I woke up in a hospital bed. Why did they put me to sleep in the car? I had said I'd do it willingly... weird. Two nurses roll me into a room. My heart beats quickly. "Where is Mr Docter?" I ask to one of the nurses. "He was only in charge of getting you here. I will do the rest." She says. "My name is Elena Johnson. Now I will explain what we are going to do to you. The process will take 26 hours. We will inject you with several kinds of medicine, and then we will put you to sleep. During the remaining 25 hours or so, you will start to change. We aren't sure what will happen. We will now ask information from you, to see if that changes. How tall are you?" Elena asks. "I'm 5'6." I say. "Ok. Do feel tall or short?" She asks. "It depends. Most of the time I feel short, because I was one of the only girls at the asylum. The men were all close to six feet." I say, fiddling with my blankets. "Ok. We have the rest of your info already. Whenever you're ready, Miss Emma!" Elena says. "I'm ready."
