《I'm falling for my Ex Fiancé - (BOOK 2)》Part 31 - Bowling
Advertisement
I parked the car outside of the bowling center, I had planned to go here tonight but didn't plan to ask her to come with me. I just missed playing bowling so i booked an alley for me tonight before i left LA for a month, I had been wanting to go here since Ezra asked me so many times to go with him but i knew he was going to invite his other friends which going to be so annoying. So there I was, surprisingly with none other than Avalana.
She got out of the car first where i had to take off my outer first cause i knew it was going to be a lot annoying if i kept wearing it while playing bowling. I folded my long sleeves onto my arm while watching her standing outside of the car while looking into the bowling sign in front of us.
I walked out of the car then locked it, i saw her standing there with a bright smile on her face. An hour ago she cried and then i felt relived to see her smiling again. I didn't know why did she cry cause she didn't want to tell me why.
"It's been a long time for me" she said which made me looking at the bowling sign too.
"Me too" i said.
"We'll see then" she sent me a smirk before leaving me to get inside of the bowling center.
She walked inside with her long tiny feet, a smile appeared on my face as i looked away. She never failed to amaze me, and I couldn't stop holding myself falling again and again for her even though i knew it was going to hurt at the end.
I walked inside then went into the shoes bar, she got her tiny feet a white bowling shoes. We grabbed the shoes that one of the worker gave to us then sat on the bench in front of our bowling Alley. We put on the shoes then i got up from the seat,
"I'm going to go first" i said before sending her a smirk, i was going to beat her score tonight.
I walked to pickup the bowling ball then put my fingers inside of the three whole, i turned around to look at her who was sitting on the bench while watching me.
"Watch me" i said.
She sent me a smile with one of her eyebrows lit up and her stares seem challenging me, i smiled before turning around to face the bowling alley. I stand in a position while had my eyes focus on the pin that stand at the end of the alley, i throw the ball then wait until it hits the pin but unluckily it only hit some of the pins.

I closed my eyes and let out a sigh before started to face her who was probably sitting and laughing at me, i turned around and found her sitting there beautifully while
Biting on her lips trying to hold a laugh.
God, she's beautiful
Her gaze and that smile, ugh
I walked into where she was sitting, she began to get up from her seat, she slowly took of her white blazer revealing only her wearing a cream sleeveless dress that stop right on top of her knees. My eyes couldn't stop looking at her even my brain was telling me to look away, I couldn't avoid her beauty which was really attractive.
"Hold it looser" she said before throwing her blazer into my face.
My lips curled into a smile as she throw it to me, she walked away confidently by herself while I was standing there looking and her moves.
She picked the balls then put her fingers in the holes, she walked into the alley without turning around to look at me. She picked up the ball then stand in front of the alley, she threw the ball into the alley and it hit all of the pins which made her finally turned her body around to face me.
I shocked my head as i watched her smiling, i couldn't help myself when she was around me. She was like the lights inside of the room who could lit anyone up when she walked inside. I wish I didn't do those stupid things that causes her to walked away from my life. Actually i felt so lucky to get this close to her, all i care was her happiness. Even sometimes it hurts to see her on someone else's arm but when i saw her smiling and happy, I couldn't be happier.
~
"It was fun" She said to me while we were walking back to the car,
I lost, as long as she's happy, but she was actually good though. She couldn't stop teasing me since I lost the game to her, but i was happy to see her happy while teasing me like that. I hope she was going to have a lot of fun and not going to through something like when she was on the hospital a few hours ago.
"I'm going to drive you to your house" i said to her while unlocking the car.
"No just drive me back to the hospital, my car is still there my stuff are also there" she said.
I nodded in an agreement, if she said that then I'm going to follow Whatever she wanted to do. But I kinda felt worried for her to driving in the middle of the night, if something happened i would blame myself for taking her into a bowling alley and let her for going home alone at night.

We got inside of the car together, i slowly turned on the engine before connecting my phone into the Bluetooth inside of my car to play my playlist. It had been a really long time since the last time we were together inside of my car in the middle of the night like that. I couldn't remember when but all i could remember that it was one of the best memories that i had with her. She really liked to look out of the window while listen into a music.
~
We arrived back to the hospital, as I predicted i was right. She stayed in a silent all the time i drove here, she kept looking out of the window with the music feeling the whole car.
I could tell that i was happy to spend the night with her that day, having her sitting and being around me all night made my day. But i also felt like a total idiot to feel this way when i knew that I couldn't be with her, i felt like i was just a guy that hoping for a second change which was impossible.
"Lana we're here" i said breaking the silent.
"I know" her low voice said.
"Are you okay?" I asked her, her mood changed when we got back here.
She was still sitting on the passenger seat while her eye were staring straight into the dashboard but her stares were blank, it was a blank stares, i knew her mind was probably anywhere.
"Do you want to talk about it?" I broke the silent around us.
"A girl just lost a dad today" she slowly said.
It must be something happened at her work, she said that she was unprofessional. But i knew the way she felt, it must be related to her past when she lost her dad.
"And i saw it with both of my eyes" she said the a tear fall from her eyes.
My visions were focus on her, she felt that pain again. And i felt like i was the person that caused that pain, a scratch that lasted forever on her heart.
"I'm sorry" she said whipping away her tears with her hands.
She confused me, I didn't know what should i do when i saw her crying like that. I hate to see her crying, i hurt her once and that wasn't going to happen twice. The way her tears fell from her eyes, seemed pulling me back into the memories from the past when she cried because of me.
"Lana" i slowly said.
"There's something I want to say to you" i said.
"I know it isn't the right time but i feel like i should say it"
"I'm sorry" i said but she only stayed in a silent while keep looking straight to the front.
For a moment i felt stupid to bring this topic back all over again, but i felt like i needed to say that to her. She hated it when I brought up about our past again, but it had been on my mind the whole time since she left which means 6 years ago.
"Every time i see you cry it feels like it's all my fault, and i always regret everything i did that hurt you everyday in my life" i said.
"Don't cry" i said.
"I don't want to see you cry" i said.
"I forgave you Apollo, everyone made a mistake" she said.
"Thank you" i said.
"I missed you"
"And as i promised to you, I'm still here" I couldn't believe i said that to her, my heart was beating faster after i said that to her.
She stayed in a silent where there was a silent between us, we were still sitting next to one another while both of our eyes were looking out of the window. I didn't brave enough to look into those crystal blue eyes, I didn't want to see her crying like that. But I couldn't make her stop crying,
"I know I shouldn't say that I'm sorry" i said.
"No I'm sorry, I'm just, i think i should go" She said before taking of her seatbelt.
"Thanks for today, i had a lot of fun" she said to me before our eyes met one another.
"Thanks to you too, rest well" i said to her.
"Okay bye" she said then walked out of my car, i watched her walking out of my car then walked straight into her car.
I stayed for a while until i watched her safely left the hospital,
Oh god what have i done, I shouldn't say that.
