The Grassy Plains

Aeleus's POV

As Aeleus and Krys started to walk towards the boss spawn area, Aeleus noticed many people staring at him with looks that he couldn't identify. At first he thought that they were jealous because he was the one with Krys and she was very pretty. But more and more people started to look towards them and Aeleus couldn't help but ask one of them a question.

"Excuse me, why is everyone looking at me?" Aeleus asked the guy closest to him.

"Ah well, it's becau---" the guy started

"Don't worry about it! I only pick the best of the best to join me to fight the boss, let's keep going" Krys intervened

"Ah, so that's why they were all looking towards me." Aeleus said nodding his head.

"Well, let's continue to the bosses spawn area Krys." Aeleus said

However, as Aeleus was walking forward he missed the murderous look that she flashed the guy, and the greedy grin she had on her face as she looked towards Aeleus's back.

[Elder Red Fox] Spawn Area

Aeleus's POV

When they reached the spawn area, Aeleus saw 4 others waiting around and looking bored.

"They must be the other group members" Aeleus thought

"Guys, meet Aeleus. He will be our groups Mage" Krys said

"Aeleus, here's the rest of the group" She continued

"Hey, how are you guys doing" Aeleus said with a smile on his face

The group of people looked at Krys confusedly.

"Who's this weakling" said a young black haired man, sporting an arrogant smirk on his face.

"Weakling? I'll show him who's the weakling around here..." Aeleus murderously thought

"Be nice to Aeleus, Brave" Krys said

"He's here to act as the fifth member of our party and to farm to boss" she continued

"Fine" Brave said before turning his head to face Aeleus, and whispered so only the two of them could hear.

"Get this through your head weakling, Krys is mine, so don't even think about making a move on her. If you do, well" Brave started to laugh then drew his finger over his throat and walked away.

"Wow, he's an asshole" Aeleus thought

Krys started to walk to Aeleus and told him, "Sorry about Brave, he can act like an ass some times"

Aeleus smiled and said "It's fine, don't worry about it"

The only other girl in the group looked towards a rock and quickly said "Stop flirting with each other. The boss has re-spawned"

Aeleus quickly turned to look, and sure enough, the [Elder Red Fox] was right there.

"Lets go!" Said the 2 monster beastmasters, and the two warriors.

The Elder fox quickly initiated the fight using [Double Strike] intending on hitting Krys.

"You vile monster! Come no closer to this fair maiden" Brave passionately yelled while looked at Krys.

"How cheesy..." Aeleus thought while shaking his head

[Fire Orb] [Fire Orb] [Fire Orb] [Fire Orb]

Aeleus called out, all four hitting their target and shaving 40 hp off the original 500.

"[Wolf Pack] go!" Both the beastmasters shouted, each pack having 3 wolves and 1 adult wolf, making it a total of 6 wolves and 2 adult wolves.

Aeleus's mouth dropped "Dhark would be so jealous right now of the amount of wolves" he thought

Meanwhile, each wolf was bitting and clawing the [Elder Red Fox], taking hp off at a faster than normal rate.

After some time, the bosses hp dropped to 100, and the bosses passive was activated

[Frenzy]

"This is were the fight becomes difficult guys" Aeleus quickly warned the rest of the group.

The Elder fox quickly retreated onto his rock and barked/growled and two adult foxes jumped out of the forest.

The foxes quickly targeted one of the beastmasters

[Pounce] [Pounce] [Double Strike]

"Holy shit! I only have 25 hp left from that attack" the beastmaster who was attacked shouted before one of the foxes snuck up behind him and bit his neck off.

"Todd! You arrogant runt, your no match for me, the magnificent Brave" Brave arrogantly taunted the Fox.

"Seriously, just how arrogant can one person be?" Aeleus sweat dropped

The fox, only left with 60/500 hp left jumped back onto his rock and summoned two more foxes.

At this moment, all faces were aimed directly at Brave, due to his previous taunts towards them.

[Pounce] [Pounce] [Pounce] [Pounce] [Double Strike]

With a disbelieving look on his face, he was about to do down, until a voice called out, "[Heal]!"

"Phew, thanks Ariana, I owe you one" Said Brave

The girl looked at him.

"If you weren't so stupid then I wouldn't have to heal you" Ariana glared at him

Brave laughed

"Where is the fun in that?" He yelled to the girl before returning to the fight.

The Elder Red Fox dropped to the floor and howled before finally dying.

Enemy [Elder Red Fox] has been killed

"We're going to roll for the fur right?" Ariana said

"Yea, that would be the easiest" Krys responded

Hitting the roll button that popped up in front of her, Krys rolled a 3 and a 2.

"Only a five...." Krys said depressingly

"Better luck next time" Ariana said as she rolled a pair of 4's.

"Fur?" Brave said

"What would a noble solider such as my self have a need for disgusting fur?" He said

"Pfft, noble solider" Aeleus thought

"Well, guess it's my turn" Aeleus said and rolled the die, and smiled when they landed on a 5 and a 4.

"Guess, Aeleus gets it then" Ariana said

"Yea, let's start heading back to town to replenish on our potions" Krys said

"Alright" said Aeleus as he started to walk to the town.

Under her breath Krys said "Now!" to Brave, Ariana, and the two beastmasters.

[Power Strike][Power Strike] [Pounce] [Pounce]

Aeleus quickly dropped to the floor as 116 damage was dealt to him, leaving him with 9 hp left.

"Wh...at?" He managed to say

"It's nothing personal, Aeleus. But your just a Mage. You only have one spell so your not going to be as helpful as the others. But don't worry at least we will send you back to town" Said Krys with a twisted smile on her face before she plunged her sword through Aeleus.

Tutorial Village

Aeleus POV

Reviving at the cathedral, Aeleus got up and checked his inventory to see what he lost.

"Ha, they only got a piece of bread, and one . Sucks to be them" Aeleus thought before frowning.

"I'll show them...All of them how strong I am" he muttered darkly.

Suddenly, another person was in front of him.

"Join this clan. You will get the strength you need" the mysterious person said before he vanished.

Clan Invite:

Accept? Decline?

"A clan? May as well, I'm too weak the way I am right now"

He clicked accept.

Somewhere Far Away

3rd Person POV

"Master, when shall we carry out the plan?" Said a person in all red kneeling down before a throne.

"Soon... Very soon" said the voice behind the throne, before throwing a dagger at a map, landing in the middle.

"And when it is done, I'll rule over Pangaea and the dragons will kneel" before both vanished as well.
