《Harley Quinn x Reader Oneshots》Gang Leader

It wasn't easy being the leader of one of the most notorious gangs in Gotham City. You had to keep a lot of brutal men under your control at all times and had gotten into many violent fights throughout the past years. It didn't help that everyone underestimated you because you were a woman. But business was important to you and it had to come first. You would have never let something like love get in the way of what had to be done. It was your gang's job that day to provide the Joker with weapons. He was willing to pay good money for them. You and the gang had gotten hold of the best guns that you could find.
"Where should I put these boss?" one of the henchman asked.
"Load them into the back of the car and then gather up some of the men. We're heading to his club in an hour," you told him.
"Right boss." He, along with some of the other henchman, began to load the weapons into the car. You went inside and started to get ready to go to the club.
-
An hour later and you were in the car driving to the Joker's club. You stopped outside a large, gold building. "This the place boss?" one of the henches asked. You nodded.
"Yes." You helped to unload the weapons from the car and got out. Two of the Joker's own goons stood outside the club, looking menacing. It was a very exclusive club. Most people would have gotten scared off but you didn't scare easily. You walked confidently up to them. "I'm here to see J about some business." You gestured to the weapons being carried by your henches. They exchanged a look before they nodded and let you pass.
When you got inside the club, the atmosphere was unlike anywhere else in Gotham. There was gold and bright lights everywhere, the perfect place for the 'King of Gotham' to own. But it was also packed with people and very hot and you just couldn't wait to get out of this place. 'It won't take long. Just a quick and easy sale, should be over in less than 20 minutes," you thought. You looked around and one of the henches pointed to a seating area at the top of the club.

"Over there boss. That's where J handles all his business with clients." You nodded and started to make your way over there with the others. You were being glared at by even more of his thugs until he said something to them that you weren't close enough to hear and they stepped out of the way to let you in.
"It's nice to finally meet you in person, J," you said and held out your hand.
"He doesn't shake hands. Just sit down," one of his henches said. You dropped your hand back down and sat with a few of your own henches. J was grinning at you over his cane, showing all his silver teeth.
"You have what I ordered?" he asked. You nodded.
"The best I could get hold of. I promise you won't get any better anywhere else," you assured him.
"Let's see then," he grinned. You took the first gun out of the box and began to properly show him each one and tell him about them. After about 10 minutes, you noticed he wasn't really paying attention. He had gotten distracted by a lady and was staring at her. There were crowds of people eyeing her up as she danced on the stage and clearly the Joker wasn't happy about it. He noticed you had stopped and held up a hand. "Excuse me for one second." He walked over to where the lady was dancing and whistled. "Come to daddy," he said to the lady. She giggled and came over.
"Sure puddin'!" she grinned. She had a short gold dress on and colourful pink, blue and blonde hair. She was beautiful, you thought. You felt weird for thinking that though. She came over and sat next to him. You were about to start showing him the guns again when you felt like you were being watched. You glanced over at the lady and saw she was staring at you. She was grinning and biting her fingernail, a strand of her hair wrapped around the finger. "Who's the pretty lady puddin'?" she asked him. He frowned.
"It doesn't matter who she is, Harl. She's here for some business of mine and I've told you to keep out of my business," he growled at her. She pouted but continued to stare at you. You swallowed hard as you felt strange towards her. You continued your business with J and she never seemed to take her eyes off of you. For the whole time, she was playing with her hair while smirking and even winked at you once or twice. You knew you were starting to develop a crush on her and wanted this visit to just be over. "Alright, I'll take them," J said finally and handed over the money. You sighed in relief.

"Nice doing business with you." You remembered not to shake his hand and got up to leave. As you were walking out of the club, you couldn't seem to get Harley off of your mind. You had never felt this way for anyone before, man or woman. Love just wasn't something you had ever cared about. You had nearly made it to the door when a hand tapped your shoulder. You turned around and was staring straight into Harley's eyes. She grinned and held out her hand.
"Harley Quinn. Who are ya?" she asked. You slowly took her hand and gave her a small smile.
"I'm (Y/N). (Y/N) (L/N)," you told her. She grinned again.
"Well it's nice ta meet ya (Y/N). Tell me, what's a cute lil number like yaself doing with all those big men?" You felt your cheeks flush at her calling you cute.
"Oh...well I'm a gang leader you see. They're my men." She raised an eyebrow.
"A gang leader? What made ya want ta be a gang leader?" she asked. You shrugged a little.
"I get a lot of good business. And good business means good money." She nodded at that.
"Well I suppose that's true, sugar. But they're all men," she pointed out. You sighed and nodded.
"I know. There just aren't many women interested in being part of a gang these days. Everyone always thinks it strange when they find out I'm a gang leader."
"Well...I don't ya think ya strange. But I bet ya miss out on a lot of female company." She was slowly moving towards you but you didn't step back.
"I suppose so," you said, your voice starting to sound shaky. She just smirked.
"I do love a bad girl..." she whispered. You swallowed and changed the subject.
"So uh why are you with all those men?" You pointed to the Joker and his goons.
"Oh...well don't ya know? I'm Mistah J's girl," she said. You nodded.
"Figured as much from him not letting anyone else have their eyes on you." She sighed a little.
"Yes. Puddin' never lets me have any fun when he can see everyone else starin' at me." She took another step closer. "But what he doesn't see won't kill him, right sugar?" You still didn't step back. You knew it was wrong but, strangely for you, you seemed to have fallen completely in love with her. She was so close now that her lips brushed against yours. "How about we go somewhere where Mistah J won't see..." she whispered. She took your arm and pulled you into the bathroom but you didn't try to pull away.
"Are...are you sure about this? J...he-"
"Shh." She cut you off. Suddenly, she pushed you up against the bathroom wall and pressed her lips against yours, effectively shutting you up. You started to kiss back until you were both deeply kissing each other. Her hands were moving to your hips when someone else walked in.
Harley quickly pulled away and headed over to the mirrors, pretending to be doing her makeup. She touched up her lipstick and came back over to you when the other person went into the toilets. "That was fun, sugar. Please visit again soon." She winked and walked out, leaving you speechless.

The Undead Revolution
This was my first attempt at writing a story, in hiatus indefinitely. This story follows Silvy, half-elf, a rare race despised by both humans and elves. Having never met her father, the first years of her life were spent together with her mother, who had to leave her native village because of the blasphemy she had committed by giving birth to Silvy. At the age of eight, Silvy became an orphan and was left to fend for herself. Her mother had died of illness, Silvy’s life turning upside down: the child went from living in a modest but cozy home with poor but daily meals to live outside the walls in the slums, where crime was commonplace and food was scarce. Luck had yet to abandon her completely though, because a group of orphans like Silvy decided to help, integrating her into their group and teaching the tricks of the trade; that is, stealing and swindling. But fate had not yet finished playing with her. Kidnapped and frightened, her life will turn upside down again when she awakens as undead, but still able to think clearly.

The Guild
The world is broken. The apocalypse came and went, and only a fragment of humanity is left, scrambled into an unrecognizable mess. Gates open periodically, leading to alien worlds, while dungeons form from damaged minds, creating nightmares for the unsuspecting. Some might see it as the end times. A hellscape. A story of humans pushed to their breaking points, desperately grasping for the last bits of humanity as the world crumbles around them. But a few might disagree. One man, in particular, sees opportunity. A chance. A path forward, to bring humanity from the depths of despair and turn it into a victory - a luxury. To remake the world even better than it was, dragging earth forward onto the galactic stage. It will require violence, lies, betrayals, magic, more violence, and the occasional genocide. But, hey. Everything worth doing is hard, right?
