Me and Raptor arrived at DurrrBurgers restaurant with the ATK. Raptor parked the ATK and we got out of the car. I said glancing to Raptor while walking inside the restaurant. Raptor said rolling his eyes. I said. Raptor just mumbled.
We went to the cashier to order. The cashier asked nicely. Raptor said. I could swear I saw the cashier his eyes widen a little because of the amount of burgers he wanted but remained calm. The cashier said, while tapping some stuff on the cashier screen. We thanked him and we went to an empty booth to wait.
I said while resting my head in my hand. Raptor said casually. I sad widening my eyes. Raptor said chuckling. I said still slightly shocked. Raptor said. I said sighing.
Moments pass by, until my phone starts to buzz multiple times, mentioning that someone's calling me. I picked up my phone and looked at the caller ID and saw it was Brite. Raptor asked. I mumbled and just answered the phone. I began. Brite yelled in a panicky voice. I asked getting a little nervous. Brite yelled extra hard at the last part. I widen my eyes as I heard so.
I said and hang up. Raptor asked, clearly not realizing what's going on. I said and stood up. Raptor asked getting up too. I said and rushed to the door while Raptor rushed behind me. The cashier yelled from all the way from the cash desk. Raptor yelled back and just like that, we left the restaurant, rushing to the ATK. Raptor sat down at the drivers seat, and I sat beside him. He started the car and he started driving like crazy towards the hospital.
While riding, I was getting crazy and grasped my hair with my right hand. Raptor said glancing over to me and then focusing on the road again. I tried calming down by taking normal breaths but it didn't help at all. I was still going crazy. When Raptor was about to turn right, he stepped on the brakes as an ambulance raced past us while the sirens were on, driving really quick. I yelled pointing at the ambulance. Raptor quickly stepped on the gas paddle and started driving again, following the ambulance.

The hospital was really close by now. The ambulance made a turn to left, entering the hospital terrain. The ambulance stopped and the driver rushed outside, and at the same time, the door of the passenger seat opened, revealing Brite hopping out of the ambulance and rushing to the back, where the driver was rushing to. While raptor was pulling up to the parking lot, which was close, I kept my eyes on the ambulance. As soon as Raptor parked, I hopped off the ATK and rushed towards the ambulance, while Raptor also ran behind me.
The driver opened the back doors, revealing two assistants. They pulled the ambulance brancard out, where Calamity was laying on, unconscious... Brite stayed by her side while the 2 assistants were bringing Calamity inside. I yelled loudly, catching Brite's attention. She yelled while still rushing inside. Me and Raptor ran even quicker and was now walking along, while I was beside Calamity. I whispered, shedding a few tears while caressing her cheek and holding her hand with my free hand. We made it to a room where a doctor was waiting. The 2 assistants brought Calamity inside the room and I wanted to get inside too, but was held back by the doctor. The doctor said holding me back by my shoulders. I refused. The doctor said, while the 2 ambulance assistants walked out and 2 nurses entered the room, closing the door and leaving me, Brite and Raptor outside.
I groaned and just sat down at the seats, which were across the room. I buried my face in my hands and let a muffled and frustrated scream out. Raptor said, sitting down next to me and putting an arm around my shoulder. I said while my face was still buried in my hands. Raptor just rubbed my shoulder while sighing. I looked up to Brite, who was standing in front us, looking down really nervously. I said quietly, but loud enough for Brite to hear. She turned to me with her nervous expression. I asked. Brite explained. I just remained silent and looked down, while Brite continued to pace around. I mumbled under my breath.

Almost 1 hour and 30 minuted passed by, but there was no news for us. The doctor and nurses would be rushing out and rushing back in a few times but everytime we asked what the problem was, they wouldn't tell us. And that frustrated me so much. Even when I would let my anger out by yelling at them, while Raptor and Brite were trying to hold me back, they still told me to wait. I eventually gave up and just spent the rest of the time waiting and waiting while in the chair.
Another 10 minutes passed and the doctor walked out, but this time he didn't walk away, but just stood by us. The doctor said and walked away, with the 2 nurses behind her. I smiled and quickly looked at Brite and Raptor, who also seemed happy. Brite said as she walked inside, with me and Raptor behind her. As we entered, Calamity was in the hospital bed, still unconscious though. I pulled a chair and placed it next to the bed on the right side and sat down, while Raptor and Brite sat down on the other side of the bed. I grabbed her right hand, which was rested on her side and gently rubbed it. Brite said quietly. I said. Brite asked curiously. I said looking at Brite. She nodded slowly and just stared at something, while I fixed my gaze on my hand that was holding Calamity's hand.
I noticed her hand moving a little and a light moan escaped her lips, catching Raptor's, Brite's and mine attention. We looked at her and she was slowly opening her eyes. After she gained some more consciousness, she noticed me sitting on her right side, and Brite and Raptor and her left. I said softly, while Calamity looked at me. She said weakly. Brite asked and Calamity nodded in response.
Just then, the doctor walked in with a clipboard in his hands. He asked standing and the end of the bed. Calamity replied and the doctor nodded. I asked looking at the doctor. The doctor began. I could feel Calamity's grip on my hand get tighter, because she was probably nervous about hearing the results. The doctor finished. I could hear Brite gasp, while I widen my eyes, so did Calamity and Raptor. Calamity asked as she could not believe what the doctor just said. The doctor said softly. I said while being greatly shocked. The doctor explained.
I could hear sobbings coming from Calamity. I came closer to her face, our foreheads almost touching, while I wiped her tears away. I whispered, trying to sooth her, but she eventually cried more. Raptor asked curiously. The doctor said. I don't know why but the urge to ask Plague about this came in my mind, but not now of course. The doctor said, making me and Calamity look at the doctor in sadness.
Two nurses entered the room and started moving the bed to a different room. Of course me, Brite and Raptor followed, while I walked beside the bed, holding Calamity's hand. We made it to some automatic doors as they opened, but we stopped. The doctor said. Raptor said nodding. I nodded back and so, me Calamity, the doctor and the 2 nurses went inside the surgery room. We went in a room and made sure the bed was at the right place in the surgery room.
