Aeropuerto Internacional de la Ciudad de México (Mexico City International Airport)

Mexico, a country filled with enchantment and magic….Last month, two of the professors from Sun City International Highschool got permission from the Principal to travel to Mexico along with a couple of students.

Their objective is to study the ancient city of “Tenochtitlan” located in the middle of “Lake Texcoco.” The site where the famous picture of a giant serpent with wings was taken. The best students were selected to accompany the Professors along with two other staff members.

Anastasia Lucifugus was also chosen but she had to stay for her “health” issues...This is what happened as the plane landed in Mexico…

“AACCHHOOO!” Alejandro sneezes. Victoria begins to say; “Eww, that’s gross…”

“Sorry, I think someone was just talking about me…”

“Yeah right…” Victoria chuckles. Alejandro gets mad; “Oh shut up…”

“Hey you two, stop arguing or we are going to leave you behind…” Raul says to both of them. Alejandro runs towards the end of the boarding station and screams:

“Finally we have arrived!!”

Alejandro screams with excitement causing everyone in the lobby to stare at him.

(PPPUUUMMM)

Victoria punches Alejandro in the head saying:

“Shut up! You're making a scene Alejandro!”

“D-D-Don't hit him Victoria. Alejandro is just as excited as all of us, that's why he is screaming.” Angela says with a shy voice.

“That's right Victoria you should take it easy and Alejandro stop screaming already.” Raul says as he walks by reading a book. Victoria notices everyone staring at her and gets embarrassed:

“Alright, just because you ask.”

“Hahaa...that’s okay, it’s normal for youth to get excited...right Doctor…” Dr. Ortiz says as he walks towards them.

Dr. Oscar Ortiz (Age 58) is a History Professor specialized in Latin America...he is a genius and has a great relationship with Alejandro. He has white hair, white skin and brown eyes, and wears glasses. He is also the husband of Dr. Escobar.

“You’re right dear, it’s normal to get excited...we’re here in Mexico…”

Dr. Petra Escobar (Age 57) is a Biology Professor...she is a genius that knows about all the life forms on earth. She has brown hair, white skin and hazel eyes. She also wears glasses and always invites Alejandro to be part of the Biology club

Uriel walks past them, yawning and thinking; “Flying is such a pain...I could just open a portal to get here…”

“Come on young man, it's time to get our luggage.” Dr. Ortiz says to Uriel as he smiles with his wife next to him. Dr. Escobar looks at Uriel:

“We must do our best on this trip right dear.”

Uriel sighs and walks away:

“Yes, I must hurry, where is Ms. Miyazono?”

“She was feeling sick, so Nurse Gomez took her to the restroom.” Dr. Escobar replies as she and Dr. Ortiz continue to walk to get their luggage.

“I see…” Uriel notices Kasumi and Johanna (the nurse) coming out of the restroom.

Kasumi comes out of the restroom with Johanna laughing:

“I told you not to eat airplane food...it’s poisonous.”

“I know, but it was so good.” Kasumi replies feeling sick. Kasumi immediately throws up in the garbage can. Uriel notices the situation and gets closer to Johanna:

“Ms. Miyazono and nurse Gomez. I will go get your bags... please just go to the bus.”

Johanna smiles and replies:

“That's so sweet Uriel, please call me Johanna, and don’t worry, I will handle her.”

Uriel nods and heads to the luggage department. Kasumi looks at Johanna frowning;“If you don't make a move, I will get him first.”

Uriel reaches the suitcase carousel. He grabs his luggage along with Kasumi’s and Johanna’s. He begins to hear the man whispering;

“Hey, look at her...she’s beautiful...she’s an angel…”

Uriel turns around and sees Marjorie heading his way. Marjorie looks for her suitcase; “Now then, where is my luggage…”

“Hey beautiful, come with us, we will have some fun!” Marjorie is surrounded by men. She gets nervous as she takes one step back. Without no one noticing him, Uriel appears in front of everyone and grabs Marjorie’s hand; “Come with me…”

“Uriel…” Marjorie smiles. One of the men grabs his shoulder; “Hey pal...she was with…” Uriel turns around and sees him in the eye, the man is speechless as he walks back feeling fear.

“Did something happen man?” His friend asks him. The man who touched Uriel begins to say; “I felt as if I saw “El Diablo”

“Uriel, I forgot my luggage…” Marjorie says looking back. Uriel lets go of her hand.

“Here...I grabbed it for you…” Uriel hands over her purple luggage. “Thank you, that’s so sweet of you!” Marjorie smiles, they begin to walk together as she asks:

“Is this your first time here?”

Uriel shakes his head; “No...I’ve visited Mexico many times before…”

“Really? This is my first time...I am really excited…”

“I see…” Uriel and Marjorie continue to talk.

Behind them, the other students walk to get their luggage. One of the students is Stephan who is astonished by all the great souvenirs he bought; “This is awesome...I always wanted to visit here…”

Stephan sees another student immediately grabbing her luggage. She is a girl with red hair and green eyes. She is wearing glasses and she immediately grabs it in a shy manner and quickly runs away from the crowd; “So, she did come...good for her…”

“Hey Stephan, hurry up or you will be left behind…” Alejandro says to him as he grabs his luggage. Suddenly, both of them turn as they here a commotion:

“Hey...don’t get in my way you cheese smeller…” A student from their school begins to argue with another student.

“Crespo, calm down...we don’t want any problems…” Ana says as she tries to prevent any trouble.

“Désolé je suis nul ... je ne comprends pas votre langue …” (Excuse me stinky, I don’t understand your language…) The student comments in French as he makes fun of Crespo.

“Damn it...I didn’t understand him…damn you Antoine…”

Tension grows stronger, Alejandro steps in; “Hey, stop it you two...this is no time for that…”

-TCH- “This loser wants to give me orders…I guess I will have to teach him a lesson…” Crespo begins to approach Alejandro. Suddenly, Uriel grabs his shoulder as he says:

“Enough, we must go...the bus is waiting…”

Crespo feels the intimidating aura and decides to leave. The others continue to walk, Alejandro breathes deeply and makes a thumbs up to Uriel who immediately disappears from his sight.

He appears in front of Marjorie as they begin to walk towards the bus. Alejandro chuckles; “That idiot! He knows I can protect myself…”

Victoria looks at Uriel and Marjorie. She puffs her cheeks thinking; “Those two have been close recently...I can’t stand it…”

“Calm down, you’re making a scene...idiot…” Raul says as he continues to read. “C-C-Come on, Victoria, the bus will leave…” Angela smiles as she pulls Victoria’s arm. As they get into the bus, Uriel feels as if someone was watching him. He immediately turns around. Marjorie notices and asks:

“Is everything okay?”

“Yeah...I just felt something…” Uriel replies as he continues to climb the bus’ stairs, not noticing the silhouette of someone behind a pillar.

Uriel looks troubled as he thinks; “This place, the rhythm...it’s…”
