《Creating a world can't be that difficult, right?》Chapter 185

After Nathan absorbed the stone, the army began their retreat toward the military base.
With the absence of the green light, the vegetation has become completely harmless, allowing the army to travel through the jungle harmlessly and faster than the last time.
While walking back, Nathan explained to his men his experiences with the breakthrough and how he felt right now. They heard attentively to every word that came out of Nathan's mouth, not wanting to miss anything,
Every phrase could be the key to reaching a cultivation level even higher than Nathan's, so everyone stood quiet and patiently listened until he finished.
After that, he answered some of their questions and exchanged theories with them.
There wasn't anyone close to his cultivation yet, so it would have to pass some time before he could compare with other people, but the ideas from people with lower cultivation could still be helpful for him.
While he was talking, he realized his senses had become much sharper. His capacity to feel energy had significantly increased, so it felt as natural as hearing noises or seeing things for him.
After the tree's destruction and the green light's disappearance, other energies still flowed on land and in the air.
After walking to return to the military base, they were now near it, but they decided to rest until they partially recovered from the battle. This was because they didn't want to risk being caught by surprise by an aggressive reaction from the military.
It was true that they had helped each other and that the army had destroyed the tree creating problems for them. Still, if they appeared in front of the door while being weak and vulnerable, asking for rewards, the military may take that opportunity to finish them off and save the payment.

Because of this, they camped for a few hours, so everyone got a chance to rest for a while.
Even if they still had to finish their mission, the atmosphere at the camp was joyful and festive. Once they got their hands in whatever was inside the military, they would leave the rift, returning to their own worlds where they would hail them as heroes.
After a few hours, they continued with their journey. They weren't far from the base, so they arrived in less than an hour.
Near the base, they used the same tactic as the last time; those capable of using shields and barriers would position themselves in front and at the sides of the army so they could protect the rest from any possible attack from the camp.
Once again, Azrael, the leader of the angels, took responsibility for the communications with the military using his mental powers. For a few minutes, he stood still while looking at the base.
"They said they are thankful that we have helped them get rid of that stone and will reward us with anything they could offer," Azrael said inside the heads of everyone present.
"Great, ask them what the most valuable thing they have there is. What they show you should be what we are looking for; if it isn't, ask for the second most valuable thing." Jason explained.
Azrael looked over the base again, and a few minutes later, he talked again.
"They said they have some unique and very important airship," Azrael explained.
"Is it one of those ships we saw dropping bombs?" Nathan asked.
"It doesn't seem the case. According to what they have told me, it looks like this ship is not theirs, but something found abandoned a few years ago." Azrael explained before the doors of the base's wall opened.

From it came out a truck carrying a strange object.
It was a twenty meters radius and five meters tall disk. It was made entirely of metal, and its surface was so smooth that everything reflected on it.
"That's the thing," Jason said with a smile.
Without losing even a second, he neared the ufo and swung his weapon towards it. After the first hit, the ship broke into small pieces, which turned into light particles before entering Jason's body.
After seeing that, Nathan closed his eyes, feeling his surroundings.
"It seems like we have everything we were looking for," Nathan said.
"Maybe it is time to return," Travis replied.
With that, the army began to advance toward the area of the tunnels.
Once they arrived there, each one said goodbye to the rest.
"It's been a pleasure to work with you guys. I hope everything goes great within your world." Jason said.
"Me too. Take care." Travis replied.
"I liked fighting alongside you. Maybe we will meet again in the future. Until then." Azrael said
"I hope so," Nathan said.
With that, each army entered its tunnel and left the rift, never to come again.

Rogue Dungeon: A LitRPG Adventure
From James A. Hunter, author of Viridian Gate Online and War God's Mantle! Check out my first attempt at a Dungeon litRPG Novel! Roark von Graf—hedge mage and lesser noble of Traisbin—is one of only a handful of Freedom fighters left, and he knows the Resistance’s days are numbered. Unless they do something drastic … But when a daring plan to unseat the Tyrant King goes awry, Roark finds himself on the run through an interdimensional portal, which strands him in a very unexpected location: an ultra-immersive, fantasy video game called Hearthworld. He can’t log out, his magic is on the fritz, and worst of all, he’s not even human. Now, he’s a low-class, run-of-the-mil Dungeon monster. Some disgusting, blue-skinned creature called a Troll. At least there’s one small silver lining—Roark managed the grab a powerful magic artifact on his way through the portal, and with it he might just be able to save the world after all. Unless, of course, the Tyrant King gets to him first …Hey everyone, so as most of you know, I write books for a living, and I just put this title up on Amazon (and enrolled it in KU). Because KU requires exclusivity as part of their terms of service, I have had to pull the majority of the content from this site. I left the full novel up for as long as possible, so I hope everyone got a chance to read it. If you haven't had a chance to read it in its entirety (sorry!) you can pick it up on Amazon. Thanks again for coming on this journey with me, and I so hope you enjoyed it. The book will be out on Tuesday July 24th. Best, James Hunter

The Villain's Double Life
“The Villain’s Double Life as the Hero’s Mentor," “Demon Nobles Want to Live Too: A Hero-Raising Simulator for the Transmigrated Villain," “Just Because I’m a Villain Doesn’t Mean I Want the World to End!” Cyrus Calvide was the second son of an aristocratic lord; haughty, vain and power-hungry. One day, when his ancestral inheritance manifested, he discovered he was able to steal other’s powers and abilities using demonic magic. Taking this as a sign that he was destined to rule over others and become the new king of this land, he poisoned his father, killed his elder brother, and embarked on the path to greatness, taking advantage of a demonic invasion to consolidate power and harvest the abilities of others in a cruel and bloody fashion. Until he was summarily defeated by the Hero as a mid-game boss battle and executed for his crimes, of course. When a dedicated fan of the RPG “Next to Eden” awakened in the body of the cruelest future Count, four years before the beginning of the game, he pledged to live humbly. He would let his brother lead and support the Hero from the shadows to ensure the demon invasion would be defeated and he could enjoy life in peace. Rather, he would have, if he hadn’t gotten the Hero’s mentor killed in a freak monster attack before the Hero’s training could even begin. How was he supposed to live a life of peace and luxury if the Hero couldn’t stop the end of the world!? Donning a mask, Cyrus took up mentoring the Hero himself; how hard could it possibly be? . . . Four years later, the kind jack-of-all-trades hero Leon had become a twisted powerhouse: alienating his party members, clearing enemy encounters in a single magical blast, and coldly ignoring the affections of the girl whose love would have allowed him to clear the final boss. He seemed to have plastered himself to his Master’s side, instead. Cyrus bit back his despair while the hero reached out to grasp his hand. “Please stop ignoring the saint, Leon; you can't beat the Demon King by grinding stats! You need the power of love, remember?” “Don’t worry, Master,” Leon smiled as he traced the lines of Cyrus’s palm gently, almost reverently. “I have all the love I need.” VDL is two parts plot and worldbuilding, one part slow-build gay romance, starring a man far too proud to admit he's in over his head and the hero who loves him. Should be updating weekly.

Dungeon Sect
On hiatus. Just have too much that happen in succession to have regular updates. will keep writing just wont be posting chapters for a while Jade was once a human on earth, many eons ago. He died and went to a cultivation universe. Sadly he was never heaven's choosen with heaven breaking luck. He was average and bland. When his brother was shining light he was the stabling post supporting him. Many sought to take down the light, but knew they were nothing to light so they tried to take down the post. Jade died in the cultivation universe, not without learning more than most in their billion year life times. He was not a genius by any means he was just well learned. Now he is a dungeon, with mana instead of Qi. Still he can cultivate and learn again. Who will he teach and help become a shining light Warning I am not the best writer, and it will take awhile to build to more of an action adventure story with dungeon building as a side as the story will shift from Jade the dungeon to his choosen students I use Cultivating Dungeon, and The bound dungeon as systems to build off of, but the story is all mine
