It was in Bastogne when it first started hitting you. The feelings for joe. You fell hard for him when times where hard. You couldn't help it.Your heart softened for him every time you spoke to him.you didn't know how to hide it for any longer.
You lay in your foxhole trying to get some sleep that night.You then heard the crunch of footsteps on the snow behind you.You slowly turned your head around to see Joe. "Hey Joe" you said sleepily."Hey y/n" he said getting in next to you.He wrapped his arm around your waist.You rested your head on his shoulder as you where so tired.
He held you in his arms as he pulled you into his lap. You where to tired to care. Little did you know he really cared for you. He really did.He loved how smart , beautiful and kind you where. You always made him feel comforted. Your laugh brightened up his day.It was like a spark to a flame.
You rubbed his chest as you both fell asleep.He was happy to be holding you as he slept. It felt so right.
{rather large time skip}
You sat with Joe next to the fire in your living room. You where both wrapped in a blanket.he was so tired."Baby your tired , you should go sleep" you said."I don't want to be alone" he said in your ear."Yea i need to put the fire out first though" you said softly kissing his nose.He went through to your bedroom.
You slipped under the covers to feel joe's arms wrap around your waist and pull you into his body.He held you as he tried to get some sleep."My girl" he whispered.you kissed him before getting some sleep yourself.You wrapped your arms around his waist. You kissed his neck softly.he smiled groggily."I love you baby" he said falling asleep."I love you too baby" you said smiling.

' he ran through Bastogne looking for you. The shelling had gone off and he couldn't find you.He only heard the yell for medic.He then saw you laying in a pool of blood in the crisp blood for Bastogne. He dropped down next to your barely moving body."Baby please I still need you" he whispered to you as you tried to talk but couldn't. Tears dripped onto your wound.
Joe woke up sweating and about to start crying. You sat up and started to comfort him instantly."It's ok , it was just a nightmare, it's ok , I'm right here baby" you said hushing him."Please don't leave me baby" he whispered."I'm never leaving you ever" you said kissing him softly.

Tera: Still Untitled
A story told from the point of view of an NPC that became sentient. With the help of a friendly player or two, they set about recovering her memories and finding out the cause of her awakening. Set in the MMORPG TERA(The Exiled Realm of Arborea). I got bored on the long commute to and from work(about 1.5 hours each way) and decided to flesh out some of the ideas I've had about my character in game. I write about a chapter a day on weekdays, maybe on weekends too depending on the stuff I have to do irl.

Rejected At First Sight
"Oomph!" The sound rushed out of my mouth as the door opened before I could reach the handle and my body hit a wall. I took a step back and realized that it wasn't in fact a wall, but instead a very attractive male. I looked up at his head to see a very messy, but sexy, mop of black hair on top of his head. When I looked closer, I noticed that his hair was a very deep brown that was probably often mistaken for black. My gaze traveled downward to his eyes, where I found two deep, ocean blue eyes looking back at me. My gaze travelled farther down to his crooked nose, to which I assumed came from too many fights. My eyes finally found his pink, very plump lips, which were turned into a sneer. "You have got to be kidding me!" His pink lips said in a very offensive voice. My eyes turned questioning as I looked back up into his eyes. "Whatever, lets finish this. I, Ashton Carter, reject you, as my mate." He, or Ashton, said with venom lacing his voice. He quickly turned and walked down the now vacant hallway with no glance back. Rejection? On my first day? The first person I make eye contact with at this school, rejects me. I guess that's how this school works, if the hottest boy in school rejects you, you're a nobody. So much for making friends, or mates, or whatever they call people at this school. I shake those ocean blue eyes out of my head and continue into the office to start my new life.
