《Fox》Itachi's Question

Kurama roared.
"What do you want?" I grumbled half awake. "There is no class today."
Asked Kurama.
"Oh crap!" I yelled sitting up only to fall off my bed. Kurama was having a laughing fit. "Shut up!" I growled.
I put on a metal fishnet shirt on and a black jacket over it. I then put on the traditional black ANBU pants on with black shoes. I grabbed the weights off my dresser and put them on my ankles and arms. What? A girls gotta train.
I was about to sunshine away, when Kurama stopped me.
"Oh, right," I grabbed a black mask and put it on. "All set." I sunshined to training ground 4 and saw Itachi waiting there for me.
"Sup," he greeted. I scowled. "What's with that face?"
"You know what this is for," I told him.
I was just sleeping peacefully, having a nice dream about a dragon stomping on villagers, when I felt a large spike of chakra in the middle of the red light district.
"What the?" I sleepily groaned.
I have trained myself to feel whenever there is a presence coming for me or when there is a large spike of chakra... just in case a villager or a ninja decides to barge in on me. I have had a few close calls when they almost saw my face.
"Better go check it out," I grumbled to myself. "If it's a villager I swear-"
I didn't finish that thought and I sunshined to where there was a chakra spike. And who was there to grace me with his presence? Itachi.
"Oh hey there Kat," he yelled up to me. "I forgot to tell you what time to meet up with me so I thought that I would wake you. I know that you are really good a sensing chakra so I gave this a shot."

I let a bunch of KI leak out of me. "So your saying that you WOKE ME UP TO TELL ME WHAT TIME TO MEET UP WITH YOU?"
"Basically," he said shrugging his shoulders.
"No one. I MEAN NO ONE, WAKES ME UP FOR SUCH A STUPID REASON AS THAT!" I roared. I'm going to kill that man.
I opened a seal that I kept with me at all times and pulled a sword out. "Prepare to die, Itachi."
I held up his hands and was visibly sweating. "No, no, we don't need to go that far."
"You have 5 seconds to run," I stated. I raised my sword.
"5"
"Wait uh-"
"4"
"We don't need to go that far-"
"3"
"Come on Kat! Please-"
"2"
"Meet me at 7 am!"
"1"
Itachi began to run like Satan himself was chasing him.
"and 0"
I began to chase him with my sword like a mad woman and lets just say... that Itachi didn't get away.
Itachi shivered. "Next time, warn me that you don't like to be woken up."
"Whatever, what did you want to talk to me about?" I asked cutting to the chase.
"Oh right," he said scratching his head. "So I talked to my father, you know, the clan hea-"
"Yes I know who your father is," I said impatiently. "Cut to the chase."
Itachi coughed. "Anyway I talked to him and we decided that we wanted to adopt you."
My jaw literally dropped. The Uchiha clan. They wanted to adopt me. Me? As much as I want to agree... there is to many problems.
"I can't," I said bluntly.
"I thought you'd say that," he started. "But the law states that anyone under the age of 16 can not live without a guardian under any circumstances."
"But I-"
"No buts," he said sternly. "It's either that or the orphanage and I don't want to take you there."
"I can't go there!" I said quickly. "This isn't fair. It's like your not giving me a choice."
"Cause I'm not and..." he trailed.
"You didn't," I said horrified. He just chuckled and scratched the back of his head.
"Yup I did, we already adopted you. Welcome to the family Kat Uchiha."
