《Finally Happy》Chapter 4

"All right guys! Let's run 500 laps around the gym!", a voice shouted from the middle of the gym. Naruto sighed as he walked up to the green, blindness inducing blur that was their P.E teacher. The man wore a god-damn green leotard!
'Talk about nightmare inducing.' Naruto shuddered as he went to the man, trying to make up a good excuse as to why he couldn't run.
"Um... Guy sensei? Do you mind if I sit this one out? I uhh- twisted my ankle yesterday." Naruto 'smoothly' lied, giving the man his best innocent look.
"OH MY CHAMP! Of course you can! MAY THE POWER OF YOUTH HEAL YOU!" Guy sensei said passionately. Everyone around them just sighed as if this happened often.
"GUY-SENSEI!" Another horrendous green blur shouted from a distance, running towards them with literal anime hearts in his eyes.
"LEE!"
"GUY SENS-!"
'POW'
Said green blur was sent flying off to a distance as Neji punched him.
"Shut up Lee and let's get on with the period." Neji said calmly.
During all the commotion, Naruto walked off to benches and sat in the highest row, away from anyone. He opened his bag and took out a sketchbook and started drawing random things. Many people didn't know this about the blonde but he could draw. He could draw well. It was something he didn't tell to many people. He didn't want the attention. As he was drawing, again the same pair of raven eyes stared at him in concern and hints of love.
'Damn... Where the hell did those bruises come from? Did he get into gang fights or something?' The thought of Naruto being in such a situation scared him.
But Sasuke couldn't do anything. Protecting the blonde would only cause trouble and Naruto would never accept it anyway. Sasuke continued to stare at the blonde dobe, noticing little tiny things.

Like the way Naruto would chew on his pencil.
Or the way he would scratch and ruffle his spiky hair when he is in deep thought.
Or the way he would rub his cerulean blue eyes, to get rid of the sleepiness.
Sasuke couldn't catch the smile that appeared on his face as he looked at the blonde. Everything about him was so...
"SASUKE-KUN!"
The raven was immediately startled from his thoughts as he turned to see his absolute nightmare...
Fucking fangirls.
One especially annoying one latched onto his arm in a strong vice grip.
"Hi Sasuke-kun!" A pink haired girl said as she tried to look enticing by batting her eyelashes.
"Get off him Billboard brow!" A pale blonde haired girl screamed, pulling Sakura away from the raven. Soon hoards of girls began fighting, pulling and pushing each other away, clawing at each other's hair.
Naruto looked up from his book to see all the commotion. The sight that met his eyes made him fall to the floor laughing.
Hoards of girls running around and grabbing at each other. Punches were being thrown, by-standers were trying to break the whole thing off but the thing that made him laugh the most was seeing Sasuke in the middle of it, with his hair messed up and his shirt ruffled and torn, with a completely murderous look, glaring daggers at everyone coming next to him and throwing anyone that latched on to him.
Naruto fell to the floor, laughing and clutching his stomach, tears falling down his face. Looking up at the scene, he got a clear view of the raven, which made him laugh even more.
'Sasuke looks kinda hot with his hair messed up like that...' Naruto's eyes widened when he realised what he had thought.

'WHAT THE FUCK! HELL NO! UGH! What the hell did I just think?!' Naruto blushed. Worst thing of all, he came into eye contact with Sasuke. The blonde's blush deepened and with that he quickly stuffed his bag and ran off to the next class, not even caring if the bell had rung or not.
Sasuke turned around to see who the hell was laughing in the expense of his torture, when his eyes met to the most beautiful thing he had ever seen.
Naruto laughing.
His eyes were scrunched up, glistening tears falling from those eyes, with the most biggest smile plastered on.
That smile he hadn't seen in years.
The blonde was clutching his thin body as he was laughing the most harmonic bell like sound.
Sasuke smiled again, love clearly evident in his eyes as he looked at Naruto. At that moment, blue and black clashed, as they looked at each other. A red cherry blush appeared on Naruto's face and in that second, he was gone.
The raven tried to look over the crowd to see Naruto, but he had disappeared.
Sasuke couldn't help grin when he saw Naruto blush.
'Maybe... Just maybe, we could be something.'

A Mildly Odd Reality Breaker
Omar receives an unexpected visitor who comes baring a gift—a "registration ticket"—in the form of a small metal card. The ticket is itself an offer to participate in the game, "Reality Break." Accepting this offer means that Omar will be able to perceive the true nature of reality where there is not one, but two dimensions of time, and in this second dimension history changes (and somewhat "frequently"). Along with this, he will also gain access to the "chronopause"; another reality that is not so much parallel to our own as it is perpendicular, which acts as both a place and the natural boundary between non-sequential points on the timeline. Using the chronopause, Omar will become a chrononaut with the ability to travel through time, and as a player, he will be given a cybernetic interface and his own portable extradimensional storage space. It's a strange conversation, but due to Omar's dismally short attention span, he only consciously hears that last bit about the portable pocket space, and that's only after the physics-defying void is opened in his living room and literally waved in front of his face. Reality is certainly stranger than most people realize, but then again, so is Omar. Thankfully, he responds well to shiny things, and for better or for worse, his chronic inattentiveness is the least of his psychological issues. Omar also has a mild form of "Oppositional Defiant Disorder" which presents itself as an occasional, arbitrary need to disobey others (especially authority figures). However, his oddest psychological issue by far is his "abnormally hyperactive" subconscious mind. Outwardly and consciously, Omar is a lazy, apathetic man-child prone to mildly asinine behavior. Subconsciously, he's some sort of genius capable of extraordinary feats of cognition. Most of the time, Omar is a (technically) functioning adult, but in order to live as such, he must rely entirely upon unusual abilities he's completely unaware of, despite the fact that he uses them regularly. Up until now, his life had merely been ridiculous, but now it was also a game. Note: The narrative style is that of a reliable narrator with a "3rd-person sarcastic" POV. This story takes place in the Reality Breakers/Chronopause universe.
