😁
You heard your dad had to leave to travel to a separate island, he had a meeting with a few other tribe leaders such as reggaeton, Jazz and K pop, he would be gone for a few weeks.
Since Bliss would be busy running the kingdom, she realised she would barely have any time for you, so her and Trollex had decided to send you to stay with Synth in pop village/trollstopia until your dad got back.
You had just been dropped off at pop village/trollstopia, you sped over to your dad and hugged his waste as he was getting ready to leave,
"Daddy don't go" you whimpered, burying your face into his side.
Trollex looked at you sadly, he dropped a bag he had been carrying(it has a few project ideas for the meeting)
And picked you up
"Aw, it's ok baby girl, I'll only be gone for a few weeks, you can play with uncle Synth while I'm gone" He cooed
"But I'll miss you" you whimpered, sobbing and clutching onto him tightly
"Shhhh, its alright baby, it's ok" He cooed rubbing your back gently
You both stayed like that for a while, eventually he had to leave
"Don't worry sweetie, I promise I'll write to you everyday" He said and kissed you on the forehead.
He flew in the caterbus and you watched it run out of sight.
You sniffled, and soon began sobbing once more, you felt two arms pick you and hug you gently, you opened your eyes and realised it was your uncle Synth
"Aww, it's ok sweetie. He'll be back before you know it" he cooed, rubbing your back comfortingly.
You buried your face in his chest and burst into tears "b-but i miss him" you sobbed
"Shhh, it's ok, Glow stick don't cry it's alright" He cooed, shushing you gently and whispering soothing words to you, unfortunately that didn't seem to calm you down. Synth looked at you sadly, surly he could find or do something to-

"Is everything ok Synth?" a familiar voice asked, it was Holly Darling.
He looked over and saw the ambassadors and leaders, they all looked concerned.
He sighed looking at you sadly "no, Trollex had to leave for a few weeks, and Y/n's not happy about It, I don't know how to cheer her up"
"Aww" They cooed sympathetically
Holly stroked your hair "it's ok little cutie" she cooed
"Maybe we can do something to make her feel better?" Barb said
"Yeah, what dose she like doing most when she's sad?" Poppy asked
Synth sighed sadly, rocking you gently
"Whenever she's sad Trollex sings her a lullaby and comforts her, I'm not sure what can cheer her up" he sighed
Everyone thought for a moment
"I know, how about we do some arts and crafts with her, it'll help her take her mind off of her dad" Poppy said
"Yeah, that could work" Synth said he looked down at you "What do you think sweetie, do you wanna do some arts and crafts?" He asked
You looked up at him with tear filled eyes "y-yeah' you muttered.
You had all arrived at Poppy's pod, you are in the middle of making a little drawing of techno reef, you were beginning to feel a little better, but you still couldn't get your mind off of your dad.
"How are you feeling sweetie?" Your uncle asked
"A little better but I still miss daddy" you said sadly
Synth hugged you comfortingly
"We can do some baking back at my place, if you want to" Holly said
"Sure" You said
Once you all had arrived at Holly's home you began baking, it was fun and it made you feel a little bit better than before.
You made four cupcakes and decorated them with f/c icing. They tasted good, but you still felt sad about your dad.

"How about fighting?" Barb suggested
"What?" Everyone said
"Whenever I'm sad I always punch someone or destroy a bunch of objects, maybe that might make her feel better" Barb said petting you on the head.
Synth quickly grabbed you and pulled you into a protective hug "no way, she's not doing that!"
"I have an idea, how about we sing something to her" Poppy said
"Yeah that could work" Delta said
"What do you think we should we sing, Synth?" Trollzart asked looking over at the techno troll.
Synth thought for a few minutes, until he smiled "this one will work, follow my lead" he said looking at the others.
They smiled and nodded.
Synth came over to you and picked you up

They all hugged you, you instantly hugged back, you felt tears of joy welling up in your eyes, that truly warmed your heart.
They all pulled away and Synth asked "do you feel better now sweetie?"
You smiled happily, your bright colours glowed in joy, "Yeah, thank you so much everyone" you said
No one could resist and hugged you again.
You snuggled into the embraces, you may still miss your dad but you had your uncle, the leaders and ambassadors here to make you feel better.
And that knowing that made you even happier.
Once the few weeks were up, your dad was finally coming home.
You excitedly waited at the cater bus stop waiting for him to arrive; you couldn't wait to see him.
Just then you saw the cater bus run up and it's mouth opened, and the person you had been waiting to see flew out.
"Daddy!" You cried with excitement and zoomed to him.
Trollex smiled brightly and opened his arms for you to fly into them, once you did, you hugged his chest tightly and buried your face into his chest, while Trollex hugged you tightly, kissing your forehead multiple times.
"I missed you so much my baby!" Trollex said softly; hugging you closer.
You smiled brightly and nuzzled your cheek against his chest, making him chuckle at the ticklish sensation "I missed you so much to daddy!"
For the next twenty minutes, you both stayed in the hug, basking in each other's warmth.
You could not be more happier.

The Curio Shoppe
Kellan Klein is an ordinary college student with an average, if traumatic and painful past. Everyone grows up grappling with depression and anxiety that seem to be genetic in a house with parents that, while loving, fight all the time and have weird ideas about what kids should and shouldn't do, right? Everyone deals with bullying, racism, judgement on their romantic inclinations and their family's economic status and just general shittiness, right? All of Kellan's friends sure did, and for all of them, entertaiment media were a welcome escape from their painful, dreary lives. After all, who wouldn't want to sail the seas with Monkey D. Luffy and the Strawhats, or help Meng Hao con increasingly powerful and influential people, or join Cecil Harvey and his friends on their weird journey to save the world, or make friends with Peter Parker while pretending to not know he was everyone's favorite wall-crawling superhero? Kellan certainly wanted to, and while he pursued college to seek out a career he saw himself enjoying, something felt inexplicably empty about his life. So when a decidely sinister force kidnaps him and the prettiest man he's ever seen saves his life and offers him his wildest dreams, Kellan becomes the shopkeeper of a mysterious, dimension hopping shop, complete with a system that helps him acquire items. abilities, materials, and other cool shit to stock it with, as well as some other neat perks. Will Kellan become a boring overpowered MC, like the kind from web fiction that he reads to sate his boredom? Will he keep his generally kind, sweet nature despite the shit he's gone through and will go through, or will he inexplicably become a scary, violent, irrational arrogant douchebag? Will he use his newfound abilities to explore the multiverse and improve the lives of himself and others, or will he become his own antithesis, a purely mercantile jerk obsessed with money and profit, with no concern for anything that doesn't help or hurt his business? Find out in The Curio Shoppe! Author's note: Please suggest possible setting he could visit in the comments. I'll gather ones i'm familiar with, and at the end of every arc, a poll will be held to decide the next location he visits. There will be polls for other purposes, and I might not always go with the poll winner if I feel one of the other options is more fun to read/write about. I will not use the settings of other RRL writers without their permission.Do not ask for that, unless the author in question gives permission. Most settings he visits will be slightly AU in some way or another, but please remind me if I drift too far from canon unintentionally or characterize a character wrongly. This work will eventually fit all tags I selected once he visits universes suited to those tags, so don't ask when or where a given tag is coming. I do not own the cover art, it belongs to Nicholas Belanger Thiel, and I will stop using it if he asks me to. Kellan doesn't look like the old man on the cover, though once he acquires a disguise-type ability he may occasionally use that appearance. The tapir, however, will be a thing, as despite looking like a failed attempt at an elephant, tapirs are cool and this dragon finds them to be kinda cute. The art, along with more of Nicholas's pieces, can be found at https://www.artstation.com/artwork/51bXz
