I always have a smile on my face,

but deep down I'm hurting.

My heart is broken into a million pieces.

I want to tell someone I'm not okay, but nobody listens.

My feelings are mistaken as being dramatic, or seeking attention.

But the truth is, I want to stop breathing.

I want to die, but whenever I mention it. I'm the selfish one, right?

I just want someone to come up to me and ask 'are you okay'

And, when I say I'm fine.

I want one person to look me in the eyes, and say "No your not".

I want someone, anyone to realize I am hanging by a thread.

Just waiting to be cut down.
