POV Ofol
It was...cold. He felt cold, weak.
I won't die, I don't want to die, please.
"Oh, silly human... you are already dead, and as for that, I can help." A mysterious voice rang in Ofol's mind, not originating anwhere, but everywhere at the same time.
"How can I trust you? I don't even know who or what you are." Ofol's voice returned despite him having no body in this plane.
"I will make you stronger. It would be silly on your end to refuse." The being said, tantalazing Ofol with its words.
"I suspect you want something from me." Ofol said, each moment made him want to say yes more.
"Go around the world and kill." the words cemented Ofol's allegiance to the being offering this chance.
"Kill whom?"
"The angels." The angels?
"I accept."
"Good. This may hurt."
"AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH" Ofol felt inmense pain as it felt as though metal plates were being forcefully pushed into his skin, his armor became part of him. The pain was unberable, it was almost driving him mad. In between all the waves pain he felt... Cathartic.
"Rise, my harbinger of death, RISE!" Even with the mind numbing pain he heard every word clear as he suddenly felt the ground beneath him shake.
Still lying on the dirt, he looked around for his blade, almost going frantic without his weapon.
Suddenly, out of the earth, a blade came out. when he pulled this greatsword out of the ground, it started to change. it became darker, serrated, bones coming out.
"Beautiful." The blade pulsated with power in Ofol's hands, ready to kill.
His master appeared in his mind. "Remember, kill for your God, Me. go north, destroy the pretentious angels who think themselves superior."

"As you wish." Ofol said, ready to kill anything in his path.
After a few minutes of charging at a breackneck speed he came across a small settlement, in heavy need for redecorating. The villagers saw him and instantly their complexions turned from curiosity into fear. One of the villagers ran away.
Moments later an old man with a walking stick came out, clearly tired and terrified by the appearance of the dark knight.
The old man walked up to Ofol and bowed before speaking "Hello. I am the village elder. what brings you out to Feigr?" The fool was clearly ignorant of what was to come.
"Death." Ofol then decapitated the elder, eliciting shrieks from the unfortunate witnesses which he killed with blood covering every corner of the houses and fields from the blood of his victims. This bloodshed was making Ofol feel good.
"Devour. Devour and grow stronger." Master's words were making him grow an appetite he felt must be sated. He grabbed the carcass of the elder and with his razor sharp teeth sank into the shoulder of his meal, relishing in every bite, enjoying the meal, he devoured all the corpses until the only signs of struggle were the blood splatters.
Feeling refreshed and almost stronger, he continued walking. Running like a madman exhausted him, and if he wanted to ravage more places, he would have to conserve his energy.
POV Kyn and Reivi
kyn had just seen the holy knight group go, so he decided to go to the nearest town for supplies and and a bed to sleep on for a night.
-want me to make you a to do list?-
No.
-Thank goodness. i was beginning to think I had become your slave.-
Ignoring the comment, Kyn went into a light jog to reach the town.

As he neared the place he saw an inn that was open. He went in, and several people in the inn look at him with fearful looks. He stood at the bar table as he waited for the manager.
"OI, you! Foul demon! leave or I'll skewer you!" Some drunk with a rapier and decorative armor started ranting at Kyn which became a bit annoying. Then the manager came to see what was happening.
"You cause a fuss i'll kick you out meself!" The man behind the desk shouted at the drunk. He then turned to Kyn. "How can I 'elp you, sir?" The owner was tense.
"Are there any unoccupied rooms?" Kyn asked, hoping for some rest after a few days that were more horrible than his childhood.
"I'll see what i can do, Sir." He looked at the key holders. Empty. He started to sweat
"Can't you see he's a fucking demon!? Kill it!" The drunk was really persistent at kicking Kyn. People were trying to pull him away. Seconds later his remains were splattered on the walls.
"I think there is a free room now. I'll pay for any damage done to your inn while i'm here." Both the innkeep and the people in the inn were scared at the bloody display of the demon in front of them.
"Of course, sir. Right away, sir." The inkeep was now all serious and scared at Kyn as he wrote down his name and gave Kyn his room key for the night while shaking and almost dropping the key. "So sorry about that, sir." Quickly picking up the key to give it to his customer.
"I am soon going to go look for some clothes, weapons and some books. Do you know where there are any shops?" Kyn said, curious about the town.
Slightly relieved at no dangerous action from the killer in front of him, the innkeep relaxed. "There is an armory next to this inn and a book store opposite the church. We will keep your key so you can return at any time today. Dinner is at 8 in the afternoon."
"Thank you." Kyn said as he walked up the stairs to find the room with the same number as on the key. After he found the room and entered, he found it full of trinkets and a rifle for protection, he took off his travelling clothes and went to sleep.
-forgot about me?-
I'm trying to sleep. Shut up.
-Please don't be like that. I am a permanent part of you and I can talk as much as I want, cause i'm a grown tumor, and I can do whatever I want.-
Then at least shut the fuck up when I am trying to sleep.
-Goodnight.-
Goodnght.

Dungeon's Path
The only places I have posted the story and allow it to exist are on RoyalRoad, Scribblehub, and my Patreon. So the world ended. Whoopsie? We didn’t even see it coming. Quite literally as it came at us faster than the speed of light. Don’t worry though, it got better. Also, I am not joking about the world ending. Most people say that and mean humans are inconvenienced for some reason. Nope, all matter disintegrated at the atomic scale there for a few moments. Apparently the local universe wasn’t actually stable? Don’t ask me to go into too much detail. It would require both of us to have a few more college degrees than sense, and I at least lack them (both the degrees and the sense). Anyway, the energy/matter/wibbly wobbly strings were at a local minimum and not the universal minimum. Basically, what we took for sea level was actually a nice little mountain lake and when the dam busted so did, well, everything. Now here is where things go a bit off track with what normal meant before. You see magic is real, qi is real, gods are real. Not on old Earth mind you but souls pay little attention to time and space so we dreamed of it. In fact, the closer the shift in reality got to Earth, the closer our dreams got to the new reality. This is basically me tip toeing around the fact that it was a ‘System Apocalypse’. Reality became a video game, I became a dungeon, and this is my story. Doyle Huxley just wanted a normal life but as the above might clue you in on that just isn’t in the cards. He gets to experience a “Path Based System Apocalypse” and some early paths he takes, both literally and figuratively, lead to him becoming a dungeon. The aim is to release chapters once a week on Friday. Cursing will be avoided and no naughty adult action will take place in the story.
