As I stone down the beach a hand reaches out and grabs my shoulder I turn to find the hands owner "Alice let me go I need to protect the island" I said in a very pissed of tone

She flinched "they are here to capture you so be careful" she says retracting her hand

I simply nod and started heading out to protect my home

Is I reach the water a group of 4 cruisers start following me on the sides "you guys know I'm going into the heart of the fight?" I asked not wanting them to get hurt

They simply nod and say "protect" I nod back and turn my head to the fight "then let's go!" I shout going at the top speed the cruisers can go

as we near a enemy shipgirl noticed us and started yelling something to the others which also noticed our approach

As I checked my systems a shell hit near me

Soon we had to dodge shells after shells which made the cruisers back off since they are to as maneuverable than me "tell the others to back off! I'll handle this!!" I shot at the retreating cruisers who nodded but had sad looks on their faces

I turn back to the enemy only to find them trying to surround me

"Oh hell no!" I turn to the right and head full speed at a insane rate which caused the right flankers to stop in surprise

I bust through the right flank and aim my short ranged guns at the nearest and "boooooom"! The enemy vessel was heavily damage but still floating

I start heading full speed again to my left to dodge incoming shells from the artys in the back (heavy cruisers) and return fire with my long range to damage their guns

After their doing this a wave off planes start strafing me which made me put up a hand to stop any of them from hitting my body

But as soon as it started it stopped which greatly confused me

Until I noticed friendly planes taking out the enemy's

I look back to find a fleet of wo class carriers lead by a wo class with a pink strip in her hair providing air support at the island

Grinning I send a thumbs up before starting to engage the enemy again

About five more ships out of commission when I noticed a group heading towards the base to take out the air support "nope!" I said grinning preparing my long range cannon to fire

As soon as it fired I got hit by a missile from a unknown enemy sub but my shot still hit which caused two of the five to be heavily damaged and the rest to be lightly damage

The wo class carriers noticed the group and sent a group of bombers to disable the enemy group

"Stupid fucking missile" I said getting angry

I release multiple energy blasts in to the enemy's group damaged some while scaring others

"My dreadnought" a voice said inside my head "we are out numbered and are forced to retreat prepare to retreat" "but you need someone to help stall the invasion forces!" I yell inside my head

" We can not afford to lose you!" Alice said desperately "take care of Willa for me please" "Willa?"

I dodge a few more shells before answering "the wo class I gave a name to you will know who"

"Just come back safe please!!" The telepathic link cut off signaling the start of the retreat

I grin "good now there's no need to hold back!!" I yell while unleashing my full power which heavily damaged the enemy's line forcing some to retreat

"I'll protect them with my life!"

I sat there listening at the battle unfold

"Admiral!!!! The new Abyssal is heading towards the front lines!!" Sasha said

"Good if it's come out of hiding it makes our job much easier"

After a few minutes "sir!! It has heavily damage most of out fleet!" She said worried

I just sat there with a grim expression "how powerful are you?" "Sir! Reports of the other Abyssals retreating but the new one doesn't seem to be retreating......." she tilts her head into the headphones and after a few she has a panicked expression

"Sir!!! It has unleashed some sort of energy attack that has caused most of our forces to retreat!!"

I nod "send a fleet wide message saying if you can't capture it retreat now point fighting for something in vain" she nodded and sent the message to all ships

I was still dodging shells when a bomb hit me square in the face nocking me a few feet but still standing

"Grrrrrr" I start shooting at the enemy's planes taking down most but some managed to escape back to the enemy carriers

Then out of the corner of my eye a missile comes into view "nope not again!!" I lean to my right but the missile must have had some sort of guiding aspect because it turns and still hits me nocking me down

As I get up the enemy surrounds me with all there guns pointed at me

I close my eyes expecting to be shot at only to hear a voice "WE HAVE YOU SURROUNDED! LOCK YOUR WEAPONS AND PREPARE TO BE TOWED!" I open my eyes to see a blue haired carrier pointing a arrow at me

"I SAID LOCK YOUR WEAPONS!" She says again I only look at her confused "um I don't know how" she just falters and looks at me like I am a alien (though I am) "w-what!?" She screams I just nod my head

"I was never taught how" I said sheepishly rubbing the back of my neck the girl looked like she was having a mental break down "b-but how did you d-dodge our shots?!" She yelled/asked

I shrug "instinct?" This cause the girl to faint "oh she fainted" some of the enemy help her wake up and she reposter herself but flustered since she fainted while some others snicker

"A-Anyways be prepared to be towed!"

She gesture to the others holding chains who through them around me and try pulling only for them to fall down

I raise a eyebrow at the blue haired carrier who looked shocked "u-u-u......"

"She broke" "look how about I follow you while you guys keep you guns pointed at me" I suggest

This snaps the carrier out of her daze and nods

I start following them while they point their guns at me

I look back to see the Alice and the others retreating "sorry, I'll come back but just hold on" I send a over the link

I turn my head back around when I felt a very sad pressure in my mind "please be safe" then the link was terminated because of distance

"I will" I mutter

"Sir! They have successfully captured the new Abyssal.....with a few complications but successfully"

I sigh relived "any casualties?" I asked worried "non sir but almost all of them are heavily damage" I was relived

"Good tell them to make haste returning home I don't want them to be sunk out there" she nods and relays the message

I lean back in my chair thinking on how happy I am that none of them were sunk and successfully captured the Abyssal

"Sorry, I'll come back but just hold on" I freeze turning around to see my beloved dreadnought captured "please be safe" before the line got terminated

I look back to find the girls starring at me "he's......." I put my head down not able to say

A few seconds I feel someone hug me "it's ok, he strong, he safe" I look up to find a wo class with a pink strip in her hair and a more noticeable face

"Willa?"

"Are you Willa?" I ask she nods "give name, I like" she said blushing

"Of course he's strong also...." grinning "......where were you while we were preparing for the invasion?" I asked in a joking manner

This caused Willa to blush madly "w-with ex"

I nod satisfied with her being honest and plus I already knew

"Well lets go girls we are compromised and need a new location" I said while turning to all of them "and the sooner we get a new place the sooner we can rescue ex"

They all nod very enthusiastically eager to rescue their beloved dreadnought

While we were heading out I take one last look at the retreating forces "stay safe my dreadnought" I thought

Turning back I followed the our fleet to find a new home
