Shaking his head, Aeleus started his walk to the Grassy Plains.

“Didn’t vlad tell me something about going to the next village?” Aeleus said, and after a moment of thinking he said, “Right! I have to beat the [Elder Wolf], to pass into the next area.”

However, he suddenly stopped walking and fell to his knees.

“The [Elder Wolf] is level 8, that’s three levels higher than me. I barely beat the [Elder Red Fox] by myself, how will I beat the [Elder Wolf]?” he said depressingly.

He then got back up and started to walk to the Plains.

“It doesn’t matter, this early in the game there will be lots of people who need to kill the [Elder Wolf], so there shouldn’t be a shortage of players to party up with.” He realized

Grassy Plains

Aeleus POV

Looking at the [Elder Red Fox], spawn area, Aeleus ran past the rock and into the [Elder Wolf] spawn area.

Aeleus’s mouth dropped to floor, “There must be hundreds of people here.”

In the distance, Aeleus saw everyone grouping onto the boss and then after a minute, it died and dissipated.

“I better go see if anyone would be willing to party up with me.” Aeleus muttered, before he saw a familiar face in the distance.

“Alex!” Aeleus yelled out

“Aeleus? What are you doing here?” Alex replied with a confused look on his face, before it hit him.

“I see, you are here to fight the [Elder Wolf] Boss.” Alex said.

“Yes, I am! Do you want to party up to face it with me?” Aeleus replied.

“Party up? Sure, I’m not strong enough to kill this thing on my own anyway.” Alex nonchalantly said, since it didn’t matter to him who he was with.

“I almost forgot!” Aeleus said. “What level are you?”

“I’m level 6 right now.” Alex replied

“Level 6? How did I beat you at when I’m only level 5?” Aeleus said with a frown on his face.

“Your only level 5? That is surprising since I thought you were at least level 7 since the mage class is underpowered at the start.” Said Alex with a frown on his face.

“Anyway, send me the invite and we can get started on this.” Aeleus said.

Aeleus quickly hit yes and the system notified him that he joined Alex’s party.

“Now then, let’s head over to the bosses spawn area.

After some walking, Alex and Aeleus reached the spawn point of the [Elder Wolf] boss. The spawn point was a huge cave that was pitch black on the inside and player’s were not allowed to enter. The boss seemed to respawn quickly as many of the players from before were now gone, headed to the next village. There were only around 5 people left, not including Alex and Aeleus.

“Hey Aeleus, isn’t that guy over there the same guy who lost to me in the tournament?” Alex said looking to the left.

“Guy he beat in the tournament? His name was…” Aeleus started to say as he turned his head left as well.

“Brave!” Aeleus suddenly shouted, causing Brave and the other 4 people to look over.

“Look who it is, the weak little mage.” Brave said with an arrogant smirk on his face.

“Ignore him, he’s not worth your time.” A familiar voice said.

“Kyrs…” Aeleus angrily said as he clenched his teeth and his grip on his wand tightened.

The girl’s face was deeply burned into Aeleus’s mind as she betrayed him earlier in the game.

“Don’t even think about it, Aeleus. This boss is ours.” Kyrs said turning her head towards the [Elder Wolf] that respawned and exited the cave and charged towards them.
