"How is she?" Arnold asked.
"Her fever is still high." Elizabeth said.
"They told me the gas wouldn't harm her." Arnold said.
"I don't think it's that." Elizabeth said. "But I do know if we can't get her fever down soon she's going to die."
"What did those people do to her." Arnold asked.
"What is her temperature now Anna?" Elizabeth asked the nanny they hired to care for Gracie.
"104 ma'am." Anna said. "She is calling out for her mommy."
"Her mom is dead." Arnold said.
"She needs a hospital." Anna said. "The meds aren't working to bring her fever down."
"We cannot take her to a hospital." Arnold said.
"Get more cool rags." Elizabeth said and Anna nodded and left the room. "She's going to die."
"If we leave and take her to a hospital they'll know who she is right away." Arnold said. "The Rollin's family along with WWE has her picture everywhere."
"So soon?" Elizabeth asked.
"They're using their fans to spread word." Arnold said. "We cannot risk taking her to the hospital."
"What are we going to do then?" Elizabeth asked as they heard Gracie scream.
Rushing into the room they saw the girl terrified soaked in sweat.
"I want my mommy." Gracie cried. "I want my daddy."
"Shh sweet girl." Elizabeth said. "You are safe here."
"I want to go home." Gracie cried before coughing.
Elizabeth went to move near her and Gracie freaked out.
"No, I want my mommy and daddy." She cried coughing more.
"You have to calm down." Elizabeth said as Anna returned with some cool rags.
"Calm her down now." Arnold snapped.
"Hello Gracie." Anna said. "My name is Anna."
"I want my mommy and daddy." Gracie said.
"I know sweet girl, but right now you are very sick." Anna said.
"I know." Gracie said. "Mommy has to give me my medicine."
"What kind of medicine does she give you?" Anna asked.
"The kind from my doctors." Gracie said coughing. "My tummy hurts."
"It's from the coughing, do you want to try some water?" Anna asked.
"No." Gracie cried. "I want my mommy."
"NOW LISTEN HERE YOUNG LADY, YOU WILL STOP THIS CRYING AND SCREAMING RIGHT NOW." Arnold snapped.
"Arn." Elizabeth said.
"You are here with us where you should have been all along, now knock it off, drink your water and be quiet." Arnold said.
"No." Gracie cried coughing.
"Calm her." Elizabeth said leading Arnold from the room.
"Yelling at her won't help." Elizabeth said. "We knew the hold they were going to have on her was going to be hard to break, but she won't learn to trust us if you act like this."
"Damn people." Arnold said picking up a vase and shattering it against the wall.
"Please, please calm down." Anna said. "The coughing gets worse when you cry."
"I want my mommy and daddy." Gracie said. "Please."
"Your mom is in heaven." Anna said. "And now it's your turn to be here with your grandparents."
"Mommy is in heaven?" Gracie asked confused.
"Yes, but you are safe here." Anna said.
Gracie seemed to lose it crying until she fell asleep from exhaustion.
"She is sleeping." Anna said. "But her fever is still high."
"We gave her meds, all we can do is hope they work." Elizabeth said.

Over the next few weeks Gracie became weaker and weaker.
"She's going to die." Elizabeth said softly leaving the room.
Anna did not understand why they did not take her to a doctor. Why they were willing to let her die. So one night after they had gone to bed Anna snuck Gracie out of the Villa they were staying in, in Italy and rushed Gracie to the nearest hospital.
"Please I need help." She said carrying Gracie in. "She's dying."
Medical staff rushed Gracie to the back and Anna paced the waiting room.
"Excuse me." An Officer said coming up with a second. "Did you bring Gracie Rollins here."
"No, Gracie Sullivan." Anna said. "I am her nanny, she is sick."
"What do you mean her nanny?" The other Officer asked.
"I was paid to take care of her, but she's been sick with fever since she arrived." Anna said.
"Did Arnold and Elizabeth Sullivan hire you." He asked.
"Yes." Anna said. "Their daughter died and Gracie was rescued and reunited with her family."
"How is the girl?" The first Officer asked the nurse who came out.
"She is very sick." The nurse said.
"Her parents are flying in a we speak." The Officer said.
"Her parents?" Anna asked.
"Gracie was kidnapped two weeks ago from a hotel in San Antonio, Texas." The second Officer said. "Her parents are Seth and Rebecca Rollins."
"I did not know." Anna said.
The officers took Anna to get the information on where the Sullivan's were and police were able to catch them as they were trying to flee.
"Oh god." Becky said seeing her daughter hooked to machines.
"I think I'm going to be sick." Seth said.
"Breathe man." Josh said. "She's alive."
Looking at the girl in the bed they had to wonder.
"You're daughter is very weak, but she's a fighter." The doctor said.
"What's going on with her." Becky asked taking her hand.
"I've consulted with Dr. Reed from your home hospital and he agrees she's relapsed from the illness that hospitalized her last time." Dr. Jones said. "We have her on meds and slowly the infection is going down, but her fever was high for a long time, so right now until she wakes up and goes through testing we won't know how much her brain has been affected."
"But she has brain activity." Seth said.
"Yes, this monitor here show that." He said pointing to a screen. "Her heart is strong and she is responding to the meds finally so hopefully she'll wake up soon."
"Thank you." Becky said.
"Talk to her." He said. "I fully believe she can hear you."
He left them and Becky kissed her daughter's hand.
"We're here baby." Seth said. "We are so sorry this happened but we're here."
"Please baby wake up." Becky said. "I want to see your beautiful eyes and smile."
"Daddy?" Gracie asked as her eyes opened.
"Hi my sweet girl." Seth said. "It's okay."
He saw her eyes look around and land on where Becky was asleep.
"Mommy?" Gracie asked.
Seth smiled and reached over.
"Bex." He said. "Wake up."
Becky's eyes opened meeting his.
"Our daughter wants you." Seth said.
Becky was instantly out of her chair and over to Gracie's bedside.
"Hi my sweet luv." Becky said.
"Mommy." Gracie said bursting in tears which sent her monitors off.

"It's okay." Becky said gently scooping her up and rocking her. "Mommy's here."
Dr. Jones and a nurse came in.
"I see she woke up." Dr. Jones said.
"Yes, she seemed shocked to see Becky." Seth said.
"The women who brought Gracie is said Gracie was told her mommy went to heaven." The nurse said. "She did not know for Gracie there is a difference in mama and mommy."
"Oh my." Becky said. "I promise you my sweet luv I am not dead, I am right here."
"Never let me go." Gracie said.
"Never." Becky said kissing her head. "Never."
"Hey kiddo." Josh said coming into the room with Jen who was holding a pink bear.
"Uncle Josh." Gracie said. "You were hurt."
"I was, but I am better now." Josh said. "Got a little scar right here."
"I sorry." Gracie said.
"You have nothing to be sorry for." Josh said.
"I thought you might like a friend." Jen said.
"Thank you Aunt Jen." Gracie said. "Are you better too?"
"I am getting there." Jen said. "A bit sore, but I am tough."
"Yeah." Gracie said. "Why did those men hurt you?"
"The men who came to the hotel room?" Seth asked.
"Yeah, they were mean." Gracie said.
"They were." Seth said. "They really wanted to take you and your Aunt and Uncle were trying to protect you."
"Welly?" Gracie asked.
"We're always going to try and protect you." Josh said.
"Always." Jen said.
"Thank you." Gracie said.
They spent the day just relaxing as doctors and nurses took care of her. Becky was never far from her and everyone made sure it stayed that way.
"WWE ran a story on all their media platforms about Gracie being found." Seth said.
"Stephanie texted me." Becky said.
Seth nodded running his hand over their joined hands as Gracie napped.
"Ryan Pappolla and McKenzie Mitchelle here for WWE Digital." Ryan said.
"Last night in Italy WWE superstars The Man Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins we're reunited with their daughter." McKenzie said.
"Two weeks ago in San Antonio Gracie who was at her hotel with her Aunt and Uncle while her parents were working on Monday Night Raw was kidnapped and spirited away to Tuscany by her biological grandparents who are now in custody." Ryan said.
"Both Rollins and Lynch posted about being reunited with their daughter and sending a huge thank you to all who helped spread the word helping them find her." McKenzie said.
"As for now The Raw Women's Champion and one half of the Raw tag team champions are focusing on being with their daughter but we are on the road to WrestleMania. Elimination Chamber is right around the corner and there are six women looking to dethrone The Man who has held the title for a record setting three hundred and nine days and we're still counting." Ryan said. "Rollins and Murphy are set to take on challengers The Street Profits who are looking to dethrone The Monday Night Messiah and his Disciple."
"Now matter what is in their future in the ring we here at WWE are happy they've been reunited with their daughter and we wish her a speedy recovery." McKenzie said.
"Looks like life is still moving." Seth said.
"As always." Becky said. "But honestly I don't care, I just want to be here with our daughter."
Seth nodded laying his head on her lap as she gently ran her hand down his face.
A Few Days Later
"The Sullivan's have been extradited back to the US and are sitting in jail in San Antonio." Bruno said. "They've been put into solitary so the only contact they have is with their lawyers, all involved have also been arrested as well."
"And Anna?" Becky said.
"Authorities believe she's was conned by the Sullivan's and since she brought Gracie here and has agreed to testify they won't be pressing charges." Bruno said.
"Okay." Becky said.
"Gracie's been cleared to fly back to Iowa to finish recovering and with all that is going on we want to be home." Seth said.
"Yes, Vince himself sent the wwe jet to bring you home." Bruno said. "I hope it's okay that I ride back with you."
"Perfectly fine." Becky said.
"Dr. Reed would like to see her when you return to make sure she's still on the mend." Dr. Jones said. "With the pandemic that is hitting parts of the world right now we need to make sure she is strong so if she catches it."
"We understand." Becky said watching Gracie as Jen helped her put her shoes on.
"Good luck." Dr. Jones said.
"Thanks." Becky said.
Dr. Jones said goodbye to Gracie and they headed to the airport to go home.
"Daddy." Gracie said from her booster seat.
"Yes?" Seth asked.
"Can I cuddle on you?" She asked.
"Of course." Seth said helping her out and onto his lap. Becky smiled and covered them with a blanket and Gracie sighed closing her eyes.
"You look blissful." Becky said running her hand over the side of Seth's face.
He smiled and turned and kissed the palm of her hand.
"I am." He said. "I love you."
"I love you." Becky said snuggling into his side laying her head on his shoulder.
"From all of our testing she seems to be fine." Dr. Reed said. "Her strength is returning as is her energy level."
"She sleeps a lot." Seth said.
"It's her body's way of recovering." Dr. Reed said. "Her lungs sound clear."
"She still coughs a lot, but it's getting better." Becky said.
"Yes, I want her to stay in the inhaler for a while longer, get her lungs stronger." He said. "Try to keep things calm and mellow for awhile longer. With the pandemic hitting we gotta think about maybe isolating her to keep her safe."
"With her lungs does she run a risk of contracting it?" Becky asked.
"Yes." He said. "I know asking an active three year old to isolate from the world is hard, but it's necessary."
"We'll do what we have to to keep her healthy and strong." Seth said.
"I know, keep doing what you're doing, let her go at her pace and if need be remind her to relax." Dr. Reed said. "Hopefully things will settle and she can focus on turning four and being healthy."
"Can I dance?" Gracie asked.
"I think for now we gotta stick with you doing your stretches and yoga with your mommy until you're a bit stronger, but when I see you in one month if your lungs are stronger I will okay it." Dr. Reed said. "I know waiting will be hard."
"I'm a big girl, I can wait." Gracie said.
"Remember lots of good foods, lots of water and rest." Dr. Reed said. "I'd like her to stay on the antibiotics and I'll get you a list of vitamins and minerals that will help her."
"Okay." Becky said.
After getting her after visit summery they headed to their house.
"Relax guys she's okay." Seth said as Kevin and Bella barked.
"They missed me daddy." Gracie said.
"They did." Holly said.
"Grandma." Gracie said moving over and hugging her.
"My sweet pea." Holly said scooping her up and hugging her.
Becky smiled as Seth wrapped his arms around her happy to be home.
