Third Person POV
Leo sighed as he watched Luffy cry when Shanks was leaving, he chuckled to himself before looking away with his arms crossed. He was planning on leaving as well but just a few minutes after Shanks left, he wanted to spend a few more minutes with Luffy, Makino & the mayor before leaving for awhile
"Next time you'll be meeting him out on sea, neh, Luffy?" Makino said to him as she crouched down next to him
"Y-Yeah!" Leo pushed himself off the building on & walked up to the two
"Maybe you'll even meet me." he looked up & Leo & hugged him, he was a little surprised at this action. He slowly looked down at Luffy before crouching down & hugging him back, Luffy cried into his chest so he (Leo) patted his head
"Its okay...?" Makino then giggled
"Your like a big brother to Luffy." his eyes widened for a sec before looking down at Luffy who had suddenly fallen asleep in his arms. She laughed this time when she saw that Leo smiled & hugged Luffy even closer to him
"I've never been the older brother too... anyone." he muttered to himself & soon enough that childish smile appeared on his face again "I like the sound of that!" he stood up & followed Makino to where Luffy was staying, he tucked him in bed & actually kissed his forehead, to which Luffy smiled in his sleep
"He looks cute when he's asleep, right?" Makino said as Leo walked out of the room
"You could say that, he looks more calmer then when he's awake." Makino tilted her head to the side when Leo reached into his pocket to grab something & he pulled out a transponder "When he wakes up, give him this."
"W-What is it?"
"Its a transponder snail, so I can still talk to him even when I'm not here." she suddenly started to smile as she pulled him into a hug
"It seems like Luffy changed you, you use to seem so cold & distant... now look at you!" he blushed hearing that but sighed as he wrapped his arms around her rather small & delicate body, she unwrapped her arms from him but pulled him down so she coul dkiss his forehead

"M-Makino...?"
"Be safe out there Lyon-san, it'd be a shame if you suddenly disappeared out there without a trace." he nodded his head
"I'll make sure I won't." she waved him goodbye but this time he was stopped by the mayor this time "Mayor?"
"Take this, don't want you to get a sunburn now do we?" it was a hat
"Why are you giving me a hat?"
"Don't want it?"
"No no no, that's not it! I'm just curious on why your giving me a hat." the mayor motioned for Leo to crouch down, so he did, & he (mayor) set the hat on his head
"Its rude not to give a guest a parting gift." Leo stood up straight before looking in a mirror to see his reflection "Do you like it?" he nodded his head
"I do, thank you!" he then hugged the mayor & lifted him up off the ground "Thank you!"
"That's quite alright young man but, please put me down!"
"Oh sorry." Leo put him down & scratched the back of his head "Well, thank you again for the hat but, I'll be going now. I've stayed on this island a bit to longer then I was planning too." he whistled & Sil came running up to them
"Dang, nice hat."
"Thank the mayor for that." the two walk over to the docks before jumping into their little boat & sailing away from Dawn Island
"Hey Leo, I heard that the East Blue was known to be the weakest of any of the seas."
"Hmm, really now... lets visit a few other islands that belong in the east blue, shall we?"
Lyon POV
I tap my foot on the ground as I watched people roam around the island with what seemed like uncomfortable expressions, I scratch the back of my head as I felt rather uncomfortable myself. I took a few deep breaths but calmed down completely when I felt Sil nudge my leg, I wiped away the sweat that was appearing & put on a shaky smile
"T-Thank you..."

"Excuse me but..." he looks up & was shocked to see a man with a lot of stitches on his body, wearing a hat with a windmill on it "What business do you have on this island, pirate?"
"Nothing really, thought I'd just cruise around the east blue for awhile before heading back into the Grand Line. I won't cause any trouble, I swear."
"How can I trust you?"
"Your just gonna have to." he glared at me while I just shrugged & took a sip of the drink I was currently drinking, I hum in satisfaction "What drink is this? It taste amazing."
"Its tangerine juice, made from the tangerines up in the grove." I look over & I could clearly see the tangerines from where I was sitting, I stand up & hand the man a sack of gold "Whats this...?"
"Look inside it, please give it to the people who own those tangerines, they are perfect." once he looked inside his eyes widened, I go to walk away but stopped in my tracks when I heard a scream of pain "What was that...?" the man looked away as he scratched his arm
"I guess someone couldn't pay them."
"Pay them?" he pointed over to who screamed & it appeared to be a man & towering over him was a fishman
'Whats a fishman doing in the East Blue?' I thought to myself "Why the hell is nobody doing anything to save him? He clearly needs help."
"We're too weak, even so... Arlong will destroy the village if we fight back." I grit my teeth, I hear Sil growl but I gestured to him to calm down. I take a deep breath before walking over to where the scene "W-Wait, what are you doing?!"
"You humans are so weak!"
"H-Have mercy!" he brings his sword down but I blocked it with the rim of my bow
"What do you think your doing?" he growled at me, I just had this straight face "Oh I see, you must be new. Around here, you either pay your end of the deal or you die."
"..."
"Not talking huh, must be scared out of your mind." he chuckled darkly & backed away, I pull an arrow out & aim it towards him "Oh, what's that gonna do? I bet if I let you hit me I'll just walk it off." I look up at him as my sunglasses fell down a bit, showing my unnatural eyes
"I'd like to see you walk this off."
Before I let go I noticed that his smirk disappeared as he started to tremble in fear, luckily this arrows merely goes through my enemy but their insides get totaled. He coughed up blood before falling to his knees, then onto his face. I slowly walk over to him, grabbed his hair & lifted his head up so he could face me
"Now let me make myself clear. As long as I'm here, no harm will come to this village or the civilians living in it. If I even hear that something is out of place, I will come back & I will show you no FUCKING mercy." I noticed that he started crying "Do I make myself clear...?"
"Y-Y-Yes sir!!"
"Then what are you still doing here?! Run! Get lost!" I let him go & he scurried away "& you better not rat me out, or sell the village out you pussy!" & he ran away while crying "What a crybaby." i was suddenly lifted into the air by the villagers
"Our hero!"
"Hero...?"
"You saved us!" they put me down & actually started celebrating, I scratch the back of my neck
"I didn't exactly save them... I bet they'll be back." I muttered but then soon enough the same guy with multiple scars approached me
"I haven't formally introduced myself to you, my name is Genzo." I put my bow & arrows away as I bow
"My name is Stoneheart D. Lyon, but everyone calls me Leo for short." we shake hands & then I started thinking "Are those people who grow the tangerines up there right now?" I ask, he nodded his head
"Yes, why?"
"I'd like to tip them myself."
