Shaking my head, I stood up and turned on the lamp lights. The flood of thoughts in my head wasn't letting me close my eyes. I glanced up at the clock.

2:30 a.m.

Turning, with slow steps, I made my way to my study and pulled out the drawer.

The pink letter.

For the nth time, I opened it again and made myself comfortable on the chair. I re-read the words I wrote on the piece of paper. I remembered how much time I spend trying to put my feelings into words.

I felt tear prickling in the corner of my eyes.

I picked up my phone to see the messages she sent me. She stopped after the last deleted message.
