Sarafina's P.O.V-
Am I forgetting something? I don't know it just feels like I'm forgetting something but what? I looked around the car and saw Vito on his phone Lorenzo driving the car while humming the music playing and Leonard staring out the window they all have their school bags.
Where is my school bag?
You forgot your bag at home you stupid dumbass.
Well shit.
Yes, shit.
We were five minutes away from school.
It's now or never.
"Wait," I screamed.
That made Vito jump which made his phone slip out of his hand and landed down on the car.
Leonard blocked his ears and Lorenzo lost control of the car and quickly slammed his foot on the car brakes and that made Vito's phone go further under the seat and Leonard almost falling of his seat
"Fucking hell"
See this is why they should wear seatbelts.
"NO" Vito screamed
now it was my turn to block my ears Lorenzo and Leonard were busy arguing.
"GUYS!" I yelled they all stopped and turned to me
"WHAT" They yelled back simultaneously.
Okay then.
"I left my bag at home can we turn around and go get it?" I asked
They stared at me for a moment and then
"How can you leave your bag at home?"
"Oh My God"
"Dumbass"
They all said at once.
Lorenzo was banging his head on the steering wheel while Vito had his hand on his head and Leonard was well glaring at me.
I checked the time and we only had 15 minutes to reach school.
"I'll be right back" I say closing the car door and running inside I quickly passed the kitchen up the staircase and a really confused Gavino.
I reached my room and opened the door to find my backpack peacefully on the bed I grabbed it passed the same route only difference was Gavino was now standing right infront of me with crossed arms and raised eyebrows then I lifted my bag to show him I left it.

He shook his head and sighed I smiled sheepishly I ran out and hopped on the car and we made our journey to school.
We finally reached school and parked our car on the front row. There were some students in the parking lot talking amongst each other but as soon as we arrived they all stopped and stared at us.
What the hell? Don't they have any other things to do. We got out of the car and as soon as I stepped out the whispers began
'Who is she?'
I don't know why don't you come ask me who I am instead of asking someone who also has no Idea who I am
'Why is she with the De Luca brothers?'
Cause I'm their sister, Isn't that obvious?
'Damn she's hot'
I know.
The whispers continued but I ignored them and the looks I was receiving from the girls some of them were jealous looks others angry looks. What's their problem anyway?
Everyone was literally looking at our every move and it is getting annoying how my brothers not getting annoyed.
I've not even taken a step inside the school and everyone is staring already. We finally reached inside the school and it's even worse inside. C'mon.
"I'll show you to the office," Vito said as I nodded my head as he led the way.
Damn this school is huge.
We reached the office where Vito opened the door. I stepped in and saw the receptionist go through some files.
I walked up to her. She had straight blonde hair which reached her shoulders, her big glasses were on the tip of her nose and she looked up with her blue eyes
"Can I help you?" She asked in a bored tone
I was about to speak but then Vito spoke before
"She would like her schedule" The receptionist turned to look at Vito and when her eyes landed on Vito they grew wide.

"S-sure" She stuttered "Your name?" She asked
"Sarafina De Luca" I said coldly
she quickly nodded her head and typed something on her laptop after a while she gave me my schedule and locker number. I checked my schedule.
No, I have History first lesson "What do you have?" Vito asked "History, You?" I asked him.
He grinned
"I have the same let's go" He says.
How can someone be so happy while going to history? I was standing outside the History class door deciding on ditching it but knowing that Vito is in the class he would probably tell Antonio. I knocked on the door and-
Stop lying you bitch.
Yeah. Whatever.
I kicked the door open and walked inside Vito behind me. Everyone stopped what they were doing and stared at me.
Again with the staring. The teacher was silent for a while so she quickly cleared her throat
"You must be the new student?"
No
"Yeah"
"Would you like to introduce yourself?" She asked
She's annoying.
"No, I think I'm good," I said nodding my head.
Vito nudged me from the side. What? I glanced at him only to see him smirking; he quickly took his seat and left me here. Alone.
"Are you sur-"I cut her off getting annoyed "Sarafina De Luca" I introduced coldly everyone stared at me with shock evident on their faces.
"Now, where do I sit?" I asked looking around the teacher who has recovered from the shock
"On the back corner" She says
I nodded my head and went at the back corner with only one seat left which is near a boy who had a black hood on and I couldn't see his face.
I plopped down and stared at nothing in particular getting really bored already. I glanced at the hooded figure on my left who was minding his own business.
It was half way through the lesson and I am bored out of my mind I was about to go to sleep but the annoying voice of the teacher made me open my eyes
"Mr. Fernando take the hood off right now" The teacher says to the hooded person who was probably sleeping or not
. Everyone turned to look at him
"How about no?" He says in his deep voice.
I could feel the anger radiating from the teacher
"You will take the hood of right now or I will have to send you to the principal's office." She said angrily I heard him sigh and he took off his hood and I'll be lying if I say he doesn't look like a complete Greek god. He has messy dark brown hair and blue eyes that you can get lost on if you stare at it for too long.
I saw him glare coldly at the teacher. I saw Vito glance at my direction. I turned around to face the board which had shit written on it and my head was hurting.
I felt something vibrate from my back pocket. I checked what it was and removed my phone to check the new notification only to be sent by Brianna saying that she has to skip school so does Joshua.
I kept the phone away. I could feel eyes on me so I looked around to find who kept staring at me only to be the hot-looking hood guy on my left. I ignored him and after some time I got annoyed.
"What!?" I snapped, turning around to face him he didn't say anything continued to stare.
He shook his head and turned to face the window which confused me. He would glance at me every now and then. I tried my best ignoring him.
The bell rang and I went rushing outside the room wanting to get out of here as fast as possible. I checked my schedule and groaned.
Can this day get any worse than it already is.
Yes, yes it can.
I wanted to inform you guys that I've edited some chapters and I've changed some thing!:)

Ætla Verǫld
AV Online was just a flash in the pan—a harsh, experimental land which lost most of its players in mere weeks. Only the dedicated few remained, carving out their destinies in corners of the vast abandoned world. Lily Quinn wasn't one of them. With a career worth millions in the esports world, she didn't have time for a game like Avo—but when an exclusive beta test for the new version showed up on her doorstep, she couldn't say no… as much as she wanted to. Literally hooked into the simulation, Lily reluctantly entered a world beyond anything she'd ever dreamed of. Accompanied by seven other beta testers desperate to save their beloved game, Lily dives into a vibrant, beautiful world, where mystery and adventure waits around every corner. Despite her reservations, Lily finds a joyful escape in Avo, shattering her cold, hollow reality. It was just a game though… until the group discovered they couldn't log out. Trapped in a game with no rules, and surrounded by cutthroat players eager to kill for a quick windfall, Lily and her ragged band have no choice but to fight their way out, or die in a game that has turned all too real. Hi there! I'm setting off on yet another adventure, come join me :3 Unusually for me, there's only one perspective this time, and it's quite a bit more action-oriented than I usually write. Don't worry, though: everything's still as character-driven as always, and I never get tired of writing dialogue. Just to acknowledge it up front: this story is heavily inspired by EVE Online and the many stories generated by that world. However, since this is a fantasy setting, not sci-fi, don't expect any real parallels. Chapter publish rate for this one will be whenever I write them, as with Epilogue. I don't expect to move as fast here though, since it's not for NaNo. The plan is chapters somewhere in the 4k-5k range, and hopefully frequently. The Last Science takes priority as always though. Special thanks to Reaver and Ace Arriande for pushing me to get this going, and to all my fellow writers whom I've stolen from been inspired by. You're all wonderful people and I love you Quick reminder: Patrons get to read ahead of what's published! Also, try my other works: The Last Science — A Tale of Modern Magic Epilogue — A Post-Fantasy Psychodrama What are you still doing on the synopsis? Get to reading! Cover art (fullsize): Forgotten World Coliseum, by taenaron (Tobias Roetsch), modified by Etzoli. YAOS 1 - Limitless Adventures - Yet Another OP Story Book 1
December 23rd 2018: Book 1 is now up at Smashwords and at Amazon. December 30th 2018: V1.1.2 of YAOS Book 1 is out, some content additions, fixed typos. Amazon's enhanced typesetting now displays tables properly. YAOS is shown through the eyes of some genius athlete getting OP inside a VR, ah wait, Full Immersion game, ?F.I.O?. Not a Hero, not a Nerd, just a driven individual paying for mistakes made, biding time until he can return to the Real World. He isn't defined like you'd normally do it, you can pick his looks and name all on your own, just like you do in video games. Believe it or not, keeping his looks undefined is harder than you think. His backstory isn't expounded in detail, but it drives his choices. Book 1 isn't about depressing sob stories but about fun and rushing forward, pursuing new horizons. Oh, and you'll end on a cliffhanger! Well, most serials do, so you will probably expect that without being told explicitly. But it isn't that bad, there's a lot of reveals and more to come once this book, that is the first in a planned three-part series, is finally ready for release on amazon et al. The published version will have: 1.) Godawful speaker tags, I hate them, they make you stop thinking and speed up editing so much. In hindsight they should have been in to begin with. But I stand by my goals proclaimed earlier. You guys should think while reading, that is the whole point of the exercise. Apply the knowledge and ideas, improve yourself, get creative! 2.) Pretty colored tables, the damned blue boxes, a lot of work, 69 in one book. Finally fixed amazon's centering issue. Can't say I liked the hours needed to debug that. 3.) The promised Mitara chapters. 4.) A cover! 5.) And lastly, updated polished versions of several chapters. MC shares more of his past, some terrible chapters (esp. 32) finally work. Some new scenes, minor rewrites in parts. Text flow and other issues. The current challenge is to maintain essential ambiguity while satisfying people wanting to know more without thinking three steps ahead. Balancing one with the other is tough. The smut which was in remains, but the story told is not to be superseded by it. A 15+ rating for the first book is also important, not to mention, YAOS wasn't meant to contain any smut to begin with. If the Author can turn to writing full time his output should increase, so please support YAOS #1 once it does finally release. ~Thank You~ No maps so far, that should be in, but is really hard to get done right. Again, tips are appreciated. Update September 2017: Stubbed chapters, sorry guys, currently don't have time to upload them elsewhere, polishing book 1 and 2, writing 3, takes precedence. Book 1 is in heavy editing, too much to keep synced and continuing editing. I'd need a site which offers JS-free rapid managing of chapters and comments. Coding one myself or setting a premade up is out of scope until I'm done with the books. RRL-old offered that, nuff said. This is only here because the author believes in fairies, nobody reads this, most likely. October to December 2017: Life threw some curveballs. February 2018: Book 2 draft 1 completed, at ~150K words. Book 2 is fairly epic in scope, requires 1 rewritten chapter, some editing. Tables and miscellanea are in, but needs at least a grammar pass. March 2018: Book 3 at 28k words, first arc, rest needs serious planning for spin-off and satisfying conclusion. July 2018: Yet another proofing/editing session of books 1-3, 101+ chapters, ~300k words. B3 at 48k, starts out great, but no ETA, no wordcount limit, in flux. But prioritizing my writing cannot be done, I hate the delays as much as you, but you will prefer the whole released in a timely fashion rather than wait. Knowing myself how excruciating waiting can be, at least you'll get significantly polished versions and an ETA on book 2 by release of book 1. December 23rd 2018: Book 1 is now up at Smashwords and in the process at Amazon et. al.. . To all who wait patiently, offered feedback, thanks again!
