Let's just say Jisung didn't mean to fall this hard.
He didn't expect to like the simple chaste pecks a certain green haired male usually gave him, this much.
He didn't expect to crave them as much as he did.
He didn't expect for his heart to act like some crazed maniac whenever the said male was around.
He also hated himself for falling so deep into this endless pit called love. Jisung was supposed to fall for someone else, not his best friend he's known since diapers.
It was wrong.
Chenle had a girlfriend already, he shouldn't be hoping and fantasizing that one day, they will be together. He could see how happy the elder was with his girlfriend.
The way his eyes sparkle whenever he spots the girl. The way he clings onto her and shower her in the utmost affection he could offer.
They way he looks like he's in heaven whenever he's near her.
He wished he could look at him that way.
It was frustrating for Jisung. Being in love with his best friend, then adding on the fact that he was a hormone filled teenager.
Then, Chenle just had to give him random pecks on the cheeks, forehead, nose, head, hand, you name it. Except the lips.
Making his heart race at impossible speeds, his face flare up in multiple shades of scarlet. Making him stumble over his words.
How was he supposed to survive high school with this?
The boy groaned and buried his face into his crossed arms on the table.
He pushed his earplugs into his ears, putting his playlist on shuffle as he closed his eyes. Not even 5 minutes later, he felt someone tapping on his shoulder.
Jisung, being quite annoyed already, ignored the person. In hopes that they would just leave him alone as they couldn't get him to wake up.

But no, they didn't leave. They kept poking his shoulder, then they started to poke his arm.
"What the fuck do you want?" He picked his head up from the table to face the annoying person that kept poking him.
His annoyed expression quickly changed when he realized it was the green haired boy he was thinking about so much.
"I just saw you in here and wanted to bother you since I'm bored." Chenle slipped on a sly smile.
"You are unbelievable. What happened to Jieun? Why aren't you bothering her instead?"
"She's busy with club work right now."
Jisung just sighed and pushed out the chair across from him with his feet, motioning for the latter to sit down.
Chenle did just that, smiling brightly whilst skipping to his side of the table. The elder noticed the abandoned chemistry text book opened next to Jisung,"Aren't you supposed to study for the chem test coming up?"
"Yeah, but I gave up. I know enough to pass so it's fine."
"Do you want me to tutor you?" Chenle asked, flipping through the bookmarked parts in the younger's textbook.
"T-Tutor? I'm not that dumb, Lele." That was close, Jisung almost slipped up.
"I know you're not—well..."
"Oh shut your face, don't act like you're so smart." Jisung exclaimed, rolling his eyes.
"But I am."
"What are these lies I'm hearing?"
"Okay, that third grade year does not count. Ms.Im hated me! She was out for me, I swear she was."
"Who wouldn't be after you if you literally super glued their phone, face down, onto their desk?" Jisung stated, proving his point.
"I was forced to!"
"By who? Casper the ghost?" Jisung asked in retaliation.

Chenle just gave the latter an 'I'm so done with your bullshit' look.
For the rest of break, the two talked and talked. Bringing up embarrassing childhood memories and some school drama. Then, it dipped into relationships.
"When are you going to get a girlfriend Jisung?" Chenle asked, fiddling with Jisung's pen.
"I-um, I—I don't know." Jisung panicked.
Since the two were so tight, almost no secrets were kept between the two. But Jisung has been keeping these two secrets for quite a while, afraid that if he spilled, Chenle might leave him forever.
One secret was that, he was in fact, gay. Second, he had a huge ass crush on Chenle.
"Well, I know this really cute girl in my class. She might be a perfect match too." Chenle recommended, raising a suggestive eyebrow.
"No, I'm fine Lele. I'm too busy getting my shit together to be in a relationship right now." Jisung lied, hoping Chenle would believe him.
"But I want you to be happy Ji. You seemed really down these days, I thought you were just lonely since I've been spending time with Jieun." The elder was genuinely concerned for his best friend's emotional health.
Jisung had always tried to cover up the fact that he was hurt or sad, but Chenle had always seen through the boy's mirage. And right now, he could see that Jisung was lonely.
The boy looked affection and attention deprived.
So, he got up from his seat and went around the table to Jisung's side of the table. He pulled out the seat next to the younger male and sat down facing him.
Jisung furrowed his brows at the elder's actions.
"Ji, come here." Chenle motioned Jisung to come closer to him.
The younger leaned in closer, feeling his stomach erupt in butterflies.
"Yes?"
Chenle then cupped Jisung's jaw, placing one kiss on each cheek.
"Feel better now?" He asked quietly, looking at the slightly flushed boy in front of him.
Jisung just huffed and scrunched up his nose,"Why are you always giving me kisses? Aren't you just my friend?"
"So? I like giving you kisses. Besides, who said friends can't give each other little pecks?"
"You're so weird Lele."
"I know."

The Ocean Flame Palace Host
Schedule: I am officially going on an indefinite hiatus. Sorry to all readers but I just don't have any more ideas. Hai Yun is the youngest Divine Rank Alchemist on the Scarlet Flame continent. He was an orphan picked up by a wandering Alchemist Grand master and raised in the Crystal Ocean Alchemy Sect. As he soon got bored of refining other people’s recipes, he started creating his own. One such recipe was of an elixir that can allow one to retain their memories through reincarnation. He thought this heaven defying elixir could bring about a new golden age for alchemists, to let them keep all of their experience after death. However it only brings about a calamity as the other powers of the martial world immediately begin lusting after this divine object. They attack the Crystal Ocean Alchemy Sect en masse, razing it to the ground. To keep them from getting it, Hai Yun devours the Elixir and obliterates his body so they can never even find another trace of it in this world. However, in his reincarnation a series of very interesting things happen… Glossary: Wuxia Fantasies ***DISCLAIMER*** I do not own any of the artwork which was used in the book cover. HEIMDALLR
After his first life, Heimdallr felt he had lived a decent way; he wrote stories and lived a simple life, avoiding publicity and focused on promoting growth to the few who cherished his works. But after being reborn as Heimdallr Dagrsson, one of the many sons of Daesal's greatest warrior Dagr, he was put into a world devoid of wide-spread access to reading and writing. Instead, he was dropped into a world where fighting and death commonly reared their heads. Now, faced between his unsupported passion and his new life's innate talent and upbringing, he will have to find his new path. He will forge a new story that would make even himself dubious of whether or not it's fact or fable. HEIMDALLR is a story taking place in the setting created for another previous work of mine called KOBOLD. It follows a reincarnated person trying to wrestle between their old life and new life's wants and needs, all the while adapting to the situations that arise out of his control. Heimdallr starts out trying to survive and live a new life, all the while facing challenges and growth both fantastical and painfully real. Loosely inspired by Norse mythology and histories (names and some themes), spun into a fantasy, grit-rooted world. Skål! All content warning tags are applied so as to allow freedom of writing but there is no intent of excess or even regular use of these themes. Regardless of this, any and all uses will have dedicated warnings presented in the chapter whenever they are present! Reader beware!
