It was a cold winter in 1946.You peacefully lay on the couch with babe wrapped in a blanket the the fire crackled.Babe had his arms wrapped around you and had you pulled very close to his body.He would always get really cuddly when it was cold and you found it adorable.
You left soft kisses on his neck where you knew he liked it.he sleepily smiled as you did.He pulled you in closer. "My angel" he whispered in your ear softly.you smile into his neck.You tried to get up to go to bed but he grabbed ahold of your waist and pulled you back into his lap and wrapped the blanket around you again and pressed soft kisses along your jawline and then met at your lips.
He was being ever so gentle as he was so tired."Baby your tired you should go to bed" you said softly in his ear.he nodded and got up and went through to bed.You where not long behind him."Baby can you sing something for me" babe asked looking at you with puppy dog eyes."Yea of corse" you smiled.

You tried to be as gentle as possible when you where taking the pieces of glass out of his hands."I'm sorry for waking you" he whimpered."It's ok , you didn't mean to" you smiled softly as you kissed kissed his forehead.you knew he never meant any harm. He never does.
