"Just push a little bit il mio amore (My love)" Armani said to his beloved wife Valentina who is giving birth as she holds on to his hand.
She did as her husband said and with one last scream of pain they heard an angelic cry. Valentina was breathing heavily, her face and neck coated with sweat while her husband Armani gently stroked her hair.
"Congratulations Mr. De Luca, it's a baby girl" The doctor said after a while and they couldn't believe their ears.
It was a girl after Valentina giving birth to five sons she finally got a daughter she always wanted.
She has the perfect family.
The doctor gave the angel to Valentina and she couldn't stop the tears spilling from her eyes.
"She's beautiful," Armani said and took the angel in his hands.
"What should we name her?" Armani questioned whether Valentina had the perfect name "Sarafina. Sarafina De Luca" Valentina said smiling .
"Perfect then Sarafina it is" Armani said, kissing Valentina's forehead.
Just then the boys entered the room and as soon as they entered they heard their sorellina(Little sister) crying.
They all were in awe while they looked at their sorellina in their fathers hand all the boys had big smiles on their faces.
"Oh my god I have a little sister now" said Gavino, their second eldest son Armani and Valentina couldn't help but smile at their sons and how happy they look.
Sarafina had a big smile on her face.
She looked so innocent and adorable. "We will always protect you la mia bambina(My baby girl)" Armani said to his angelic daughter and promised to protect her and so did all her brothers.
Sarafina was currently running through the corridor soaking wet with her small feet escaping from her daily bathe that her older brother Antonio was giving.
"Sarafina get here right now" she heard Antonio say from the bathroom Sarafina couldn't help but giggle. She had a big smile on her face while running through the corridor.

She heard big steps behind her and knew she couldn't get caught.
She made a sharp turn to the right and hid in a room under the bed trying to contain her giggle by covering her mouth with her hand.
She heard the footsteps getting closer and she heard the door of the room open quietly and close "hmm I wonder where sorellina has gone?"
Serafina couldn't help but let out a giggle and quickly covered her mouth"Ha! Gotcha" Antonio shouted and started to tickle Sarafina.
She burst out laughing "S-stop" She said laughing harder "Not until you say I'm the best" Antonio said while tickling Sarafina.
"N-never" Sarafina said "STOP o-ok your t-the BWEST"
"That wasn't so hard was it. Now let's go back" Antonio said, throwing Sarafina over his shoulder.
"Ahhhh leave me you, or I'm going to run away again" Sarafina screamed at Antonio while hitting him in the back but Antonio was not affected by any of her hits. It's like a pat to his back.
Antonio took Sarafina back to her room and got her ready for the dinner the family had planned tonight.
All the men had suits as usual Valentina had a simple black dress which reached mid thigh while Sarafina had a cute pink dress with a cute pink glittery bow tie.
They all took two cars, the boys went with a Ford Ranger with the driver and some guards, seated behind and Armani, Valentina and Sarafina went with the Land Cruiser Prado with some guards following behind them with a black BMW.
The boys reached there before, guards surrounded them "Would you like a table?" The receptionist asked, looking at the guards "No we have booked a private room for a table of 8" Antonio spoke, emotionlessly.
"What name have you booked it with?" The receptionist asked as she noticed him.

"De Luca," Antonio said.
As the name left Antonio's mouth the receptionist's face paled. The De Luca family is well known around here and so they are feared by people here especially their father Armani.
"Oh uhm, give me a second" The receptionist says, eyeing the boys, while picking up the cell phone and after a while the waiter led the boys to the room.
Armani was 2 minutes away from the restaurant when suddenly he heard a gunshot and the car went off road.
Armani saw a black SUV attacking the car wheels and he saw the BMW nowhere in sight.
Armani cursed under his breath.
"Armani," Valentine said, holding on to the car handles
Valentina got worried since Sarafina was in the car and soon enough there were more shots heard Armani tried his best to lose them.
You could hear Sarafina crying from the backseat in her baby chair.
Armani made some sharp turns and finally lost them and parked in the dark alleyway and made a call to the boys.
It's been a while since the boys arrived at the restaurant and they have heard nothing from their father since.
Suddenly Antonio's phone rang and when he saw that his father was calling he knew something was up.
"Dad" Antonio greeted.
"We have a problem. We will have to cancel dinner today and come home immediately" Armani said with authority.
"Yes Father" Antonio responded.
As he got up the boys looked at Antonio "We have to go home there's something wrong" Antonio said.
he didn't have to say twice the boys were rushing to the car, the guards following them.
The boys reached home in a couple of minutes and saw their Father in his office and their mother on the leather black couch.
They got worried when they saw tears in their mother's eyes and their father looking emotionless as ever.
"What's wrong papà?" Leonard, one of the twins, asked.
"Is sorellina fine?" This time it was Gavino who questioned.
The boys are still very young to be involved in the Mafia Business and Antonio is still in training since he will be the future Capo.
"We have to tell you boys something," Armani said emotionlessly, not making eye contact with any of them.
"What is it?" Lorenzo asked.
"Your mother and I have decided to-" Armani was cut off by his son Antonio.
"To what?" He asked
"Don't interrupt me while I'm speaking," Armani said with the same authority he held earlier.
"As I was saying...We. By that I mean your mother and I, decided to send your sister somewhere safe...For a while" Armani says with slight nervousness and sadness as he gripped on the desk edges.
All the boys stared at their father with shock and anger in their eyes.
"WHAT!?" Antonio screamed.
The boys heard their mothers quiet sob and they knew what their father meant by 'for a while'.
"No papà. You cant do this" Gavino shouted while his eyes slightly watering.
They couldn't believe their ears.
"We won't give up not now, not ever papà we promised to protect her" This time it was their younger son Vito who said it.
The boys saw their Father's eyes slightly watering hell also Antonio's eyes were watering.
"I know but she almost died today and it's gonna happen over and over again, we have to let her go." Armani said to his sons and wife and whispered the last part a tear falling down his cheeks.
That's the moment all their lives changed.
