I'm roaming the halls when I hear sobbing coming from the bathroom. I can tell it's Ash because I remember how it sounded when she was sobbing this morning.
I walk into the bathroom. I look at the bottoms of the stalls. My heart stops when I find the one she's in. There's blood on the floor.
I knock on the door.
"Ash?! Open up! Please!"
"N-n-no!"
She leaves me no choice. I climb up onto the top of the stall and drop in. The image in front of me is terrifying. I start crying and sit down next to her. I hug her and let her tears soak my shirt.
"Ash, I'm so sorry."
Her blood gets on my grey jeans. I'm glad I have spare clothes in my locker. Seeing that she has drenched her clothes with blood, I'll let her borrow some of my clothes, too.
"I-i can't do this anymore." She whispers.
"Do what?"
"Live. I can't." She isn't stuttering that much today.
"Yes, you can. I'll prove it to you."
I pick her up bridal style and open the stall door. I carry her over to a sink, put her down and grab her arm and rinse it off. I rinse both of her arms and grab paper towels to dry her arms gently.
"You don't feel dizzy or anything, right?"
She nodds her head.
"I'm fine."
"Clearly not."
"I'm not dizzy. I can walk fine. The blood stopped running. I'm fine. To continue the day."
"You can borrow some of my clothes. I always have spare clothes in my locker. Ok?"
"O-ok."
She pulls her sleeves down and I gather her stuff. I grab her blade and put it in my pocket.

"Give it to me."
"No."
"I'm not in the mood to fight, but I'll get it when I am."
We walk out of the bathroom and go to my locker. I grab some clothes and hand her a pair of black skinny jeans and a grey zip up hoodie. We walk back into the bathroom and go into different stall. We change and come back out.
Ash starts fixing her makeup in the mirror.
"You don't need makeup, you know."
"Yes I do. Even with it I look like rode kill."
"No you don't. You're beautiful."
"No I'm not. But thank you anyways. And I don't like being lied to."
"I'm not lying. You're really pretty."
"I'm not in the mood to fight so I'm gonna pretend to agree with you."
She smiles a smile so fake it makes me want to cry. Poor girl. She deserves better than what she has.
We walk out and stand by my locker. I start getting my stuff for science. Me and Ash have science together.
"Ash, I know it isn't this easy, but I want to be friends. I saw that Jinxx drove you to school and Toby was with you guys."
"A-and?"
"I'm gonna ask them to help me beat up Cody and tell him to leave you alone. Toby is really strong and Jinxx is too- well, when he's mad he is."
"H-how d-do you kn-know?"
"They got into a fight freshman year and I remember it like it was yesterday. Jinxx was mad at Toby because Toby was talking some sense into him. Jinxx swung at him and Toby did too and it escalated from there."
"W-what w-was he talking sense into J-j-j-jinxx about?"
"Alcohol. Jinxx had a booze problem. Toby ended up helping Jinxx with it but they had a fight first."
"A-are y-you l-like the school gossip?"
"Ha. No, that's Kelsey. I hate her. Her voice is like nails on a chalk board. Cody only likes her because she has big tits and a nice ass. Might I say, they're implants. She's all fake."
"I-i call h-her Mrs. All-plastic."
I laugh. Then the Bell rings and she scurrys away into the crowd forming.

Highest rank #1 in Historical He glared at me with irritation. "Come inside!" ...And I did. He pointed to the stack of books on the floor. "Pick them up and arrange them the way they're supposed to."With trembling hands, I did what he asked quickly. Fret in the way I moved, picking up the books into my arms and lap one by one only for them to fall back on the floor over and over. I was a mess, upset, and it was obvious. This wasn't the kind of first meeting I dreamed of.The second prince was mean, and he was irritable. He had no clue who I am which made me resent it even more.He scowled as he watched me made mistakes after mistakes and after a while, he grew frustrated and bent over, picking the books himself."Forgive me, I didn't mean to snarl at you the way I did. I'm not used to being distracted. No one ever walks in my office unless they have my permission. I don't even know how the guardsmen let you in." I wanted to say because unlike you, they recognized who I am. But I kept my mouth shut in fear of aggravating his anger. His voice took a lot gentler tone, I imagined he must've realized how upset I was and felt bad about it.I said nothing. When we're done, I rose up to my feet, couldn't wait to get out of this room. This man was so impolite to me that I couldn't wait to get away from him."I apologize, your highness. I didn't mean to distract you in your private office." I stepped back getting ready to leave when a sliver of sunlight struck highlighting my face. "Wait!" He murmured and I turned back to look at him."You're beautiful." He said breathlessly.I would have blushed, but he was so mean and rude to me that his compliment lost its impact long ago."I need to go," I told him."Wait." A wave of panic rose in the tide of his voice. The prince was afraid to lose me. "What's your name, girl?" He asked quickly. "Jasmine, my name is Jasmine, your highness.""My Jasmine?" He murmured hopeful.

But I decided to ignore him and head straight to my favourite shop.Today was Black Friday which meant everything was hell of a lot cheaper, (it also meant I wasn't wasting any time and getting first dibs on everything I saw)."Didn't you hear me calling for you?" Theo clamped his hands down on my shoulders and spun me around, his dark hair falling over his green eyes as he panted. I could feel a smirk break out on my face as he huffed."Whatever. Just next time tell me you're going to start running so I can win. You made me look silly." He rolled his eyes like a child and I snorted, peppering his reddened cheeks with kisses to which he softened up by."I'm sorry." I said in a teasing tone and before I knew it, he was lifting up my chin with his finger and planting a firm but tender kiss down onto my lips. "I love you."

The Hazards of Skinny Dipping
This isn't a deep book about first loves or self-discovery. If you want a book like that, I'd be happy to recommend one, but I don't have that kind of story to tell. Instead my story is about rash decisions and finding out that your dream guy is bad in bed. It's the story of when I finally went skinny dipping, and how my life was never the same again. Oh, and it's also the story of my freshman year of college and realizing Mr. Right might have been there all along.
