It's important to trust your members and allow them to do what they want to but sometimes, there are matters that's best dealt with as a team.

I spoke firmly.

The two looked towards each other and sighed.

Chako grumbled a bit but he's reluctantly following along.

"Good. At least you have the knowledge of what responsibilities you should fulfill."
