《So I guess this is a Video Game World.》Chapter 18: The Kitsune Village

We moved into my chamber, if something important was said, i don't want to be responsible of this.
So, this Arthur right here explained to me that the Queen sent a message to the Kitsune Village, telling them that a friend from her was granted the access to the Village, another Kitsune, so me, and she also sold the fact that I was from another world... Damn it. I would like to keep it secret to not cause a mess and keep living more or less peacefully but I guess she decided that this wasn't an option... Great. Now if this message were to be spread, there goes my tranquility.
-So, if you want to come to the Kitsune Village, it can be done right now!
-I guess so... So, where do we need to go?
-Actually, nowhere! Hold onto my hand.
I was confused, nowhere? I did what he told me to do and hold his hand. Suddenly, he began to chant something in a language that I didn't know.
-Determination, it is what we need. Determination, it is what we use. Kitsune Village is our destination!
Now that I think of it, it's weird that i can speak the same language than everyone. And it seems to be universal... Except for this one. Right after he finished, he took some sort of ruby who was hidden in his tail, brandished it in the sky and an intense light swallowed us. I was forced to close my eyes because of that.
When the light dissipated, we were at the entrance of the Kitsune Village... All of this feel... So japenese, the houses, the decorations, from what i could see, even the inhabitants were mostly dressed like some traditional japeneses!
-Here we are! Feel free to visit our village or to ask me informations! And take this. It will allow you to come back in our village and to leave it at anytime.

He gived me a black gemstone, But I have a question.
-If i can use it like that...What did you used this incantation?
-...No real reason. I used our language because it feels cooler than just a stupid teleportation...
- "Our"?
-The Monsters language. You don't know about it?
-Why would I?
-...Oh yes. You were not a Kitsune in your previous life. It is the language that's all sentient monsters learn to speak first. Then we learn the international language, so pretty much all monsters can speaks both of the languages... You really should learn it! Just in case.
Why do I learn about this only now? Sigh. It really feels like I still have a lot to learn about this world. Well i didn't get transported 2 years ago live Aevy so I guess that's kinda normal i don't know much.
After that, Arthur and I did a tour of the village, it wasn't really big like Angeluna, I would give him something like 300 citizens. So that's not big at all.
There also was a forest surrounding all of the village. Arthur explained me
-The forest is the limit of the village. Nothing but an endless void is present at the end of the forest. This place is a really tiny dimension created by the God of the Monsters. God Hasaki.
-This name... It seems familiars... Oh! I remember! It is the same Hasaki than the Statue at Angeluna!
-Yes, indeed. God Hasaki created this tiny place for the Kitsune to live peacefully and even teached them some jokes. At least that's what the legends told.
-He seems... Not really god-like for a god...
After i told that, Arthur hitted me on the head
-Pay your respects to him you fool! Our God jokes are the best in the universe!

-Okay okay! They are the best!
God it's like some religious people come into my home and boasted about the greatness of their religion and God. Except i'm in their house so it's even worse.
-Annnd, what jokes your God teached you?
-Puns. Lot of puns. I would they are "godly" puns.
Oh god. Why did you do that. Why of all of the jokes this has to be puns. And they are really bad in top of that... I stared Arthur not in a good way.
-Hey! Kitsunes are supposed to like jokes!
-I likes good ones.
-Wait wait! I have a good ones! Knock knock!
-...Who's there?
I sighed.
-Boo.
-Boo who?
-Aw don't cry buddy! Let me console you!
Please someone kill me. I started to step back and leave alone Arthur.
-Hey! Don't turn "tail" from me!
-Stop it.
-It's only the beggining of our "tail"
-Stop it for God sakes.
-God would like it. He loves the de"tail"
-What it this punfest even for!
-To make you laugh! It's "punny"!
I dunno why but I raised a smile even tought I didn't liked it.
-Ah! You're smiling! I did it!
-Yeah you did it...Now i'm leaving.
-Finnaly, you were all "ears" about my jokes.
He grabbed for an instant one of my ear... Why do I even smile at these jokes!
I used the gemstone and a light surrounded me, one instant after that, i was back into my room. I was finally at peace. I could come back at the Kitsune Village if i wanted... Probably in a long time, the puns were too strong. So, I guess now that i'm back on the regular dungeoning and questing. To be honest, even if it's dangerous, it missed me.

The Crisis on Planet 9
Welcome to the dream colony Planet 9, where the streets are stained by blood and the buildings are filled with human remains. The creatures roaming among the abandoned cars and flying vehicles resemble almost to perfection the mindless cannibalistic zombies born from the fictional nightmares of mankind. The cities were built in the retro style of the 21st century, but the technology of the 24th century is ever present, mostly within the bodies of those mortally challenged monstrosities. After all, what turned them into these things was not an evolved organic virus, an alien disease, or some sort of magical artifact, it was the corrupted and reprogrammed nanobots within their bodies. Originally, they were meant to heal them and help them access the tech around them, but now they were the origin of this disaster. Among the rotting dead and the Nano-Z, as the survivors called them, Kardian Pandora awakens two months after getting bit by one of them. A young teacher at the local Resonance High, foolish and naive in his own way, but now driven by the Sapient AI in the nanobots inside his body to hunt down other Nano-Z and learn how to survive. For now, his only goal is to become strong enough and rejoin his students and fellow colleagues, foolishly hoping to somehow be able to get back to the time when the undead did not rule the streets. Will Kardian be able to survive in this new savage world or will his naive outlook lead him to a dead end? Volume 1 can be bought on Amazon: Resonance High
