It was near the end of school and you and your friends were waiting for the cater bus at the bus stop, unknown to you and your friends a troll child snuck up and placed the answer sheet for the upcoming math test that was tomorrow in your bag, unfortunately, you and your friends were too busy talking to notice and the kid quickly left.

The next day when you got into your maths and you and your friends all went to your desks.

"Alright class, can you please bring out a pen and paper for the test" the pop troll teacher said as she shuffled some papers on her desk.

You reached into your backpack and grabbed what you needed, but as you pulled your stuff out a sheet of paper fell out and onto the floor in the middle of the classroom.

You looked at The paper in confusion, you didn't remember putting a second piece of paper in your backpack, maybe you accidentally put it in?

This caught the attention of the teacher, she stood up and walked over to the piece of paper "oh princess Y/n you dropped your paper, let me get it for you" she said with a smile, but as she picked it up her eyes widened in shock.

This confused you even more, you glanced at your friends in confusion, they were busy trying to see what the paper read by leaning forward.

The teacher then looked at you in disbelief and shock, she turned the paper and you saw that it was the answer sheet to the test.

"Princess Y/n, I've been looking for this all day yesterday! Why do you have this?" She questioned you sternly, her shocked expression had changed to a angry one.

You quickly snapped yourself out of your shock and began to explain "Mrs Whimsy, I didn't even know it was in my bag!"

Mrs Whimsy just sighed, a disappointed look was now on her face as she turned her gaze to the paper "Princess Y/n, I can't tell you how disappointed I am in you, not only did you try and cheat but your also lying to me. Please go to principal Blueberry's office this instant" she said as she pointed to the door of the classroom.

You sighed sadly, you knew arguing about it would only get you in more trouble, you collected your things and placed them in your backpack, you sling it on your shoulders and began to fly out of the classroom.

You looked at your friends who were giving you sympathetic and sad looks.

You looked at the ground sadly as you flew out of the classroom and into the principal's office.

When you entered said office, you sat down on the chair facing the principal.

"Princess Y/n, what you have done is unacceptable, and it will do serious damage to your grades, now I'm going to have to send a letter to your father and inform him of what has happened" the principal said sternly, he picked up a small piece of paper and envelope and began to write.

You said nothing as you only looked down at the green colored felt floor sadly, you knew arguing about this with the principal would only worsen your already bad situation...

Thirty minutes later, Lily arrived, much to yours and the principal's surprise.

"Um, who are you ma'am?" The principal asked looking confused

"Oh, sorry, I'm Trollex's fiancée, and Y/n's nanny since she was born, Trollex got your letter but he's too busy to come pick Y/n up, so he sent me instead" Lily explained

The principal nodded "ok, I assume you know why Princess Y/n is in trouble?" He asked glancing at you.

Lily nodded, giving you a stern glare.

"Yeah, I heard principal Blueberry, me and her father will punish her for this, I'm sorry about what happened" Lily said giving the principal an apologetic look.

"It's alright, Princess Y/n is suspended for a week and I will deal with her grades later, thank you for your time" The principal said.

Lily nodded and picked you up, taking you outside to the cater bus stop, she said nothing as you and her waited for the cater bus and rode back home. As you arrived in the LED castle, she immediately led you to your room.

Once there, she looked at you with a stern but sad expression "Y/n, why would you do something like that?" She asked sounded just as disappointed as she looked.

You looked down sadly, playing with your tale fins nervously "mama....I didn't do it, I swear, i don't even know how it got in my backpack" you said sounding worried, unfortunately that probably made your situation worse since it sounded like you were lying.

Lily only sighed

"Y/n, I am very disappointed in you, go sit on your bed, I'll talk about your punishment with your father" she said, her voice and face laced with disappointment. She then grabbed some of your toys and mini DJ booth and placed them in the wardrobe as a mini punishment.

You looked down sadly and slowly swam over to your bed and sat down facing the wall.

You looked down sadly, picking up your beloved seahorse plushie and hugging it.

How could you fix this?

Your friends were all in your headquarters aka Strawberry's treehouse, they were sitting on the ground and looking sad because of what happened to you.

Little did you know, Iris was with them, she had snuck out of your hair earlier and found the group easily.

Right now, they were talking about the incident.

"Y/n was framed, there is no way she would do something like that!" Clampers yelled as she stomped her hoof on the ground in frustration.

The others nodded in agreement, looking just as mad.

"Yeah, but....how do we find who framed her?" Oscar asked, looking mad at first but frowning in worry

Everyone sighed and looked at the ground sadly, where could they even start?

"Do you think it might be Valentino or Sunflower? Or maybe one of the rock troll bullies?" Clampers said, crossing her arms and looking thoughtful.

Oscar shook his head "no it can't be, the rock troll bullies are in volcano rock city, and Valentino left the school as did Sunflower, I heard they moved somewhere far away so definitely not them"

"Oh..." Clampers sighed

Coral than gasped as an idea came to him "guys, how about we investigate the trolls who are at the top of the math class!"

Everyone else nodded, looking interested

"Yeah, that's not a bad idea, maybe one of them might have done something" Orion said

Getting up from his position on the felt rug.

With that idea in mind, the kids traveled to the school and entered the math classroom.

Luckily the teacher wasn't in the classroom so they didn't have to wait any longer.

Strawberry guarded the door while the other looked at some kids that were the most successful in math.

After a few minutes they found the most successful trolls in math other than you was

A male country troll kid named twigs, a female classical troll kid named Stella and finally a female pop troll named Lucy.

"Alright guys, who should we try first?" Clampers said looking determined

"Maybe Stella? I have a feeling about her..." Orion said as he eyed her name on the sheet.

The others agreed and in a short amount of time they all found Stella.

Clampers immediately pinned her to the floor looking mad "YOU! You framed my best friend how could you!!?" She yelled angrily

Stella looked startled "W-what!?"

Just before Clampers could yell at her again, she was pulled off of the classic troll by Orion and Dexter.

"Clampers we don't know if she has yet!" Dexter scolded, giving Clampers a stern look and helping a scared Stella off of the ground.

Clampers just huffed and glared at the classical troll.

Dexter rolled his eyes and turned to the still shaken up classical troll.

"Sorry about that Stella, we just want to ask you some questions if that's alright"

Stella nodded slowly "yeah...sure..." she said a little shakily.

"Ok, Stella, how do you feel about Y/n?" Dexter asked

"Oh, you mean Princess Y/n of the techno trolls?" She asked tilting her head to the side.

The others nodded

"Well, I've barely interacted with her, but she seems nice, why do you ask?" Stella said looking up at them.

"Remember? someone framed her, and we think it might be one of the troll kids at the top of the math class" Strawberry said, narrowing her eyes in suspicion.

Stella looked shocked "wait you think I did that!? I would never!"

They looked at her, studying her body language and facial expressions, she didn't seem to be lying....

"Ok, sorry to bother you Stella and thank you for your time" Strawberry said politely

Stella smiled "It's ok, I'm sorry I'm not much help" she then looked thoughtful and said " I don't mean to accuse him, but you might wanna try Twigs, he's quite competitive when it comes to math"

The others nodded and left to find said country troll.

It only took thirty minutes but they managed to find Twigs.

"Hey Twigs, can we talk to you for a second?" Oscar asked as he and his friends approached the country troll.

Twigs turned to them and nodded "sure"

"Ok so, you know how Princess Y/n is one of the trolls at the top of the math class right?" Oscar asked, walking closer to the country troll.

Twigs nodded in response, and Oscar continued "We heard from Stella that your quite competitive when it comes to math, and Y/n was framed earlier today, you wouldn't happen to have anything to do with that would you?"

Twigs looked surprised "what!? No! Now way, I'd never do that! I know I can be competitive when it comes to math but I'm fair, I don't play dirty like that"

Once again, Rex and the others studied his body language and facial expression, he seemed to be genuinely surprised, there was no sign of nervousness or fear.

"Ok, sorry to bother you Twigs, we'll leave you alone now" Strawberry said with a smile.

Twigs sighed, seemingly calming down "it's ok, I hope you guys catch whoever did it"

The group thanked him before leaving.

"Ok guys, the last one is that pop troll kid Lucy, let's go" Oscar said looking determined.

The others nodded and began looking for the pop troll.

It took about an hour, but they found her in pop village, she was hanging out with some different genre trolls (which they assumed to be her friends).

The group approached her, this time Iris spoke "hey Lucy, can we all talk to you alone!?" Iris yelled as she flew over to them, the others following close behind.

Lucy turned to the beat drop button fish looking annoyed, she sighed and ordered her friends to leave, when they did she turned to the group looking more annoyed than before "what? Could you seriously not see that I was having a conversation?" She asked in a slightly irritated tone.

Iris huffed "yeah, but this is more important than your dumb convers-" Orion quickly covers the beat drop button fish's mouth and glared at her, Iris in turn glared back at him.

"Yeah sorry about it that, but we need to ask you some questions if you don't mind, it won't take long" Dexter said solemnly.

Lucy looked a little hesitant at first, but sighed irritably and glared at them slightly "ok, go on" she sighed.

"Ok so you know that Princess Y/n was framed right?" Dexter asked.

Everyone could have sworn they saw Lucy look nervous for a split second, but it quickly changed to a stone cold straight expression.

"Yeah, what about it?" She asked, raising her eyebrow.

"Well, we've been asking some troll kids that are at the top of the math class, and since your one of them we decided to-" Dexter was cut off by a loud dramatic gasp from Lucy, who looked more terrified than shocked Like the last two kids had been.

"What!!? Y-You think I had anything to do with t-this!?" She said worriedly

The others looked surprised by her response, both Orion and Oscar narrowed their eyes in suspicion.

Before ether of them could say anything, Lucy then said "cmon you guys, I would never do anything like that, how do you even know it was someone at the top of the math class anyway? It could have been any of the other kids, please don't jump to conclusions..." she said, looking away and rubbing her hands in a nervous manner.

The kids thought for a moment....she did have a point there...

"Oh come on! Don't tell me you guys are actually buyin that!" Clampers snapped, narrowing her eyes at her friends.

Orion discreetly nudged her with his elbow and smiled at Lucy "we don't mean to accuse you Lucy" he then frowned and raised his brow in suspicion "are you absolutely sure you had nothing to do with this?"

Lucy looked him in the eyes and shook her head "no...." she said quietly "I would never, I play fair.....unlike some other kids..."

The others nodded

"Ok, and do you know anyone that has a grudge against Y/n" Dexter asked, giving the pop troll a friendly smile.

Lucy hesitated a little before shaking her head "no, I don't..." she said in a quiet tone.

"Ok, thank you for your time" Strawberry said with a kind smile, she turned to her friends and said "let's go guys"

Everyone was confused by this, but Orion felt she was planning something, once they got to a far enough distance, Clampers turned to her friend looking angry "why are you giving up so easily!? She's obviously guilty!" She yelled, clenching her fists.

Orion just sighed, giving Clampers a dead pan look "Were not, we made her feel uneasy, so she'll likely head straight to her home, we can follow her home and find something out there, look, she's already leaving now"

He said pointing to Lucy who was walking in the direction of Pop village.

The others understood the plan and they all began to discreetly follow the pop troll.

Once they successfully followed Lucy home, to their luck she had to leave with her parents to check out the community garden. Once she was gone, the group entered Lucy's room through the window and began looking.

It took a while, but they managed to find two letters in her bookshelf, they were well hidden which was already suspicious.

The first letter was addressed to a troll named Sunflower.

The group all shared a look with each other (except for Orion who was confused as to who Sunflower was) and opened it, it said

When they were done reading, they all looked at each other, then Clampers grinned and said "guys, this is exactly what we need! We gotta go to the teacher and Principal and show them this right now!"

Everyone nodded and left. Heading for the school.

Once they got to the school, they opened the door to the math class room and saw Mrs Whimsy sitting at her desk.

Clampers galloped over and yelled

"Mrs Whimsy! You gotta read this! This letter is proof that Y/n was framed!" she the. Proceeded to slam the letter down on the desk.

The teacher looked annoyed and picked up the letter.

Her expression changed from annoyance to a mixture of shock and anger when she finished reading.

She turned to the group, still looking shocked "thank you kids, I need to take this to the principal" she then stood up and made her way out of the classroom.

When the principal was informed of what happened he immediately called Lucy, since it wasn't her idea, the principal gave her a light scolding, and her grades were damaged, Sunflower would get the worst of it.

After he had dealt with the two girls the principal sent a letter to your father, explaining what had really happened.

You were still sitting on your bed, bored out of your mind, just then, your dad came in your room, making you jump slightly, but to your confusion, he didn't look angry, like you thought he would have.

He gave you a sympathetic look and turned to Lily, handing her a letter, much to your confusion.

"Lily babe, Y/n didn't steal the answer sheet, she was framed" he said as he handed Lily the letter.

Lily took it and instantly began reading, her confused expression turned to a look of relief, she then turned to you with a sorry look on her face.

"Y/n, sweetie, Im glad you didn't do it, and I should have known that was not like you.....I'm so sorry honey" she said sadly, looking down at the ground with a sad expression, her fin ears lowering.

You got up and hugged her waist, smiling up at her "it's ok mommy, I forgive you"

She smiled and hugged you back.

Trollex joined in the hug, he was also glad that you hadn't done it, he hoped whoever framed you got a good punishment, he'd make sure of it.

Just then Iris swam in your room through your window, she smiled at the sight, swimming over to your bed and laying down to have a nap, she was glad that her and your friends had resolved the problem.
