Lies

"Excuse me, excuse me," you shout after the people you ran into. Your eyes scanning the room and looking for a certain boy who is your "boyfriend".

"Sasuke!" You pant and grab the boy pulling him with you to a quiet area of the hall. He looks at you irritated but doesn't utter a word.

"My mother is here!" you say and he raises an eyebrow.

"Yeah, what about it?" He asks and you shake him.

"Sasuke, my mother is here with Madara and I told them that we two are going out!!!"

"W-what!?" He spits out and you look at him desperate. It was Sasuke's idea to fake a relationship, but it was supposed to be only for this evening. But you can't just back away and tell Madara and most of all your mother that Sasuke and you aren't dating. Then you would be weak in front of them, a little kid.

"Please,help me!" You beg him and he groans and nods.

"Fine, my parents would be actually happy if you visit more often." He says and you shudder.

"Your dad is so creepy," you say and he chuckles.

"He is pretty cool when you get to know him better."

"If you say so."

"So, what should we do now?" You ask him and he shrugs.

"Just stick together and hold hands, should be enough." He suggests and you nod taking his hand.

The evening went by fast and every once and then a photo of the two of you was shot. Madara and your mother, what ever happened to them, you are glad you haven't encountered them again.

"I'll be dead by tomorrow," you whine and Sasuke who is still holding your hand laughs. It is night and the sky is filled with stars. The cold breeze makes you shiver, you only wear a dress, no jacket.

"Here," he says and places his jacket over your shoulders.

"Thank you."

"Are you still not over Madara?" Sasuke suddenly asks and your eyes nearly plop out of your head.

"W-what!?" You ask stammering and the male just shakes his head.

"I'm sorry, it was a stupid question to ask."

"I actually have no idea, Sasuke. Whenever I look at him my heart beats faster and I have this warm feeling in my belly, but I-I also have this when I am with y-you."

"Don't lie to yourself, [name]. I know that this isn't you. Never would you fall in love with me, not when you already fell for him."

"Sasuke..." You approach him and touch his shoulders looking into his eyes.

"What?" He asks, but you just crash your lips onto his.

"I am such a liar," you say and cry into his chest, the boy holding you in his arms.
