《Kantai Collection: Two Front War》Burning Love

"We got lots of contact! The Germans are coming en masse!" A seaman shouts as he rushes inside to alert the others. Unsurprisingly Jack and Kongou are the first to respond.
"How many are there?" Jack asks.
"Tetsufu is leading the charge and there are many other battleships behind her. I don't see any sign of the cruiser." The seaman replies.
"I'll get everyone mobilized. Kongou, make sure all the ships are ready." Jack says.
"Roger that teitoku." Kongou replies as she rushes off to warn the others and get them ready while Jack meets up with the fleet admiral.
"Heavy German contact. We need to mobilize." Are Jack's only words before he rushes off to commandeer his new flagship. Fortunately he is understood as sirens begin blaring, alerting all of the seamen to the docks and into their ships.
"Let's do this!" Kongou shouts as she sails alongside Jack's new flagship, a speedier battlecruiser, and Bismarck comes into view.
"Where's your sister?" Jack taunts. "Did we scare her off?"
"Shut your mouth you facist pig!" Bismarck yells.
"Well you're one to talk!" Jack laughs before he pulls out his communicator. "Hachi, Tonbo, make sure Prinz Eugen isn't trying to sneak up on us. Make sure the docks are secure. Kuwaga, help me put this crazy lady to rest at sea." He gets various replies of acknowledgement as he prepares himself. "READY?!"
"BURNING... LOVE!!!" Kongou shouts as she starts firing her cannons.
"ALL CANNONS FIRE!" Jack yells with a mostly English accent that would make Kongou jealous. A few seconds after Kongou started shooting both sides quickly unleash a hailstorm of shells, and amidst the hellfire Hiei and Kongou charge forth to try and cripple the German forces up close.

"You fools!" Bismarck laughs as she attempts to blast them with her cannons, but they prove to be too fast and their movements are well coordinated. It's not long before Kongou and Hiei end up in the back of the main attacking fleet and they begin destroying ships one by one- many are sunk before they can even return fire. That's when a wild shell out of nowhere strikes Kongou!
"Hiee!" Hiei shouts. "Are you okay?!"
"Yeah, I'm fine, don't worry about me." Kongou chuckles as she turns to see a second fleet being led by Prinz Eugen and she pulls out her communicator.
"Teitoku! I've located the second attacking force!" Kongou says. "Send Haruna and Kirishima right away!"
"So they're not around the docks after all?" Jack asks before he lets out a clearly English "Shit!" and cuts the comm for now.
"I think you're rubbing off on him." Hiei chuckles as she and her big sister continue destroying the main fleet.
"I think I've BEEN rubbing off on him dess." Kongou chuckles back as they reduce the attacking fleet to no more than just Bismarck and a few battleships.
"Huh? Where's the rest of my fleet?" Bismarck mumbles, wondering why there are so few shells coming from her side. That's when she turns to see the perpetrators. "YOU!"
"At least we didn't shoot your rudder!" Kongou laughs. "Where's your help now?"
"Right behind-" Bismarck cuts herself off as she sees Kirishima and Haruna unleashing hell on Prinz Eugen and the supporting fleet. "-you? Goddammit! How far ahead did you plan?!"
"Far enough!" Jack's voice shouts as a barrage is fired from his ship and it sends Bismarck flying. "Kongou! Hiei! Give your sisters some support!"

"Roger that!" Kongou shouts back as she and Hiei help out Haruna and Kirishima. It's not long before the supporting fleet is cut down to size and it's only Bismarck and Prinz Eugen left as the last German ship sinks to the bottom.
"Damn!" Bismarck shouts. "Don't think you've seen the last of us!"
"Oh no you don't!" Hiei yells as she launches her seaplanes and they begin trying to gun down the fleeing Bismarck and Prinz Eugen.
"Oh that's just great!" Bismarck mumbles. "Get away from me you stupid planes!"
"GAH!" Eugen yells as bullets pelt her. "Go away! Bismarck do something about them!"
"I can't!" Bismarck shouts. "I can't even look back to hit them!" And just like that the two German ships are chased away, heads covered and running away like chickens.
"That'll take care of the lot of you! Now scram!" Hiei yells as the two German ships escape her sights. With the imminent threat dealt with everyone returns to the docks and all the seamen head inside.
"Now wasn't that one heck of a battle?" Jack chuckles. "You girls sure showed them who was boss."
"Especially me right?" Kongou giggles.
"Yes you too." Jack chuckles as Kongou glomps him and knocks him over again.
"I think marrying her has only made her even clingier." Vinh laughs.
"But that's just part of what I love about her." Jack laughs back as Kongou continues to pepper him with kisses.

Homeland
NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER -- In Cory Doctorow’s wildly successful Little Brother, young Marcus Yallow was arbitrarily detained and brutalized by the government in the wake of a terrorist attack on San Francisco—an experience that led him to become a leader of the whole movement of technologically clued-in teenagers, fighting back against the tyrannical security state.A few years later, California's economy collapses, but Marcus’s hacktivist past lands him a job as webmaster for a crusading politician who promises reform. Soon his former nemesis Masha emerges from the political underground to gift him with a thumbdrive containing a Wikileaks-style cable-dump of hard evidence of corporate and governmental perfidy. It’s incendiary stuff—and if Masha goes missing, Marcus is supposed to release it to the world. Then Marcus sees Masha being kidnapped by the same government agents who detained and tortured Marcus years earlier.Marcus can leak the archive Masha gave him—but he can’t admit to being the leaker, because that will cost his employer the election. He’s surrounded by friends who remember what he did a few years ago and regard him as a hacker hero. He can’t even attend a demonstration without being dragged onstage and handed a mike. He’s not at all sure that just dumping the archive onto the Internet, before he’s gone through its millions of words, is the right thing to do.Meanwhile, people are beginning to shadow him, people who look like they’re used to inflicting pain until they get the answers they want. Fast-moving, passionate, and as current as next week, Homeland is every bit the equal of Little Brother—a paean to activism, to courage, to the drive to make the world a better place.
