The operator in the pilot seat is Gin Frescho. He's a normal size guy but loves to operate large machines. The metal gear prototype is a humanoid shape. It is filled with the latest technology. Nuclear missiles, radiation weapons, ion cannon, hydrogen reactor, regenerating liquid metal, bio weapons, electrical weapons, incendiary weapons, obviously guns, and more.It also have a huge whip sword that can destroy almost anything in it's path.

Gin [Let's test this guy's weapons.]

Gin aim and fire it's main ion cannon from it's right arm making big giant explosions to a small beam. The cannon can reach up to 50 km away but it's speed is only 500 meters per second. That's a little over 1.5 the speed of sound. A radiation field kills all living things. The lighting rod gun can be directed at a single target or can be a field of lighting.

Activiting all weapons will be impossible for Gin but using the weapons that only needs electricity is feasible. This saves ammunition. The ion cannon blast can kill people 30 meters in radius and it's radiation field is double that. The lighting field is the same range as it's radiation field.

The metal gear weapon is one of the tools for the making of the country Jack desires. Metal Gear is designed to be a vehicle to carry the most weapons with just a single person. Carrying almost every type of weapons with the minimum amount of personal is a terrifying thought and an effective unit on the battlefield. Pion may not have a lot of manpower but they have a shit ton of resources at their disposal.

This section was overlook and lead by Sol Fruck who is also the Vice President of America. He is currently 14 years old like Jack but comes from out of the Arpeggios. Instead he's a from some country that calls themselves an empire even though they are in no condition to be one other than a religious. He came to the Arpeggios Continents for making a company and get into multiple industries. He is not only a supremely good leader and super intellegent but also the strongest person other than Jack himself somehow. If Raiden and Dead Eye try to fight Sol and this next guy that I going to mention all try to gang up on him. Sol will easily destroy all of them including the other super soldiers if he had the chance.

Kelvin Sanchez is the main executive of America. He's third in command of all of America. Just like Jack and Sol, Kelvin is a downgraded version of those two. He's also the third strongest. He's not as strong as Sol and Jack as previously mention but he can face all the other super soldiers with some sucess. He's in charge of the military. He was an orphan that travel to Pion after the third WGW. He's currently 23 years old.

There even an higher order that is good for a future country of America. A representative Republic won't be effective enough to govern the entire country. You need a fix government that correspond with multiple types of government. This new government is part fascism, oligarchy, representative republic, democracy, and communism.

Fascism and Oligrachy-

President- The head of the entire country and is above the law

Vice president- Number 2 of the country and only follow the president layout for them. He can even terminate an executive status.

Main Executive- In charge of the other executive and can block and terminate their orders.

Executives- Picked by the President himself. Can issue executive orders and is higher than the prime minster. Can take control of the situation that they can control themselves.

The philosophy here is that the country is so big that they need multiple supreme leaders to rule it. Nobody really want such a responsibility unless they are able to do the work easily. In reality they really don't have to do anything and the only thing that push them to this position is the hard work and determination.

Representaitive republic and democracy and communism-

Any of these position can be throw away by the titles above and can be picked by them.

Prime Minister- Elected by the electoral college and is the head of the minister branch. Can pick his own ministers.

Supreme court judges- Picked by the Prime Minister and voted in by the Legislative branch.

Sentators and House of Representative- Works exactly like the US legislative branch but at a much bigger scale as there 4,000 sentators and 20,000 representatives.

Governors-Elected by their states.

Mayors- Elected by their cities

Country workers- People who have fallen into hardships or debt. The government will pay their debts but in exchange for work. Gets low pay but gets living space, free food, and have no tax. Free classes in their free time. Eventually go back to regular society after paying their debts. People who have hardships is able to get out of this system whenever they want. They get 20 dollars a day. (average)

This system is not expected to work all the time so there are the branch above that is suppose to cut the stalemate.

In order to conqueror the countries and make one large superpower you must have the ideology that the people who follow. This is already happening to the continents that are attacked. There is no way couple million soldiers is going to control a civilization that has over a trillion people. The dark way to deal with things is cut down the numbers. This accomplish by metal gears, bombings and senting troops to the battlefield. The war is suppose to go on for 2 years and another 2 year recovery period before senting the name of America to the rest of the world.

Manpower is a weakness in Jack's plan but to make up for it he has advanced technology. However, no technology is good without the right resources. Resources is huge in Jack's plan to get enough materials to make operation run. Sol is in charge of this and the islands that are suppose to negotiate is already been establish by us and is produce materials as we speak. 65% of the countries work is devoted to resources. 35% is for the rest of Pion. Money is not an issue for Jack because instead of gold, he plans on using the dollar currency and try to bankrupt the other countries. He also can loot their banks and melt to gold into blocks making them not really usuable for currency. He then can exchange it for dollar bills. Yes, people will lose some money but hopefully not that much.

* I'm going to rush the 4 years because it's going to be an endless cycle of really the same stuff of destroying things and all of these big things.

- Month 1- defend the Goldlock Empire. Save Jack's family.

-Month 3- Sent troops to every continent in the Arpeggio

-Month 5- Establish a firm hold in the ground.

-Month 9- Keep bombing the population

-Month 12- Don't give in to their negotiations

-Month 15- Kill more people and gain more territory

-Month 20- People start accepting America as the new government and country

-Month 23- The war ended

After the war many things has happened.

-The entire population is cut by a little more than half.

-Technology have increased greaty

-Pion developed into a super technological and industrial place.

-The currency switch from metals to plastic money and not paper money. (1 gold coin= 100 dollars.)

- The entire country is depended on Pion right now

- Resource filled islands are taken by Jack and is used to their fullest potential

- The new country is named United Continental Union of America or UCUA

After the war everybody pretty much excepted their new identity and government. 2 years later the country turn into a super quick developing country. The country became a powerhouse. With a population a little over a trillion people Jack have the 29th most populated country in the world. Taking care of such a country is not an easy job with positions to field and people to overlook them. Even with the superhuman stats Jack, it is still very hard. After those two years with all the position field. The executives and above have a ton of free time and a developed country with a 80 billion personal in the military. Making the soldier to population ration just under 7%.
