After a very long day at school, I finally arrived home. I quickly take my makeup off, get in my pyjamas and get a snack. I lay in my bed watching my favourite Netflix show until I hear a ding come from beside me.
Tom😍:
Hiya love, just checking
on how you are?? Xx
I quickly reply then turn my phone off so I can watch Netflix without any interruptions.
I awake from a quick nap and check the time and see it's already 6:30pm. I head down stairs to get dinner as I'm starving because I didn't get that much to eat yesterday at lunch ;)
hi Y/N, you alright?" She asks me as she sees me coming into the kitchen.
yeah. What are we having for dinner?"
y/f/d."
mmm yes."
We all sit down at the table and start eating until my mum puts down her cutlery and starts to nervously fiddle with her fingers.
what's up mum?" I ask turning my full attention to her.
umm, well.... i... yesterday... I got offered... a new Job." She says uneasily.
that's great mum, why are you so nervous?"
well that's the thing. If I decide to take the job....we'll have to move to... Australia." She says finally looking up at me.
I couldn't believe it. Australia. That's thousands of miles away. She wont take it. She can't take it. Me and tom have just started dating, I can't leave him already.
I sit there in silence for a moment, my mum waiting for an answer.
your not taking it are you?" I say rather shakily. "You can't take it"
but Y/N I have to, it will be great for us financially and we could all move to Australia how amazing would that be!" She replies excitedly but also anxiously.

no mum we cannot move to Australia we just got here! I've made such good friends here, hell I've made a boyfriend who I like so much and who actually likes me back! We are not moving!" As soon as I finish saying that I storm upstairs not caring about what my mum says back.
I can't believe she would think I would actually move to Australia! After that news I couldn't get to sleep that night. I couldn't stand the fact that I would possibly leave tom and daisy. What is my mum thinking.
I kept tossing and turning trying to find a way to tell tom tomorrow. I couldn't help but think what would happen to us. Would we break up? Would we never see each other again? I had to get this off my chest so I decided to text tom.
Me:
I have something
to tell you...
Tom😍:
