《Hollywood! It is...》Maureen and me!

The sunlight on the face was really soothing as we came out of the court house. I could finally breathe. I thought it would be easy to adopt Michael but Boy have i ever be so wrong.
The problem was i was divorced and then they asked why ? I had to tell them because of some medical condition i could never have my own kids and that my husband cheated on me. Well there you go all the shame of Maureen Harper. But in the we got through it.
So where do you want to celebrate? I asked Michael.
He looked at me. He was shirt and pant. Neatly combed blond hair and clear blue eyes. Still thin better than we first met. He looked good like a little man. He was with his locket which wore around his neck. It was something that Mrs. Higgins gave him. Apparantly it was with him when he was dropped at the orphanage. It was made of silver in the shape of two wings. Looked antique. Looked special, which made me ponder about his real parents.
"You know it does'nt matter" he said
What?
I said it does'nt matter who they were or are. They left me and that's the end.
You know it is uncanny how you read me.
Well it is quiet easy when your face express it clearly.
Really.
Yeah! I could not tell her that i had stronger senses than normal people. It was like being a Mentalist you can not ignore a single detail.
So moving on to where are we gonna eat?
You choose i have never been out of the orphanage.
We then went to a restaurant of her choice. The food was good. As we were eating. She stared at me.
What?
You know you should wear some bright clothes.

Oh God not again. I am not wearing those kids like clothes.
Well you should, you are one.
May be in physical sense but my mind is more mature.
May be. But come on it would look cute on you.
Come on Maureen cute is not the word i expect to be told when i dress myself. Cool, handsome i can live with that
Oh! Really my cool and handsome little man.
It was good if you could just remove the "little" word.
You do know that i am 40 yr old lady and you a 5 yr old kid.
Really because the only time i feel you are older than me is when i have to look up to talk to you.
So you mean i am dumb.
No. It means i am smart.
Ok smarty pants you know what you still have not told me which school you want to join. I gave you a list.
Maureen, do i really have to go to school? You know you can home school me?
As much as i would like to keep you at home my little prince you have to learn to mix in with people of your age? You know socialise.
You know i won't learn anything there.
I beg to differ you will learn how to be kid and not always sound like an adult.
Ok but on one condition.
What?
We go to london first for a vacation.
Why?
Because i have a new idea on a book and it will help.
Book? You are going to write again?
Yes.
You know that you don't have to worry about money. Right.
Well it is good to hear it but i like doing it helps me clear my mind.
Ok so tell me about this book of yours.
No, not until it is completed. All i can tell is it is filled with magic.

Stone of Eclipse
A stone of ancient legend. Word has it that this stone is so absurdly powerful, it could grant people anything they wanted. Riches, fame, power, reformation, creation of a new world, you name it! One who obtains this stone will earn such dominance. But such absurdity has its demerits. After all, it is just a legend, right? Who would even believe in the existence of such a miraculous object? Was it even an object? Wasn't it more of an abstract energy existing within mankind? Or was it some form of celestial body that only appears during an eclipse? Where does it even exist? DOES it even exist? As such, the legend of this seemingly magical stone entered the realm of being termed as myth. Anybody stating their dream was to find the Stone of Eclipse would be branded as a laughing stock. Regardless, rumor or not, the whole idea of the stone has been deeply rooted into the history of humanity. Society, culture, kingdoms, governments, religions, cults - all have some form of group whose works are driven based on the stone. Enter, Diavolo Signore and his friends, an ignorant trio who have been sent off from their home island to learn of the world, having seen potential, by their island chief. After getting to know the story of this grand stone, they've together decided to compete between each other to see who finds and obtains it first......even if they have no idea where or how to start. Tales from the Triverse
Tales from the Triverse is part detective drama, part fantasy adventure and part space opera. I’m influenced by the likes of Iain M Banks, Isaac Asimov and ND Stevenson and work including The Wire and Gotham Central. It begins with an incident two hundred years ago which crashed three parallel universes together. Portals open up in 18th century London, sending England down a very different path. We pick up events in the 1970s, with the Metropolitan Police having established a new department to handle portal-related criminal activity. The story is about intolerance, immigration, multiculturalism and power. It’s about what happens when incompatible viewpoints are weaponised to seed discontent, and the efforts of some to create a fairer world. In the tradition of the best science fiction, fantasy and crime fiction, I’m using the setting to examine themes that matter to me in the real world. Who is it for?If you like science fiction or fantasy, or a mix of both, this is for you. It’s my first foray into crime fiction, but I hope if you’re a fan that you’ll enjoy yourself - especially if you’re looking for something a bit different. I write fiction that is optimistic, progressive and empathetic. Bad things can happen to good people in the stories, but the overall arc tends to be hopeful. Note that if it were a movie, Tales from the Triverse would be a 15 certificate in the UK.

Prime Magus of Earth
"In the beginning, I had no idea what was going on. My brother and friends were gone, my sight was gone, and yet I still saw things, things about this world that no one else knew. I'm not special, or gifted, anyone could have done what I did. I just got lucky, especially after everything that happened afterwards. Magic already existed, it always had. Humans just didn't know how to do it, didn't know how to nuture that small spark in them. Now you do." - Prime Magus of Earth, Alexander Sorin. November 2021 Update: So, it has been four years since I stopped working on this. Reading back, the first "book" is finished. It has what feels like an ending to an arc. Now it isn't a perfect story but I still like it and I can see myself starting the second book, might even this on Amazon or something. My biggest regret was never coming up with artwork for the cover though. Maybe I'll look into it.

Idealism
Why am I even writing this Anyways I woke in a frenzy of enthusiasm and energy much like Karkat whenever he's embarassed or somesuch but whatever I can do whatever I want so I'm gonna write a story fueled by hate and rage and see if you like it becuase I know I sure won't total amateur here but whatever Jane Crocker don't you go and establish either a fascist regime or control the entire political climate but whatever, I can do whatever I want so here you go "Idealism" :the unrealistic belief in or pursuit of perfection The world probably can't be perfect but I shall write an unrealistic story on how it could be driven towards perfection I tagged it as Contemporary but if you look it up it shouldn't be tagged as such because this isn't believable at all
