《The Solitary Sword Sovereign》True Strike One Shot

Ibrahim was at full strength with the first Door opened, while Will was under a massive debuff from Mystic Sandstorm. So Will decided to even the odds a bit. He opened his first door. The moment he did so, the yuan in his body exploded, sending a shockwave of power to spread throughout his body.
Will and Ibrahim had both opened the first door, but the power increase was not the same. Will cultivated The Solitary Sword Sovereign manual, a manual that even immortals longed for! Manuals had different ranks as well. And the difference in power gain is one of the reasons why those ranks existed.
Another reason was that Will had achieved Martial Harmony, so his energy efficiency in terms of output was incredibly high. This plus the boy's natural talent in cultivation meant his First Door opening released a qi output similar to that of Ibrahim opening his second door!
The moment he opened the door, he regained his senses somewhat. Everything in a 20-meter radius became clear to him. His connection to water molecules in 20 meters was strong, despite there not being many, so his aqua sense was strong. So it was no shock that he could catch Ibrahim's blade.
Ibrahim backed off into the sandstorm. He was too mentally into this to be shocked, all he cared about was the end result.
'This time I will use a skill with my attack! I wanted to prevent you from experiencing too much harm, but you leave me no choice!'
Ibrahim covered his blade in sand and activated Sands of Time one again. This time he targeted Will's right eye with a diagonal strike.
'Time to end the farce.'
Will put his hand on his sword and got ready. Ibrahim was only a meter away when Will drew his sword and resheathed it like lightning. This was not a simple stroke. It was one of Will's weapons. A True Strike!

Suffice to say that the storm was blasted apart. Will intentionally missed Ibrahim's body by veering to the left a bit. The damage behind Ibrahim spread continuously for many miles. As if a giant celestial sword had sliced through the city!
Ibrahim's sword was only a few centimeters from Will's eye. Ibrahim had not been touched by Will's attack at all. But his body was sweating bullets. He knew that he had just survived death!
My word, never had the man felt so close to death. Will moved like lightning, but Ibrahim still caught part of the beginning. When Will was pulling out his sword, it was as if the world became black and white. Time slowed down, chills ran down his spine, while all he could see of his future was a flash of light and then darkness! He stopped himself as best as he could, completely petrified by what he had just experienced.
"The only reason you are still alive is that there was no real killing intent when you attacked me." Will walked past the dumbstruck Ibrahim while patting his shoulder.
Everyone observing was dumbstruck. The sandstorm was blasted away by a blinding light. Once the light was gone, Will stood still with his hand on his sword while Ibrahim was stuck in an odd position. It was clearly a mid attack posture. Not to mention the gargantuan damage that had happened behind him. Only a fool would be unable to guess what happened.
'This kid, this kid is…'
Alexa was mindblown. She wasn't sure what she had just seen, thanks to the blocking effect of Mystic Sandstorm, but she was sure of one thing.
'This kid is a beast in human form!'
As Will walked toward them, Alexa started contemplating a serious question in her mind.

'If Ibrahim was at full strength, could he block that?'
Alexa looked at the damage Will's true strike had done and shook her head.
'He is strong but Ibrahim was severely limited, he couldn't use most of his powerful skills and his senses were weaker. If he was in full power, the kid wouldn't have a chance to do anything.'
Alexa consoled herself in this manner. But she had no idea that Will had also held back a lot. He limited his use of intent and didn't even use Bloodlust. Not to mention that he didn't even summon the two creatures that his new skill had gifted him. There was also a plethora of skills he didn't use like Suijin no Ikari and so on. If Ibrahim was at full strength, he would not only lose to Will again but would probably die. In a serious battle at full power, holding back was difficult, like the saying goes, fists have no eyes.
Of course, Will knew this, but there was no need for them to know how powerful he was. That would virtually be screaming 'Hey I'm Peerless Dao Master!' which would not help his cause.
Will snorted, 'I'm probably one of the main candidates on many people's lists anyway, don't wanna make it even worse.'
Will intended to walk to Letty, but his Aqua Sense picked up something, something that his face serious. Will created a staircase of ice and shouted.
"Letty come down, now! It seems we have an uninvited guest."
Will's strangely serious tone spooked Letty to go down the stairs. She wasn't as mystified as to the others as she about Will's skills somewhat. Letty was curious about what kind of guest Will was talking about, so she quickly ran to him.
Alexa summoned Taiga, who had materialized next to her. "Have you picked up the presence on anyone nearby?"
Taiga shook his head and said, "There is no one in 10 miles of here. I can assure you."
As soon as the ninja said this, a strange screech entered everyone's ears. At first, it wasn't clear, but after a while it became clear. It sounded like a screech, but it was actually singing. The singer was just extremely bad. The lyrics were odd and sang as if the man was yodeling. But each word made everyone cringe. As if each word was a step toward death. As soon as Alexa heard the words, her whole body shook and she gulped.
"Oh me darlin, oh me darlin, oh me darlin Clementineeeeee!"

I am always left with more questions than answers. In my lonely shapeless existence the lizards cannot hear my words, and they cannot feel my touch, and I must wonder, do I even really exist? --- Called emotional, abstract, and beautiful by readers, this story is an observational account of a disembodied entity that has the power to influence and change a race of mildly intelligent lizard creatures. Memories of a previous life often serve as inspiration, but also generate questions as to whom the entity might have been before it became an Overseer.
