《A Harry Potter Love Story: Gracie Style *Completed*》Chapter 11

"I hate Umbridge!" Nat sang, skipping through the halls. One day. One bloody day and she's managed to piss off the whole school. Pardon my French. She moved the O.W.L's. They're tomorrow! Tomorrow!
I collapsed onto the couch in the common room, watching Mione study frantically. She's got this in the bag! Ron, well, lets hope he sits by someone smart! Nat an I, we'll make the grades required to pass, and we'll be able to take the advanced classes we need, but that's bout it. Harry will do brilliant! I know it! He just has to focus!
He sat beside me, sighing loudly. His shoulders were tensed, and he seemed really frustrated. He looked at me, pulling me onto his lap. I spun sideways, curling up in a ball. I used my middle finger to trace patterns in his skin lightly. He shivered, but didn't say anything. Hm. I'm bored. Lets see, what would a bored Gracie do when holding a grudge for being called a tease? I know what your thinking, that was days ago, but I'm bored now. I wasn't bored then. So now is when I shall have my fun.
I kissed Harry's jaw softly, then placed another one on his cheek. He closed his eyes for a minute, taking deep breaths, I continue to place kisses here and there. When he finally opened his eyes, he looked down at me with this weird smirk, then shook his head. I flipped him onto his back, straddling him, I kissed him for a moment, then pulled back, leaving a pout on his face. I ran my hands over his chest a couple times, smiling like I've seen Mum do. I bent over to whisper to him. "You seem stressed. I could help. If we went somewhere more private?" I trailed off, biting my lip. He nodded eagerly, grabbing my hips. He pulled us both to our feet, rushing towards the door. Nat and Mione raised their eyebrows, smirking. I winked, making them laugh and giggle.
"Where ya going?" Ron asked, looking up from his book.
"Somewhere!" Harry called over his shoulder, throwing the door open. He broke into a full on run while I did the same, trailing behind him. He stopped in front of the room of requirement. A door popped up seconds later. He pulled me inside, and once we were in there, he closed the door, then pinned me against it.
"Stop teasing me!" He hissed, meeting and holding my gaze. I challenged him, smirking. I grabbed his belt loops, pulling him to me. I pushed myself into my toes to whisper to him, because apparently he likes that.
"And if I don't?"
His eyes fluttered closed again, and he stayed quiet, taking deep breaths. I started moving against him slightly, nothing major, cus you know. I'm a virgin. I don't really know what I'm doing, but that doesn't mean I can't try. He groaned, his eyes shooting open. He glared, then pushed me back against the door, pinning my hands above my heads. He slid his knee in between my legs, keeping me in place. He started kissing my neck, making a hickey. An involuntary moan left my lips and I tilted my head to the side, giving him better access. When he was done, he moved his eyes back to mine, smirking at me.
"Two can play at this game!" He stated, moving backwards. Oh no, he isn't getting off that easy! I curled my fists around his shirt, pulling his lips to mine, snogging him.

********Harry's POV*********
There was a very sexy defiant look in her eyes as I backed up, more for my sake than hers. She stepped closer though, pulling me to her. I obliged happily, putting my hands on her hips. I swiped my tongue across her bottom lip, deepening the kiss. She didn't respond, frustrating me further. In one swift move I had her in my arms, she wrapped her legs around my waist, gasping slightly. I took my opportunity.
She tasted like strawberry, but smelled like vanilla. Weird, but amazing. Something I'll never forget! She tangled her hands into my hair, tugging a bit. I groaned, tightening my grip on her as I moved backwards, heading for the bed in the middle of the room. Not that it'll be used for anything more than a seat.
I wrapped an arm around her waist and put the other on the back of her neck, that way she couldn't break the kiss before I was ready to. She moaned, pressing father into me. I grunted, trying to keep my downstairs under control. Sirius and I had a talk the other night, one I wasn't exactly comfortable with. It was about Gracie and I's personal life. He was pretty blunt.
~~~~~~~FLASHBACK~~~~~~~~
"Have you had sex?"
"No!"
"Do you want to?"
"Er, I don't know! Why are we having this conversation?" I asked, looking at the door awkwardly.
"Don't get her pregnant. Don't hurt her. If you do, don't tell anyone but me or Maxie."
"I can't believe we're talking about this!" I muttered, sinking into my chair. "Why are you okay with this?!"
"I'm not. But I'd rather you be honest than lie and do it behind my back!" He snapped, rolling his eyes. "Besides, I was your age once. And I was your dad's best friend. I know exactly what he thought when he thought it. And you're just like him. Therefore I know every thing you think when you think it. Therefore I know when your thinking about that stuff. Don't lie!" He glared at me, daring me to deny it. I grumbled under my breath, staring at the carpet.
"Mum would kill me if she knew half the stuff I thought!" I muttered, shaking my head. He chuckled, nodding.
"Don't worry. I'm a dad and a maurader. And an uncle. An I'm pretty sure Nat and Fred have done it. Not happy, but dealing with it. I understand to an extent! That doesn't mean go screw her the minute you leave the room!"
"I get it. Can I leave now?"
"Fine. Whatever. Maxie made me do this anyway!" He laughed, shaking his head. "Go not be boring!" He chuckled, shoving me out the door.
"Oh thanks!" I muttered, rolling my eyes and smirking. He winked.
"That's what I'm here for!" I shook my head, leaving the room with a laugh.
~~~~~~~~~THE END~~~~~~~~~
I finally broke it, definitely needing air. And a cold shower. Definitely one of those. She gasped for air, smiling at me. "Your very good at that!" She giggled, sprawling out on the bed. I nodded, smirking. I lay beside her, wrapping an arm around her shoulders.
"Told you that you were a tease!" I chuckled, looking into her beautiful eyes. She smirked at me this time, sending me a wink.
"Might as well embrace it! I'm good at it, if I do say so myself!" She giggled, rolling over on top of me. I smiled, keeping my eyes locked with hers. "What do you think?" She looked up under her lashes, making this smoldering effect that would have any guy on his knees. I kissed her forehead.

"I think so too."
"Are you still stressed?" She whispered, laying her head on my chest. I sighed, lifting a hand to run it through my hair.
"A little bit. I'm still having those bloody nightmares!"
"Me too!" She looked up, giving me this doe eyed look. She kind of looks like a little kid. I can almost imagine running around with her when we were little, even back then I know she was beautiful. My favorites are the pictures of her and Mum. "Harry?"
"Hm?"
"What's Umbridge going to do now that Dumbledore is gone? What if Tom takes advantage of his absence?" She whispered, looking up at me with those eyes. I thought about that myself, a lot. But I can't let her know that. She's obviously worried, and I hate it when she's scared.
"He won't. I promise! And who cares about Umbridge? You could take her!" I smirked, looking down at her. I was trying to reassure her by messing around, and it kind of worked. She giggled, smiling up at me. She's so short and tiny, the power she has amazes me.
I am whipped. Bad.
"I trust you." She whispered, breaking my heart completely. What if I'm wrong? I don't want to do that to her. "You tensed. What's wrong?" Don't lie. Tell the truth.
"I don't want to break my promise, but I can't see the future. I don't want to break your trust."
"You won't. I understand completely. I knew you were trying to make me feel better when you said it Harry. I'm no twit!" She rolled her eyes, smiling at me. I returned it, kissing her forehead.
"You know me too well!" I chuckled, rolling onto my side. Since she was laying on top of me, she was now safely tucked into my side. Where she's going to stay.
"Of course I do. You're more than a boyfriend, you're my best friend, and I love you with all my heart!" She whispered, her cheeks turning red. I love it when she blushes.
"And I love you. You're my whole world." I kissed her forehead, then her cheeks, then the tip of her nose, and finally her lips.
"Harry?"
"Yes love?"
"I don't want to sound clingy, but. Can you promise me something? I understand if you can't." She trailed off looking away. I looked down at her, then lifted her chin so she was looking at me. She was crying. I could count on one hand the number of times I've seen her cry. I don't like this.
"Anything sweetheart!" That was stupid on my behalf, I don't even know what I'm promising.
"Don't say that. You don't know what I'm going to say. What if you can't?" She muttered, dropping my gaze again. I swear, sometimes I think she can read my mind.
"Well, why don't you tell me and we'll see whether I can or not!" I smiled, trying to pull her gaze back to mine. Finally, she did, her face solemn.
"Promise you'll never leave me?" She whispered, so soft I barely heard her. My smile grew, because I can definitely keep that promise. I pulled her as close to my body as I could get her, smiling happily.
"Of course!" She blew out a sigh, probably out of relief, then sat up, glaring at the door. "What?"
"We have to leave. We have class!" She sighed, standing up. We were only on break, we've only had four classes. Next we go to Umbridge. Brilliant. I groaned, pulling a pillow over my head. That cute giggle filled my ears and I peeked, looking at her. Lilly is such a mini Gracie. Everyone thinks so. I kind of feel like a big brother towards her, it's going to suck when she gets a boyfriend. She gets the Weasley boys, me, James, and Sirius. Not to mention Gracie and Nat. Then Ginny. Hermione will be the understanding one through it all. I can see it now.
"I hate him!"
"Break up with him."
"I'm fine with it. But if he hurts you, he WILL die."
"Uhm no. He's dying now."
"Nat! Give the kid a chance!"
"I'm with her."
"Ginny!"
"What? Look at him! He's got 'git!' written all over him!"
"Agreed."
Yeah okay. I'm done with the little zone out. Gracie was pulling on my arm, dragging me out of the bed. "Class. Two minutes. With Umbridge! Can't be late!" She panted, heaving again. I laughed, standing up easily. "Merlin Harry! How much bloody muscle do you have?"
"A lot. But that's not why you couldn't move me!" I smirked, rolling my eyes. I took he hand, leading her towards the door. She gave me a stubborn look, daring me to give the wrong answer.
"Then what's the reason hm?" I smirked again, meeting up with Ron, Hermione, in Natalyn in the middle of the hall.
"Answer to what?" Nat threw us a curious glance, then turned back around.
"She wants to know why she couldn't pull me up!" I chuckled, shaking my head. Nat snorted, giving her a look like she was stupid. Hermione giggled and Ron just laughed.
"What?" She snapped, glaring at all three of them.
"That's an easy question!" Ron laughed, looking down at her in amusement. She's still the shortest one in the group. I remember when she and Hermione were only like an inch apart, now it's like four. Ginny is two inches taller than her.
"It's so obvious!" Hermione rolled her eyes, looking at her the same way Ron did.
"Just say it!" Gracie huffed, staring at ground viciously.
"Nah. It's a bit mean. Sorry shrimpy!" Nat laughed, skipping backwards into the classroom. Gracie's jaw dropped and she chased after Nat, who ran around the desks laughing. Gracie caught her easily enough, then smacked her kind if hard. We all laughed, until the toad walked in.
"Enough! You will not make a sound in my classroom! You will not move from your seat. You will do as told when your told how you're told to do it. Is that understood?" She snapped, glaring at everyone in the room.
"Yes ma'm." We all muttered, everyone taking a seat.
"SILENCE!" She yelled, glaring at everyone again and stomping her foot. "I said no noise!"
"You asked us a question!" Gracie scoffed, drawing attention to herself. I internally groaned, dropping my head into her hands.
"I SAID BE QUIET!"
"AND I SAID SHUT THE HELL UP! NO ONE LIKES YOU! GRACIE SIT DOWN!" Nat yelled, standing up level with Gracie. Gracie shook her head, watching Umbridge with her jaw locked.
"No! She's not going to come in here acting like she owns this place! This is Dumbledore's school and it always has been. Your a horrible teacher who shouldn't even be here. The only reason you are is because our twit of a minister is scared! That's right! The minister is scared! Voldemort is back and instead of manning up and doing what needs to be done to keep him from reaching full power, he's hiding! He's trying to cover it all up! And it's not going to work! It's going to come back to bite us ALL in the ass! Family's are going to be destroyed, to won't be able to go out and have fun, everyone is going to be living in fear of dying. Because of YOU and FUDGE!"
She stopped talking, but he face was red, she was breathing heavy, she was shaking, and her eyes were way darker than normal. The whole class stared at her with their jaws dropped, even Natalyn. "Go to hell Umbridge!" She spit the words, grabbing her bag. She slammed the chair against the desk and left the room, the door banging loudly as she left.
"See what you did? Damn toad!" Nat spat, grabbing her bag and running for the door. She flung it open, running down the hall. "Gracelyn Paige! Get back here!" She called, her voice getting fainter the farther away she got. My temper spiked, I could feel myself loosing control again. We've got our first occulomency meeting at lunch and another at dinner. And I'm going to need it. Hermione stood up, leaving the room calmly, but he broke into a run once out into the hall. Umbridge approached me with a glare, looking like she could spit venom.
"Are you leaving it staying?" She spoke through her teeth, but I ignored that, turning to Ron.
"Stay or go Ron?"
"Lets go find my sister before she hurts herself. I lived with her for thirteen years. I have never in my life seen her like that. Ever. This is worse than when she fought Pettigrew." He stood up, heading for the door. I started to panic, remembering the incident. We left the room with out another word.
********Gracie's POV********
I shifted for the first time in forever. I haven't used my animagus form in Merlin knows how long. But it felt good, letting loose and running. My temper was out of control and I need to get a serious grip on myself. I need to go to occulomency. I took off through the woods, deciding to visit Grawp like we promised before Hagrid left. I saw a centaur on the way, but he didn't seem surprised to see me. Though I don't look like a human so I can see why. I found Grawp easily, but stopped paying attention to where I was going and ran into the rope. He had it all frayed and stuff. I shifted back, glaring at him.
"Grawp! Have you been tearing your rope?" He dropped his head, nodding sadly. "Bad boy Grawp! What about Hagrid? Hm? He would be so sad if you left!" I scolded, crossing my arms. He wailed loudly, causing me to make a ton of shushing noises.
"Hagrid!" He bellowed, picking me up in his hand like he did Mione. He went to slam me on the ground, so I curled into a ball, bending my legs.
"Grawp! No!" I yelled, squirming in his hand. He stopped, looking at me. "Don't worry Hagrid will be back! But you have to be a good boy, okay?" He nodded sadly, crying. "Now. Put me down Grawp. We don't pick people up with out asking. Understand?"
"Up?" He asked, cocking his head to the side. I rolled my eyes, crossing my arms.
"No Grawp. Down." He put me down slowly, so I sat cross legged, closing my eyes and taking deep breaths.
"Gracie sad?" When I opened my eyes, he was staring down at me, looking worried. It touched my heart. I smiled sadly, nodding my head.
"Yeah. Gracie sad."
"Why?"
"Because. The mean lady was bad. She made Hagrid leave! And she told a lie. Lying is bad. When people lie, they get in trouble. She made me sad." I sighed, trying to keep it simple. For a giant, Grawp is really smart, but he still wouldn't understand if I told him the full story.
"Grawp help Gracie. Grawp hurt lady!" He stood up, turning towards the castle.
"Grawpie! Sit!" I yelled, pointing to the ground beside me. He did as I said. "Thank you Grawpie. But it's okay. The mean lady will get what she deserves. Thank you though!"
"Gracie welcome! Grawpie tired!"
I giggled, shaking my head. I looked around, looking for something comfortable for him to sleep on. Even though he's a giant. And sleeps on stone floors. I transfigured a like of leaves into a blanket, a tree into a bed, and a rock into a pillow. "Tada!" I smiled, gesturing towards it. His eyes widened.
"For Grawp?"
"For Grawp!" I giggled, nodding my head. He climbed on the bed, curling up with the blanket. He fell asleep almost instantly. But now I was in the middle of the forbidden forest alone. I sighed, running a hand through my hair. "Really Gracie? How stupid can you get? Fight with Umbridge then run into the forest alone! You know you get depressed when you do stuff like that!" I groaned, scolding myself. I sat on my knees, hiding my face in my hands.
"Your not stupid." I jumped, falling over backwards and pulling my wand. "Relax, it's me. And your not stupid. Every word you said was true!" Nat shrugged, sitting down beside me. I sighed, resting my head on her shoulder. "Harry is checking the pitch. Mione is at the lake. And Ron is doing Room of Requirement checks."
"How'd you know I'd be here?"
"Because I know you. Spirit hasn't been out in a while. Neither has Phantom. And whenever I get upset, it's like Phantom is another person. Like she pushes through sometimes. Not really of course, but it helps to shift. To think like an animal. To escape reality." She looked down at me with a small, sad smile. "Gracie, can I tell you something?"
"Anything Nat!"
"I think I'm pregnant!" She sighed, tears filling her eyes. "And I don't know how to tell Fred! I'm not ready for this! This is a horrible time to be pregnant! I'm scared! Your the mom in the group! I love the twins, but I don't know anything about babies!"
"Slow down. How did this happen?" I asked, snapping my head up. She was sobbing down, so I rubbed soothing circles on her back, trying to calm her down.
"Fred's birthday!"
