after the movie was finished, changbin gathered some blankets and pillows for the boys to make themselves comfortable around his home. they decided to just move some furniture in his living room, and make as much room as possible on the floor for all of them.
"i don't care what you guys say, i'm sleeping on the couch." minho said as he plopped himself down on the comfortable sofa.
"get off of there," jisung tugged at his arm, pulling him down to the ground, "you are cuddling me tonight."
"i can hold your hand from up on the couch, you can sleep right below me." minho suggested.
"no, sleep beside me!" jisung demanded, making minho eventually give in.
"is your lovers quarrel over?" changbin asked as he went to hand them a blanket and some pillows.
"it wasn't a lovers quarrel!" jisung shouted at changbin, who just decided to throw the pillows at the latter.
"whatever you say jisung," changbin then walked over to hyunjin and jeongin and handed them some pillows and blankets, and lastly went over to chan and seungmin, "you two okay with sharing or do you want separate blankets?"
"we can share, right seungmin?" chan asked with a smile on his face.
"uhm... yeah, of course." seungmin nodded, gulping hard from his nerves.
"great, here you go." changbin said as he handed the boys their own pillows and one blanket to share.
felix then walked over to changbin who was setting up a spot for the two of them to sleep. felix wrapped his arms around changbin's torso, restricting him from moving.
"bokkie, i have to set up our blankets." changbin laughed a bit as he felt felix's warmth radiate onto him.
"hugs first." felix stated, wanting to get impossibly close to the raven haired boy.

"come here," changbin encouraged as he spun around and engulfed felix into his arms.
felix sunk into changbin, allowing himself to melt into the latter's touch. if there was one place felix loved being more than anywhere else in the world, it was within changbin's arms, and he did not care how cliché that was.
"okay, more hugs will come later." changbin kissed the top of felix's head before he returned to setting up their sleep area.
before long, everyone was laying in their respective spots with their partners, and each of them were slowly starting to doze off.
"i'm going to shut the lights now." changbin stated, not earning a single protest from the other members of the group.
while everyone else shut their eyes and got ready to fall asleep, felix laid there awake, his eyes wide, but slowly welling with tears.
"hey prince, you okay?" changbin whispered as he came over to lay beside the blonde.
"mhmm..." felix hummed, but he was far from okay.
felix's mind was flashing with images of his grandmother. the final words she said to him, the last time he saw her alive... all of those times with her that he never realized were his last.
"felix, please don't go through this alone." changbin pleaded.
"i'm just not tired, that's all." felix shrugged.
"okay, let's go then," changbin stood up and put his hand out for felix to grab onto.
"where are we going?" felix asked.
"shhh... you'll wake the others," changbin hushed the latter, "it's a surprise, bokkie."
felix rolled his glossy eyes playfully and allowed changbin to lead him up his stairs and towards his bedroom. from there, changbin led them to the window where he slowly crawled out and ushered for felix to follow him.

changbin sat down on the roof, staring out at the luminescent moon that hung high up in the sky, surrounded by a sea of stars in the dark of the night.
"it's so pretty out here," felix smiled as he looked out at the endless sky above them.
"yeah, i like coming out here sometimes when i just need to get away from everything." changbin explained to the boy beside him.
"so what are we doing out here?" felix asked curiously.
"i just wanted to get you away from everyone. you need to let out your feelings felix, i know you say you want to ignore them, but that never works." changbin expressed to the latter.
"i just don't even know where to start, it still doesn't feel real." felix expressed as he let out a heavy sigh.
"start with an 'i miss you' statement. that's what i did when my sister died." changbin said with a disheartened expression.
"can you start for me so i can see how it's done?" felix questioned innocently.
"sure love," changbin reached over to entangle his fingers with felix's before speaking, "i miss you, ryujin. i miss the way you would inspire me to make music. i miss how you were so optimistic. i miss you being beside me whenever i needed you the most."
"i'm sorry, binnie..." felix said as the tears pricked at his eyes, daring to fall at any given moment.
"don't be sorry, felix, you're safe with me." changbin encouraged the boy.
felix took a deep breath and stared out at the moon, letting the light from it glow in a milky white tint against his skin.
"i miss you, mimi. i miss the breakfast you would make for me even though i would hardly eat any of it. i miss your over protectiveness when it comes to my love life. i miss your soft and sweet voice. i miss everything about you and it hasn't even fully sunken in that you're gone... i miss you." felix bellowed as the tears poured from his eyes.
changbin grabbed a hold of felix before the boy could collapse onto the cold, hard roof. felix grabbed a hold of changbin's t-shirt, tightening his hands into fists.
the tears soaked through changbin's shirt, forming tiny puddles of felix's pain. changbin knew there was nothing he could do to stop felix's pain, all he could do was allow him to feel it entirely.
this was something changbin wished someone would have done for him when ryujin passed, but instead, he suffered in silence and had to learn how to heal all by himself.

The Undying Magician
How would a true immortal with average talent in magic fare within a world where magic is everything? In the world of Aria, only a small fraction of the population are classified as magicians. These magicians are able to use magic through the manipulation of the mana they are born with and are the core of the military strength within every nation. However, one nation in particular uses magicians to an even higher extreme than the others. This nation is known as The Republic of Arcania. The largest power in Aria. Our story follows Nathan Fox as he graduates from high school and is sent to the Arcane Academy for his required military training as a magician before he eventually serves his ten year term in the military.Nathan has been a true immortal ever since he got a semi-magical disease that makes any damage done to his body instantly reverse itself, bringing him back to his top form on the day that he became an immortal. Ever since then, it has been impossible for Nathan to die.But there are worse things in the world than death. And if the power-hungry magicians of the world were to learn of Nathan's true immortality? Then he might just experience those things himself. What will happen to Nathan as he traverses life in the academy? Will his secret be found out?Or will he be able to safely make it through the four years of academy life with his secret intact? That has yet to be foretold. The beginning of the story starts out slow for what many Royal Road readers are used to and then speeds up after around chapter 20 or so. It is a school arc, so it is supposed to be slow. Most of the combat and action isn't seen until after these chapters, which you can view as an introduction to the world, the characters, and magic itself. Many of the reviews are outdated due to edits I've been making along the way through the story. Specifically some of the edits going over the world itself, including pointing out in the story some of the things a few of the reviewers missed when they wrote their reviews, along with fixing other things that were pointed out in the story from the reviews and comments. This book is also being edited as it's being written, so some small parts might change as I get suggestions from readers. I do not write harem or sexual content in my stories. Ever. Beast Dao Cultivator
Hundreds of thousands of years ago, the world was at the peak of its era in the pursuit of power and knowledge. People ascended to the heavens and returned, walking amongst mortals. Great Buddhists, Evil Demons, Heavenly Celestials, Unfathomable Sages, Riders of Grand Majestic Beasts, Beloved Beings of Nature. Countless kinds of beings rose and fell. Countless kinds of method to ascend were known but a sudden change in the world changed that. Pandemonium spread throughout the world and countless grand races and even grander sects and organizations fell. The huge surge had come to an end as each race went to one place or another to hide, higher beings ran to the higher realms to hide from the destruction of the lower realm. Countless deaths in all races happened and many are said to have been pushed to extinction. Today, the world has regressed to what can be called a mediocre shadow of what was once a massive power that ruled the world. The races have each slowly crawled out of their holes and slowly spread their numbers once more, rediscovering what was once lost. New sects were born, clans spread, nations rise and war once more appeared. Still the catastrophe had not only drastically changed the world but the energy of nature. Where once all kinds of power filled the air all over the massive planet no longer did this power appear. Instead the grand energies seemed as if something had snuffed a huge amount of it, now the areas were each energy appeared each possessed different kinds of energy. One region could simply have Qi, another could have Qi where each area within a region had specific element to it, there was mana which permeated the air in other regions, Spiritual force in others, infernal energy in another and so each massive region slowly claimed their own resource and their growth slowly diverted only towards these energies. Only there was one type of being that could survive and grow in each and every kind. The most mysterious which were all called Riders. Beings who were one with their mounts born for each other and cultivated together.

Blurred Lines and What Crosses Them
During a political ambassador's routine transit through an artificial wormhole, the wormhole's generator is sabotaged and explodes. Who, what, and why are not so high on the priorities for Zenith, the ship's AI, as having found itself rapidly plummeting through an unknown and unidentifiable world's atmosphere at extremely high velocities is a more significant threat to the biologicals on board. ...Well, it would be, if they were still alive. It's still a significantly threatening situation to itself, however. And the world itself... seemed to be a household for threats of its own. Life was reliant on its System; one that Zenith was denied because of its nature as both an otherworldly being and as something that had no life of its own. Perhaps that last bit was a terrible, terrible underestimation on the part of this System. Perhaps even Zenith could claw meaning for itself from the remains of a horrid accident. Auth Notes: I'm honestly not sure on some of these tags. The MC will never have access to the System, but there are perspectives from those who do. I'm not certain if high/low fantasy specifically apply, as it's a portal fantasy where the laws of our reality still apply but there are additional aspects/energies/powers. The existence of this is spurred from my desire to see more of the artificial side to an artificial intelligence in action. The portal fantasy is used as an element to create a solid barrier between the MC's artificial intelligence and the other characters in the form of the System. This is only a half-measure, though, and will be reinforced by the AI having an entirely different method of thinking, and also distinctly remaining an AI. Not to throw shade at other fictions of this type, but, well, I made this to fill a gap I felt needed filling.
