In the dead of the night, the police station in Harlem was attacked by Tombstone. Tombstone also known as Lonnie Lincoln was born and raised in Harlem, New York City. He was, however, born with albinism, a congenital disorder characterized by the complete or partial absence of pigment in the skin.

He lived in a crime infested area and grew twisted because of his surroundings. Even the one friend he made was bullied by him in a twisted fashion of friendship.

His mind didn't work like normal people and he held no empathy for anyone. He started off a street fighter after getting expelled from high school and became a goon for the local gang.

This went on for a while before he grew in power and took over the surrounding gangs to become a crime lord.

During this time he had been captured many times and gotten out while the people involved had all been killed.

In one of the escapes he ended up getting dunked inside some experimental chemicals that reacted to his body and gave him super powers.

He became super strong and he made his empire bigger before getting devoured by the Kingpin.

Now he worked for the big man as his main enforcers and was quite satisfied since Kingpin was a man worthy of his station unlike his previous boss.

Of course if he had a chance, Tomb would take over but King was a meticulous man that no one should mess around with unless they wanted to suffer a fate worse than death.

Tomb also had a daughter from some woman that he threw aside after getting bored and actually treated this little child with care.

He was scum but he tried being a good father. Sadly he was still scum so his daughter was greatly influenced by him especially since he didn't know how to act decent.

He cleared away all her problems with money and threats so she barely studied and even though he didn't want her to become a criminal, he praised her criminal acts.

It started from elementary and now his daughter ended up as a criminal so he ended up killing the caretakers for messing up.

Now his life was decent and he had great authority in NY. No one would mess with them except the Goblin Gang.

Fortunately Tomb enjoyed the challenges so he was chill with the rivalry as it got his blood boiling and today once again he was doing what he did best, cause chaos.

He was here to get Kingpin's new man called The Persuader, a mutant with the power to affect people's mind. It wasn't a strong ability but in split moments it stopped people in track or for weaker people it convinced them to follow the commands.

Kingpin had been using him to make man through scams and for many other deeds that required some persuasion.

The man got caught by Daredevil during one of his missions to kill end a lawyer through suicide and he was now drugged inside the police station ready for transport to a special facility for super humans.

Persuader's real name was Roland Rayburn, a Wall Street trader who was unaware of his mutant ability to persuade others to do as he wished. The moment he found out about his powers he stuck rich but sadly ended up in the hands of the Kingpin because of his greed leading to carelessness.

"I love the smell of smoke and screams of despair in the night. Haha" Tomb chuckled as he stood tall with his muscular body wearing a dark suit holding a big ass machine gun.

Just like Norman, Kingpin also invested a lot in technology and improving his weapons. In this world where super humans were common, there was no way you could be a Kingpin with conventional weapons.

The machine gun in his hand was made according to the principle of a rail gun and only someone like him could handle the recoil.

It was his main weapon along with heat gloves he wore used in a fist fight.

The world had definitely reacted to such monster by a creating a force to combat them and not completely rely on super heroes but the villains weren't some pansies either as they had great advantages on their side.

At this station the super fighting force members were also present but they were nothing much as they had an inferior version of the super soldier serum and their weapons weren't on the level of Tomb's.

It was literally a one sided slaughter as Tomb roared his gun, destroying everything inside with how fast the gun was shooting.

Fortunately the cops had some protection inside for such situations and only some of them died from the sudden attack, like 20% of the people inside.

They cowered in fear inside the safe zone while the criminals went inside like it was their home and got their target.

Peter arrived right at the time when they were about to leave the station and walk towards their cars. Seeing the situation he was horrified, the pure carnage he was seeing was insane.

So much damage to the surroundings and so many innocent deaths really affected him. He knew that he would see such situations but seeing them was different than his expectations.

The cops weren't the only ones killed as Tomb's bullets had shot through the building and hit other places causing massive damage, and deaths.

He could see that people needed saving now and the villain needed to be taken down.

"Spidey let me handle the saving." Jess flew towards him and muttered in a calm tone as she tried to focus.

This was a terrible situation, one that she had never gotten into and her training had just started.

"How?"

"I live close by and heard the commotion." Jess answered as she realized that Peter didn't know where she was living currently.

"Thanks, please quickly help them. I will handle the criminals." Peter gnashed his teeth in anger as he looked down on them. He was angry as this could be him and his family dying from a random attack somewhere. It just reminded of such a possibility and this possibility scared him, this fear awakened rage inside him.

Summoning the needles, Peter threw them with accuracy like he had practiced thousands of times. With his strength and the needles being enhanced by chakra, they speared through the limbs of his targets.

Tombstone and his men didn't even see the attack before it had made a hole in their arms and legs, making them useless.

But Tomb wasn't some amateur and the moment he felt the attack pierce his skin he had dived to the side to have his men cover for him.

Peter became invisible and moved like a ghost in the dark night while the men cried out in pain and shot blindly before getting webbed.

Seeing the web, they realized that the spider was interfering.

Tomb had his left arm pierced and part of his right leg, and even abdomen was pierced.

Peter hadn't aimed to kill yet but he was definitely feeling it right now that this man needs to die.

'The authorities should sentence him to death for this arrogance.' Peter thought as he took out all the goons and jumped aside enhancing his body with chakra Tomb fired towards.

"Fucker!" Peter roared as those bullets hit the buildings behind him. He hadn't seen the weapon that caused the destruction so he was unaware.

Tomb rained down hell around him, not caring for what was out there as he couldn't see his foe. The Spider could go invisible and he didn't have an extra sense.

'Should have brought the infrared goggles and this Spider would have been toast by now.'

Peter didn't hesitate to disarm and webbed the gun before pulling it towards him while webbing Tomb's leg and pulling him to the other side.

Tomb had never felt so weak before like today, he couldn't even put up a resistance as he was smashed into the lamp post.

Storing away the gun for research, Peter decided to finish the job quickly before anything else happened.

Tomb didn't even a get a chance to talk or act as Peter launch himself towards the target and landed on his legs, completely breaking them.

Tomb screamed in pain.

"Stings doesn't it, remember they felt worse." Peter muttered in a cold tone filled with his desire to kill and mutilate.

"Haha" Tomb chuckled through the pain at those words but couldn't muster up words as Peter broke his arms.

"Next time I won't be so kind." Peter appeared in front of him with his dark suit and stared into his eyes. The cold tone and feeling would remain with him for sure.

It was a scare tactic for such situations.

Taking away anything important on him, Peter webbed him completely and threw him towards the rest of the gang.

The Cops had come out of their hiding hole seeing that the fearing had stopped and saw the criminals all captured.

Jess had also managed to save the people that were hurt and still alive while some were beyond saving.

It was a terrible night for all of them so Jess went back to her place after Peter gave her a kiss and a hug as thanks.

She could tell he wanted to think about the incident clearly.

Peter travelled to the tallest point of the city and sat down to look at what he was protecting and think about the future again.

He needed to be clear about his goals and find ways to avoid such incidents repeating.

'Why do people have to disturb my thinking time?' Peter thought in an annoyed mood as he saw a masked woman running away with a painting.

She was jumping over the roofs in a skilled manner but he couldn't remember her name from the villains he knew in the area.

Nonetheless, she was unlucky to have been very close to his area so with a single swing he arrived in front of her and caught her in his web.

He wasn't in the mood to talk and was about to send her down to the police.

"Wait wait wait, I am not stealing from good and honest people. This is stuff from a criminal's house, being hones there."
