《HoneyComb》Bee prepared

I have no idea how long I’ve been flying for, but it was long enough for it to become day apparently, and I'm exhausted!
I fly to a nearby tree and land on a high branch to rest.
What was my goal? To find the nest. Did I even think about turning around when I was obviously going the wrong way? No. I could turn back now, but I just don’t feel like it ya know~
I probably should though, but I must have traveled very far. When the sun came back up I flew up but couldn't see the nest despite how large it was… I must be fast then, probably. I spent a whole night flying, though I'm not sure how long the day or night is here, and my stinger was sticky even after removing the tongue so I wasn't focused on that.
…
Should I go back? It'll be a lot safer then continuing flying to nowhere, but then again I flew very far and going back would be more of a waste of my time.
I could make a house for myself, I'll be safe, but I'll need to secure a food source, which is a flower, but I haven't seen any nearby. I could look around this area, it's a large open area with a single tree in the middle, which I'm on, and a few rocks scattered about.
An open area would be preferable if I want to spot the enemy before it can sneak up on me, but it's very easy to see. And a base in a crowded forest would be hidden but I wouldn't see an enemy if it's sneaky, and I might get lost and forget where it is.
Also there's the problem of how to build it. I could make a snow castle, but It would be too fragile and easy to knock over. I could try ice magic, but I'm not sure how effective It will be. It does build up ice but very little.
Could I make my ice do that? Go from magic laser lv5 to magic build laser lv1? If I could there would only be one problem, I don't know how to use magic points or access a menu!

What is this!? This is no fantasy video game type world! It's still game-like, but not like a mmo type game. This sucks, how will I get stronger if getting stronger isn't even possible!
…
Wait, there's evolving! I didn't gain any levels from killing the frog, but my sisters looked evolved, so something must have caused it! I just need to find out what… is it physical points? But how would I use them to evolve?
I'll probably have plenty of time to find it out, focus on base building is key, but I'm not sure my magic is charged, so I'll have to do this physically somehow for now. I'll build the base in this open area.
I can use the tree as a center point if I build multiple stories, and the tree is big compared to me, probably the width of a car, plenty of surface area and structure support if used as something to tie a rope around… not that I have any.
I fly down from the tree and start digging a perimeter of where the walls will be. I'm gonna use hexagon walls for the bee arritect, I already have the base planned in my head. Don't doubt the creativity of a minecraft player!
After digging in a zigzag pattern around the tree I fly up to see if I like the way I did it.
This is good, from the tree to the forest it's little more than halfway towards the forest, so about ¾ of building space and ¼ outside area, this will work. But now time for walls.
Could I use beeswax? I'm not sure but I think bees make beeswax from glands under their body, but I don't know how to use them. Wish I watched more documentary channels about bee behavior.
For now, mymy plan is to build it up with snow, then add a layer of ice for support, then try to make beeswax to finish the wall to have the classic bee look and hopefully prevent the ice or snow from melting.
I start pushing snow from around the tree towards the wall, eventually l creating a tall compacted snow circle surrounding the tree. First part of the wall is complete, with the snow being about a meter deep, the wall was plenty high.

I don’t know how I didn’t realize this before while digging away from the frog but the grass is white, not like frosted, but its pigment is white, not that it matters but I think it’s strange that other plants are green while grass and trees are not.
At least I got a cool, cold, fancy white floor in my base.
Now I need a wall, I think my magic is full so I’ll start freezing the outside first before the inside. After brute forcing out my magic and almost knocking over the wall, I built a thin layer of ice.
Is that it? I am very disappointed.
I guess while my magic is recharging I’ll find some flowers because I’m 83% sure I’m going to digest myself soon.
So I fly off and start flying around the forest close to the floor to spot any flowers, I also stay close to the base to not lose it, well I could just fly up and see the clearing.
After a few… hours of searching I finally found a flower, a huge one.
This is a huge flower, it’s as tall as a stop sign, how am I gonna bring this to the base? Oh, first I need to dig out the flower.
I start eating the snow around the flower stem, eventually reaching the grass floor. I dig up the dirt a few feet away from the flower to avoid cutting too many roots. After going down a bit I dig to get directly under the flower. Seeing that it’s safe, I dig the flower out.
Ok, flower dugout, now I just need to carry it…
I go towards the flower's base right above the dirt and grab it with my mandibles, trying to limit my strength to try and not cut the stem. I fly up, which was easy at first, until the whole flower came off the ground.
Whoa! Heavy!
When the flower was a few inches off the ground it lost all support from the ground and pulled me down, but I corrected it before it pulled me down.
Maybe I should drag it, but is it safe to drag it with the petals scraping on the ground? And the dirt is starting to weaken and crumble, it’s gonna be hard to plant without the dirt already there to plant it.
I decided to drag it because it’s getting dark, it took a lot of work building the walls and searching for a flower. I was a bit worried that the flower petals would break but it seems that they're not as brittle as I thought.
I eventually reach my base, realizing I might have to bust down a part of the wall to get the flower through, or I could drag it over the wall risking more damage than a controlled demolition.
I’ll just cut out a hole matching the flower to limit damage.
After digging a thin straight line down the wall and creating a half circle at the bottom I pick up the flower by the base again and lift it, then drag it through the wall. When I reach the tree I drop the flower, gently, onto the ground.
I should plant this next to the tree so if it falls I can push it against the tree.
I start digging a hole right at the tree's base digging around the roots, one I have a hole big enough I go over to the flower and grab its stem high up instead of the bottom and lift it. I carefully put down the flower in the hole then rest it against the tree.
After filling and compacting the hole I realize it’s completely dark so I decide to sleep. I've been alive for less than a week and I’m pretty sure this is probably my first time sleeping in this world, can’t wait.
I land on the flower and find a nice soft spot to sleep on and doze off, and my mind slowly sinks awa-
*ding*
Huh!? Another ding? Why now!?

Divine Creatures
Kestra, a [Combat Alchemist] and [Woods Wraith Hunter], is excited to finally receive her third class. But when she attempts to do so, she instead receives a tribulation from the God of Trials, loses her classes, and is informed by the voice of the world that she's been selected to transmigrate with only three days to go. She tries her damnedest to prepare, but even the Elements are different in this new realm. A relatively staid adjustment period is completely abandoned though as she finds that, most distressingly, hundreds of transmigrators have appeared recently with dozens enslaved by the local city lord. Fine! She may have lost her classes and the magic is funky, but she'll be damned if she doesn't have a few true-blue skills up her sleeves. [synopsis re-write by luda305] A light hearted romp where the protag transmigrator *isn't* from Earth. The main story takes place on more of a western xianxia world. Note: profanity tag is because of side characters, and sexual context tag is for some risqué elements before fade-to-black scene. Book 1 is written and scheduled for release a chapter a day till 9/26 (24 chapters total) Book 2 will be added after it is all written. Updated to add fanfic tag because when I picked up the latest Ten Realms I realized that series has had a lot more influence on the setting than I consciously realized. Don't expect military or industrial revolution in xianxia, though.

The Pharaoh's Dancer
"Do you know what to do, Amunet?" A voice as sweet as silk whispered into the young girl's ear. All eyes turned towards the girl dressed in transparent linen with her dark hair tumbling down her back and her violet eyes lined by kohl. Every movement caused the jewels on her wrists and ankles to dangle and shimmer in the light. She raised her head and found the Pharaoh's transfixed stare.
