《Fantasy into Fallout》Chapter 3

We were still running, after three days… we barely got any sleep… we were only running… I think we got away from the dragon and troll.
But, I’m not sure. They could be out there. Stalking us silently.
“Ash, go to sleep, they’re gone, you have to stop worrying” Jason said, as he quickly drifted off to sleep.
“O- okay, goodnight Jason…” I said, as I tried to go to sleep… it didn’t work and I ended up staying awake for the whole night.
---
I woke up the next day, to the sound of Jason screaming and explosions.
“ASH!!! GET UP!!!” Jason shouted at me… as he was being tackled by a reaper.
“SHIT, JASON!!!” I shouted as I kicked the reaper off of Jason.
“Grrrr” the reaper began growling at me and pounced onto me and stabbed me in the shoulder, causing a large amount of blood to come out.
“GET. OFF. HIM!!!” Jason shouted as he hit the reaper on the back of the head with a random pipe. It didn’t prove to be that effective, but it did distract it, long enough for me to get away from the reaper and kick it in the face.
“GRRRR!!!!” It growled and pounced onto Jason and stabbed him in the chest, causing blood to come out rapidly…
“Fireball!!!” he said and a ball of fire hit the reaper in the chest, the recoil made it fly into a nearby wall, then he said:
“Quickly, run!”
And, we ran… and shut the door behind us… we looked into the sky to see the source of the explosions… it was a guy in an old tank shooting at a dragon!
He brazenly sat in the middle of the George plaza, one of the main attractions of Manhattan, while driving a vehicle similar to a tank, just the rear part seems to have suffered continuous explosions.

The reddish dragon roared in the sky, and it lifted it wings, opening fire at once to the man.
The man was neither anxious nor excited, instead he wiped the sweat on his chest away and aimed at the dragon in the sky.
BAM!
With one single shot, he managed to block the incoming fire and attack the dragon. The dragon roared, but trails of green blood could be seen dropping from near his wings. But the dragon roared yet again, and this time, the buildings around the Plaza collapsed. The man himself was unfazed, but we had to hide from the debris.
Come to think of it, in the last days there’s been quite a lot of debris raining down. I grabbed a metal plate. It was slippery and I couldn’t get a good grip on it. So I grabbed a wooden plank in another pile of debris and used it as a shield, in case more debris fell down.
And more debris did fall down, exactly where I used my plank... holy shit, I’m lucky!
“Jesus, Ash… you okay?!” said Jason.
“Yeah, I’m peachy!” I said, with a hint of joy in my voice. Jason just stared at me. “Okay, dude, okay.”
Then, the plank started to break under the pressure.
“SHIT!” I threw the plank away, at the same time the plank was breaking in half. “Let’s hide!” I said.
The old man in the plaza was still firing at the dragon. “Hey, old man,” I said, “Come hide with us. There’s a reaper running around”.
“I’m not old, I’m only 40!” The old man replied.
“Sure you are!” Jason threw debris towards the old man. “Now, if you want to live, then either come with us or we’re gonna bury you in debris.”

“Why, what did I do to you?” The old man replied as he shot towards the dragon again.
“We need to distract the dragon, so come with us! We’ll use the debris as a distraction!” Jason replied.
“I don’t need no distraction.” The old man replied. “Just wait, you guys, once I’m finished with the dragon, I’ll get you!”
“What did we do to him?” Jason whispered to me.
“You just threatened him.” I grabbed a random gun on the ground and shot at the dragon “So, we’re gonna help him!”
The dragon flew down and shot fire towards the tank. The man replied with another bullet, but this time the dragon evaded the bullet. Clearly this dragon is more intelligent than the dragon chasing after us earlier, now he knows what actually hit him.
“Jason, grab a gun! We’re gonna kill this fucker!” I shot at the dragon a few more times, trying to catch its attention. Jason grabs a gun on the ground and blankly stared at it, confused.
“I’d rather use magic against it, thank you. Icicle” He said as he gathered energy and threw a large icicle towards the dragon.
“What’cha hell are you doing!?” the old man shouted as he shot at the dragon, again.
“Let’s just say, it’s magic!” I replied as I kept shooting at the dragon.
“That son of a bitch does magic!?” the old man said as he shot at the dragon again.
The dragon got fed up with the tank and bit it in half, luckily the old man survived and is now running to us.
“Oh shit, help!” he said as he pulled out a pistol and shot the dragon seven times before he had to reload.
“Come on!” I said as I shot at the dragon a couple more times.
“You can make it! Fireball, Fireball, Fireball, Fireball, Fireball” Jason said as five small balls of fire started turning around his arm and he then said: “FIRE!!!” and the small balls of fire hit the dragon in the eye… and the dragon fell.
Then I got a weird blue screen with words on it and it said:
Level up!
Level up!
Level up!
Level up!
You are now level [50]
You have slain a level [60] Red Dragon.
You have gained a title: Dragonsbane
You have gained a title: Player
“What the hell!!!???”

Doctored Chance: The Unpleasant Preceding of "Pajama Boy" and What Drove Him to Murder
I, Mick Chadwick, regret to inform my readers that this memoir contains nothing but the truth, which in the case of Tobias MacClain, most ridiculed as Pajama Boy, is far from pleasant. If you seek to relate to a hero more than to aspire to them and have the stomach for unpleasant things such as a hero left for dead, villainous scars, bomb threats, and murderous intent, then look no further. All of these gruesome things and more await from my research, and though I do not wish them on any man or woman, I cannot bear this burden on my own much longer. In the words of Tobias MacClain himself, "Sometimes, a villainous act can cause the greatest good." I hope that all my villainous acts of sneaking, blackmailing, diary-reading, and grave-digging, among others, will be redeemed as I present this complete and truthful memoir to the world, and with any luck, open eyes to the truth of what we call "villainy". Doctored Chance: The Unpleasant Preceding of "Pajama Boy" and What Drove Him to Murder ********* MATURE FILTER IS FOR:- violence- graphic imagery (blood, burns, fairly dark headspaces)- cartoon depiction of burn scars for visual aid Despite graphics, Mick Chadwick's writing keeps Mr. MacClain's terrible tale light somehow. This is foremostly a comedy.

Mana Tank Magus
Jonathan Orville has had a thoroughly enviable life, completely devoid of pain or suffering. Though his life is tragically cut short due to a sharp rock, he would never regret his perfectly positive life where nothing bad ever happened to him, ever.Even though he doesn't regret it at all, he still finds himself summoned to the netherworld for a new adventure as livestock for a needlessly attractive demoness who is totally probably in love with him. This is a story about using the power of positive thinking to overcome adversity. Demonic forest fires, consumption of souls, rivers of blood and rampant carnage; none of these can get in the way of a dedicated effort to think positively.Newest chapters at: https://manatankmagus.wordpress.com/This location is likely to stay a bit behind. I am very lazy. :DDISCLAIMER: My primary purpose here is Comedy rather than badass skills and righteous adventures (although there's some of that too). The main character can be a little bumbling at times and has a much higher opinion of himself than justified. If you really dislike that kind of thing, this is probably not for you.
