At the beggining of our kind,
people belived in the strange things
they used to call them gods,
when they really are made up in our mind
It was important then,
for not rains and storms to explain,
but so bad decisions can
make us feel some pain
Bad things weren't done,
because of fear gods make
when trough clouds storms run
to punish you for mistake
When this age was over yet,
we still couldn't do what we pleased
Only one God on the sky was set
but with power strongly belived
Why we didn't do bad things then?
God told us, if we do sins
We'll be sinners banned
from dear home heaven's
Still ages passed,
people started doubting their faith
More and more did what they pleased
And people needed something new to create
Morals and ethics,
new to everyone
Some rule, our inner law
of what's good and what's wrong
The thing here is again
not many will care
about this loud voice
they will keep hurting others,
without knowing it hurts them too
What will happen, when morals and ethics fade,
just as faded greek gods, pagan culture,
just as faded our God into the shade?
What then will stop us in destroying the future?
With every punch, with every insult
you'll no longer think of storms,
with every kill, with every shot,
you'll no longer think of demons.
You won't think, but will you feel
the way everyones pain
goes trough you as bullet of steel
punish you directly in vein?
These days, you'll do anything,
for money fame and love
No gods or storm scaring,
but you don't know the fact
that even if we are from past times above
sacrifices still float by our act
Only this time we don't offer blood in bowl
insted, we are sacrificing our soul
