy and I could see levels above their heads. That also was an ability that only those from another world have.Aevy and I really have a lot of advantages compared to normal people.
They were even someone who tried to stop us and retake Kemna in the names of humans...Until Nell punched them.He didn't come back though.
After even more hours...We found some level 120 dude with a pretty basic look.Brown short hair, average face...The only thing that was not average was his level.
-So, your name?
-My name is Angelo, noble of this city.
We asked for the name but we could see it right next to his level. It was pretty useless to ask but didn't draw attention. So a noble huh? That's a way to start.
-What will you do for the city Angelo.
-Well.I can't promise anything besides that all monsters have my support...
...For some reason that was a great speech in my opinion. And he seemed to be sincere. But Nell declared.
-And what do you think you could do? If you don't have any promises, what would you do? Stand here and do nothing?
-Well first. Selling technology, the country is in a poor financial state. And I hope to improve it. If I can't make any promises, I want to try to make a living paradise for everyone in this country!
He seemed rather serious about this. And he seems rather aware about the subject. Nell then said:
-Well, thank you for your time. Now you can go. We will inform you if you are chosen or not.
He left. This one was really short. The other ones were like at least 30 minutes long, but this one lasted 5 minutes! I asked to Nell and Aevy their opinions.

-So, in your opinions?
-He seems to be a nice guy. But completely lacks the necessary skills.
Nell directly said that. I replied:
-Well, the others ones were not better. Between this guy who was literally level 5 and tried to say he was level 255 or the one who wanted our eradications and said it right in front of us...
-I will agree with Vak'. Of all of them, he seemed the most...Intelligent.
-Sigh, well. I guess we can give him a chance. But you don't need to be nice and have ideas to manage a country. Especially if you're out of your own.I learned it myself.
I guess this is right. Managing a country is a hard thing to do. So we decided to let Angelo manage this nation, and if he fails at his job, Nell will fire him and choose another person. After all, Kemna in now Angeluna properties, so she has the right to choose another people to rule over.
After all of this Aevy finally told me.
-So, now that we are free. Gonna power leveling?
YES!Free levels!But Nell said:
-Sorry but this will be without me. I have a lot of works to do...Agh...
-Ok.So only you and me Vak'.
I'm fine with this.I will still gain a lot of levels. So let's go!

A (Not So) Simple Fetch Quest
Oh great hero! The evil Demon Lord has once again arisen to terrorise our lands, and we have summoned you to save our people! No, we don't want you to fight the demon lord! Of course not; we're the good guys! What sort of good guys kidnap people from other worlds and force them to take part in wars that have nothing to do with them? That would just be plain evil! We'd be no better than the demons! Katie, after her summoning by an excessively loud mage suddenly takes an unexpected twist, is sent off on a simple fetch quest, with a promise that she'll be back home in five minutes at most. She doesn't even need to leave the building. Alas, when a goddess' blessing causes her wish for an actual adventure to be taken rather more literally than she expected, she finds herself lost in a dark cave, far away from the sword she was supposed to acquire and far too close to a population of giant bugs. Still, at least she wished her life wasn't in any danger. Among other things. Be careful what you wish for. You might just get it. This is a dark litRPG adventure, both in terms of Katie accidentally wishing all the lights out, and also in that she loses as often as she wins, often with horrific and disturbing consequences. Luckily, Katie isn’t the sort of person to let a mere grizzly death or two get her down, and is prepared to try, try and try again to get her hands on the holy sword and finally complete her ‘simple’ fetch quest. Or perhaps—with a few resistance skills under her nightie—she might even come to enjoy losing. Not that she’d ever consider forgoing revenge, even if she did. I’ve ticked all the content warning checkboxes for this one. There’s no explicit sexual content, but there are enough references to justify the warning. Profanity happens rarely, but Katie isn’t averse to swearing when she gets particularly angry. As for gore/trauma, it doesn’t get much worse than the first few chapters, but there will be occasional chapters that have extra content warnings.
