I couldn't stop looking at the ring on my ring finger, it was so beautiful 3 diamonds on it looked simple and beautiful. It had been a month since he proposed to me, only my family and my girl friends knew about it. Ayden and i wanted it to be private and just us, we were going to kept it away from the media cause we didn't want them to spread the gossip in the internet.

I was sitting on Gabriel's office waiting for him to get done from his meeting, i just missed being in this office room. Gabriel's office room was actually so comfortable it was so big that has a glass wall around which made him could see the entire city. There were couple of sofas at the edge of the office room complete with a big screen if he wanted to have a private meeting inside of his office room. And my favorite part was the mini fridge which had so many things in it.

Mom was so happy to hear the news that i was engaged, so were Sarah and Diana. They were happy to heard the good news from me, I couldn't stop thinking about Ayden ever since i got a ring on my finger.

"Stop looking at your finger get you ass of my chair" Gabriel's voice suddenly appeared once the door opened.

I looked up at him who was walking inside with a documents on his arm, he just finished the meeting and from the way his face told me he seemed happy about the meeting.

"Hey how was the meeting?" I asked him.

"It went very good" he said before sitting on the chair in front of me.

"Cool" i said.

"How's your day at the hospital" he asked me.

"Going to go back to work tomorrow cause these two days are my days off" i said to him.

"So you didn't know" he said which caught my attention.

"Didn't know what?" I asked him.

He was smiling before he finally looked up and me but he didn't say anything, from the way he acted it seemed like he just wanted to teased me so i ignored him.

"Don't forget about Jacob's birthday he's turning 7 and the baby gender reveal" he said and sound very excited.

I loved to know that Gabriel was so excited to saw his baby growing up, i wondered how my dad act when i turned at that age. I did remember when they thrown me a party when i turned 6 it was one of the best party on our back yard.

"Oh shit I forgot" i said while Gabriel was just shaking his head.

"Okay since i know I won't have a time this week I'm going to buy him a present now, I'm going to make myself as the best aunt in the world" i said before getting up from gabriel's chair.

I grabbed my keys on his desk before getting up then made my way out of his office room,

"Bye Gabe see ya very soon" i said to Gabriel who was only nodding and laughing at me.

I was back to work and i felt so excited for my favorite nephew's birthday, i promised to be in his side all the time so i wished i still could do that thing for the next few years.

"Yeah he's the son of the owner" i heard some of the nurses were talking to one another.

"He had been hospitalized since yesterday"

"I heard he just got back from Seattle"

"Did you see when they used the VIP card? Yeah all of us had to work faster for him"

I thought i knew who was the person they were talking about, it sounded similar with Apollo who's probably just got back from Seattle. They also said about the son of the owner which seemed according to him, but I didn't know he was hospitalized.

"Hey what is up Lana" Linda one of my friend suddenly sat next to me, she greeted me before started to open up the medical note on the desk.

"Hey Linda" i said.

"What are you thinking you seem thinking about something" she said.

"I was actually been listening into the nurses conversation" i whispered to her who was sitting next to me.

"Oh god" she laughed.

"What are they talking about?" She whispered back which was also funny.

"They are talking about the hospital owner's son" i whispered to her ear which made her nodded.

"Oh he was hospitalized, i was the one who take care of him when his mom took him here" she said while kept writing on the note.

"His mom?" I asked her.

"Yeah he's tired he needs a rest, at first he didn't want to go to the hospital but his blood pressure was so low and he lost his appetite too" she explained.

"I think he was over working, he's a workaholic" She said.

Yeah he is, he would do anything to make anything run well.

Good now I'm thinking about him again.

"Doctor there's a new patient in bed 2" One of the nurse told me which made me nodded.

"Okay Linda gotta take this one" i said to her.

"Good luck" she sent me a smile.

Apollo you should know your line, ugh mind stop thinking about him.

I'm engaged.

Work was over, i was inside of the elevator alone while holding my bags on my hand. The elevator brought me to the third floor while my heart was beating so fast, i feel so sweaty and nervous to see him.

Okay girl you said that time it was going to be your last time to see him,

Shut up inner voice.

I was going to see him cause the feeling of worried kept coming to my mind ever since i heard about him. I hope he was asleep so he wouldn't notice about my appearance, at least i got a chance to see him.

The elevator door went open, i walked out of the elevator then through the empty hall which was very quite. The long hall lead me to the Suite VIP room where his family or my family used to be hospitalized in. His Family offered my family a lot of things which was good of them they were super carrying and a good friend of my parents.

My feet stopped right in front of the big white door and i could see him from the window on the door, he was still awake and it made me surprised. I slowly opened the door and the sound of it made his head turned to look at me, i found out that he was alone inside of the room. He was watching a tv alone in the night, i guess he couldn't sleep that night.

"Hey" i said.

"Hey" he said.

I closed the door behind me then started to walk closer to him, it was only me and him inside of this huge big room. He was laying in the hospital bed with a hospital pajama while a tube connected into his hand.

I stand next to his bed before putting my bag on the table next to his bed, he looked pale and weak. I didn't know what happened with him in Seattle which made him like this, maybe he forgot to eat and maintained his food when he was in Seattle.

"How are you feeling" my voice broke the silent.

"I'm happy that you came, thank you" he said.

"What happened to you Apollo?" I asked him hoping for a clear explanation from him.

"I'm okay, mom was just overreacting" he said which made me shook my head.

"If the doctor sent you here it means you're not okay" i broke into a smile cause in the situation like that he was still acting like he was okay.

"I felt a little tired but now i feel just fine" he said.

"It's all because of the vitamins from the infusion" i said to him which made him stop acting like he was okay.

"Thanks for coming" he said with his low voice.

"Actually I'm worried about you" i said to him.

"I'm okay" he said.

"You're alone?" I asked him while looking around the big room.

"Yeah, i told them to go home" he said.

"Oh by the way please have a seat" he said with a smile on his face which made me smiling back at him knowing that there wasn't any chair near his bed except the big sofa in the other side of the room.

"Oh here sit here" he said while telling me to seat at the edge of the bed.

I smiled before started to sit on the edged of the bed which made me facing him who was also sitting on the bed.

"So what happened to you back in Seattle, you must be forgot to eat" i said to him.

"I didn't know i just forgot and lost my appetite" he explained.

"How about now? Do you want anything? i would love to buy it for you to eat" i said to him.

"But it must be something healthy" i said.

"How about a food made by you" he said and it made me laugh.

He still looked pale but he was still trying to made anyone around him smile, i actually felt worried about his condition but when i saw him smiling like that made ma a bit relieved.

"Do you feel dizzy?" I asked him.

"Nope"

"Hey do you remember when i hit you with a ball back in high school?" He asked.

"Yeah haha" i laugh.

"Is it over here?" He touched my left head

"Here?"

"Or here?" He touched a few part of my head which made me laugh, both of my hands suddenly grabbed on his hands to stop cause we were laughing in the middle of the night in the hospital.

"Shhh there are another patients sleeping" i whispered to him while holding back my laugh.

I didn't realize that i was holding on his hand with both of my hands, which made him stay in a silent. My hands suddenly felt so weak to hold his hand, his eyes were staring back at mine which made me drown into those pair of blue eyes. I didn't blink when he slowly put his hand on my left cheek, his thumbs touched my cheek slowly giving me a shiver.

His eyes never left mine, the world seemed stopped for a moment. My whole body froze once he touched my cheek, my heart was beating so fast while my back began to sweating. I felt his breath was on my face which our faces were so close to one another, my body couldn't protest when our eyes locked with one another.

I slowly felt his soft lips was brushing mine as my eyes automatically closed, it was dark and all I felt was the taste of his lip combining with the sparks when our lips touch one another. I haven't felt a kiss like this since a long long time, i missed his lips.

But I'm engaged.

I suddenly pulled away from his while trying to catch a breath, i felt so shocked for what just happened with us. It wasn't right but it felt so right, once he touched my lip i knew i was going to want more and more.

"I'm sorry" i said to him.

"I'm sorry" he said too.

"I'm sorry Apollo, I cannot be with you anymore" i said while getting up from the bed ready to pack my things.

"Why?" He asked me.

I took a deep breath while looking away trying my best not to let a tear fell from my eyes, but i failed when my eyes finally met those eyes again.

"I'm engaged with Ayden" i said to him and i could feel a tears began to fall from my eyes.

"I love you" he said which made my heart felt a lot heavier to heard that.

"I love you more than anything and no matter what" he said which made me cry more.

"Are you happy with him?" He asked me while I was trying to whipped away my tears, i kept looking away i didn't want to look into those blue eyes again.

"Lana" he called me and this time he reached my hand, he slowly took it while shooting me a question.

"Just like what I've said i would be happy if you're happy" he said.

We stay in a silent for a moment while he was still waiting for my answer to his question, i couldn't believe our happy moment could suddenly changed into this.

"Are you happy?" He asked me with both of his eyes seemed sparkles.

"I don't know" i said to him while the tears kept falling from my eyes.

"I'm sorry i had better go" i said before pulling my hand away from him.

I grabbed my stuff before walking out of his room, I couldn't believe he kissed me today and I couldn't believe what just happened between us why couldn't i say that i was happy with my decision it felt so hard for the word to came out of my mouth.

I don't know how I really feel, it confused me.
