As soon as I activated the skill, a big red "mouth" appeared and bit down on him, I felt some resistance, but I did it. When it finished, there was nothing left, except for a huge crater where he stood. A grin grew on my face as I thought 'if I can do this... I can become the strongest being! Unrivalled and Peerless!'
I was overjoyed by this. " hehehe-HEHEEHEE *gasp* HAAHAHAAHAAA" I was so happy that I started laughing like a maniac. But, it was then that I felt excruciating pain run through my whole body snap me out of my delusions. I could feel something growing on my shoulder blades and I can feel my nails becoming harder, I can feel something growing on my temples. Then I passed out.

***Arcien's POV***
'He isn't Gyro? What? But those four tails... the fuck? I acted all cool there and im actually doing it to a different person? HOW EMBARRASSING! I have to leave now' I stand up and walk past him. "We'll meet again.." I said, trying to act cool. "Wait!" The little boy called out, 'what now! Can't you see that It's really awkward! T,T' It was then that I felt a dreadful aura behind me, scared, I activate all magic that reinforce my defense. 'Oooh that stung, but this BRAT... is annoying! I have to get rid of him' I put on my most smug look and turn my head to look at him.
"You're too weak!" I shout and attempt to intimidate him. But his face just becomes more twisted and a scary grin appears on his face... 'Fucking shit that's Terrifying!' He starts exuding an aura of death, the air starts becoming colder and I can feel all the hair on my neck standing up. 'Shit! Move! Why won't my legs move! We're gonna die!'

"DEVOUR!" He shouted.. 'haa~ I guess this is where I die then... DIE MY FOOT! I won't die here! I won't allow it!' I used aqua barrier, earthen skin, flame wall, and even tried using space magic to teleport, but it was useless, it was all swallowed the moment it was casted.
Just when i thought I died, it turns out that I didn't, I can't move but I can still feel my consciousness. 'Well then I guess I'll just wait here..'

'...-ait here...' as soon as I heard this, I woke up... "uggh" my head feels woozy again. I feel stronger, lighter and I can feel the amount of aura I have skyrocketed. 'Okay first, let's get out of here, 5% should be enough to jump out of here right?' I jump and a thought comes to mind. I can just fly.. I try moving my wings but It didn't work.. well SHIT. I'm currently falling at a very fast speed, then I hear a familiar voice in my head. 'ohhh so this is where I went...' that voice... 'arcien?' I call out, 'hallo! Okay, Boy! use air magic and create a pad of air you can jump off of." I did as he said and I hit the air pad.
Okay... JUMP! As I did so, I hit a mountain... "-okay... well, I guess we will hole ourselves in here until we get our power under control-" said arcien

"Hey Arc, if I ate you, does that mean I'm the new dragon king? Huehuehue" Arcien the replies "-well... yeah... it's tradition that if a dragon king get defeated by another dragon, said dragon becomes the next dragon king, and since i'm with you now, I have to teach you how to become stronger-"

College student majoring in botany has a fateful encounter with truck-kun while trying to get back in shape after realizing that his freshman 15 turned into the sophomore 20, and then the junior 30. After going through a very amusing(to some) hell, he gets the chance to transmigrate into a body of his own design on a magical world. Playing to his strengths, he chose the Plantkin race, and the new name of Sorrel to match. This is a slow-paced, magical, slice-of-life story with a focus on relationships. There will be sex(I'll try to keep the explicit stuff to a minimum, but it will be there), swearing, really bad jokes, and enough food to spoil your diet. There will not be a lot of action, epic quests to save the world, or anything even remotely resembling a big-bad-evil-guy(a few smaller bad guys, sure. But, no BBEG). Note: This is a re-write of my first story "Congratulations, You're Dead!". And, is much more what I wish I had written in the first place. The characters and the world are very similar, with a few key differences. The story may borrow some elements from Congrats, but should be considered as its own work. Reading Congrats first is not needed, or even reccommended, not unless you want to see some really cringey romance in the early chapters.
