Zac simply laughs before walking infront of me to cup my chin in a firm grip. "How cute." He says in a high pitch voice.

I jerk my head back to drop his grip on me but fail. "Aiden is coming. Whether I live or not, Y'all will be punished."

"We'll take our chances." The blonde women who had her arms around my husband finally speak. I glare at her.

"Why?" I ask knowing she will understand what I'm asking.

She takes her time to answer me. "Well you see I've had my eye on your husband for a while now and was planning to finally play my luck." She sighs before continuing, "I did for a moment but just as I was trying to go somewhere with him. You showed up and ruined everything." In a flash of anger, she stands up and knocks my head to the side from her slap.

She takes a deep breath before going on, " Then just as Zac meet Annabelle he came up to me. Where we all come up with a plan to take you out. Our first one had failed but not the second one." She lifts a hand in my direction indicating my position which explains all.

"Step one was to get you by yourself which was quite difficult with all the protection your husband placed on you. But we came up with the brilliant idea of catching your husband in a compromising position. There came another dump on the road, your dear Aiden would never lay a hand on another woman that isn't you. So we creatively come up with threats and warnings to him that would feel like there was no escape." I had a blank look on my face but inside was trying to process everything.

"My plan was forced your husband to have sex with me, record it happening then sending to you forcing you to leave him and make it easier for us to get you, but I suddenly I got a text from Mel."

My whole body froze at the name. I knew it. I fucking knew it. She always gave me a bad vibe. And it's because she was working with these criminals.

Aiden didn't cheat on me by will. While the image will always be in my mind he was trying to keep me safe even if it was in the best way possible. I'll have a talk with him when I get out of this.

If I get out, I pray.

"I rushed to his office catch him by surprise and begin my revenge. He was being difficult, I didn't have much time so threaten to shoot his little girl if he didn't. Bam! It was like a switch went off, he reluctantly began to touch me almost as if I was a repulsive human being. It did not matter for the look on your face when you caught us brings the greatest of victories." She finally finishes.

"He will never be yours," I promise her.

"Neither yours." She grins.

That's when I look behind her and see Zac holding a gun and pointing it up to me.

I close my eyes not out of fear but rather in prayer. I close them tight and beg. I beg that Aiden comes, I know what I saw earlier today will always be engraved in my mind but it was force and for that, I will not hold it against him. He was trying to save our baby girl.

"I would have loved to spend more time with you but knowing your husband and daddy, their connections will probably find us in no time so this is goodbye."

I lift my head and look him dead in the eyes. Promising that my face will forever haunt him.

A sudden movement behind them suddenly catches my attention.

Behind the window I see Aiden looking disheveled and wearing a black vest. More people are behind him but I pay no attention to them for the main force is the man I have come to love with my whole heart and soul. My life wasn't easy but the outcome I will never regret. I got to fall in love, have a baby and finally have a family. I wouldn't trade it in the whole world.

While the life of a baby in my womb is being stolen of knowing anything. They will know that even though I didn't hold him in my arms or named him. I love them completely.

"Goodbye," Zac says.

I look back at Aiden mouthing his words.

I love you.

His face portrays the deepest of pains, heartbreak, and helplessness.

His roar of pain blends with the sound of a gun shot as everything turns black.
