"They are just gone?" Sid queried
"Yep." Abraham replied.
"Just like that?"
"Yep."
"And did they say where they were going?"
"Nope."
"Curious..."
"Okay, that was a boring conversation," Og'drimun complained as he flittered around Sid and Abraham's heads. "Let's get back to how awesome I am."
Abraham's eyes followed Og'drimun around. "So, what exactly are you?"
Og'drimun pointed at himself. "Who? Me?" He asked smugly.
"It is quite apparent that was his intention," Sid pointed out.
"Uh, he could've been talking about anyone Sid," Og'drimun scoffed. "I mean you're plenty strange yourself!"
"Strange? In what way?" Sid queried.
"You seriously don't know?" Og'drimun snorted. "It's really obvious!"
"It is?" Sid repeated. "In what way?"
Abraham leaned back as he eyed up Og'drimun. "You're oddly familiar, sprite," he said.
Og'drimun froze in place. "Did...did you just call me a sprite?" Og'drimun fumed. "Me? A SPRITE!"
"We are well within earshot," Sid chastised. "There is no need to yell."
"NO NEED TO YELL!" Og'drimun howled. "I'm no Sprite! I'm the grand king under the mountain. The bloody spear of the underworld. Grand flesh seamster of the circle of blood. I am the greatest demon who has ever lived! I refuse to be compared to such a lowly beast."
Crack!
Abraham quickly stood up while he let his fist fly towards Og'drimun. His hand smashed into the wood wall next to the demon's face.
"Dang, missed." Abraham snarled.
"Whoa! Slow down, what's all that about?" Og'drimun asked as he quickly ducked behind Sid's back.
"Agreed, what triggered your sudden aggression?" Sid queried.
Abraham clenched his fist so tightly that a few drops of blood dripped down from his palm.

He stared daggers at Og'drimun, and in response the demon ducked his head completely behind the robotic man.
"He's a demon." Abraham spat out as if the words themselves were Venom on his tongue. "Even more of a stain on the world than monsters like Azrail."
"Uh, I think you mean blessing?" Og'drimun suggested.
"Perhaps," Sid interjected, "there is a solution other than violence."
Abraham snorted derisively. "Yeah, I'm not buying that garbage."
Wham!
Abraham let another punch loose. This one caught Sid's cheek, and knocked him back a few feet before he stumbled to the ground.
Sid reached up and touched his cheek as he sat on his butt. "Curiou..."
WHAM!
Before he could finish, Abraham had hit him again. This time with a quick uppercut into his chest that knocked Sid up and then back again.
"Shut up." Abraham snarled. "Now, out of my way or else."
Sid rubbed his chest.
"Don't listen to him man," Og'drimun whispered from behind Sid. "You can't just let him push you around, you know?"
Abraham was already in front of Sid, and attacking with his fist yet again. Sid quickly brought up his own hand, and caught Abraham's fist.
Sid squeezed down, and Abraham was stopped in place. "You are surprisingly strong. However, you are also no Trizel."
Abraham scoffed as he tried to punch Sid with his other fist. Bit, Sid caught that one as well.
With both of Abraham's hands caught in his own, Sid stood up. "It is time to calm down. Violence now will only complicate things."
Abraham replied with a headbutt into Sid's nose. Sid blinked quickly as his nose crunched under the stress from Abraham's forehead.
"I warned you ," Abraham snarled as he violently yanked on his own arms to try and get away. "Also thought I told you to shut up."

Sid looked down at Abraham's hands with curiosity. The sound of bones cracking surrounded him, until Abraham's hands managed to slip away from Sid's grip.
The only problem is they were hanging limp.
"You are oddly committed to this goal of yours," Sid pointed out.
Abraham raised his broken hands up, and in no time they were already healed enough to form fists again. He stepped forward and janned6at Sid.
As his fist landed squarely on Sid's shoulder, the former machine looked down where he had been struck and muttered, "Curious."

Numbers Continually Going Upward
The world has very politely ended in the most webfiction way possible. Everyone is now leveling up in various things. Problems are arising. Some or all of those problems may be based around how to have a community barbeque when the nearest cow has been teleported to a few thousand miles away, along with the nearest supermarket. Join our protagoinst as he attempts to be a cool person, while everything falls apart. _____It turns out that any attempt to write a parody of the litrpg genre through overuse of the concept of leveling up inevitably fails when it turns out that *that is what the genre is based on*. Still, this was a fun little candy project of mine, and I might write more of it.

He discovers that within the shattered universe he is a Mystic Player, a Marshal, a figure of power, potential, and probability. If he wins, he may even able to wrestle unto himself the very throne of heaven. Rick starts to build his Pantheon with his most trusted companions, friends, family, and a harem of strong and talented women.
