"George wake up.... George... GEORGE" Dream yells. "Hu-HUh?" George jumps in fright. "Fuck... what Dream" George mumbles. "Seriously" Dream giggled. "What?" George asks. "We were in the middle off.." Dream continues. "Fucking? Oooh right.. sorry I'm tired, maybe later" George mumbles, turning around to drift back to sleep. Dream scoffs. Dream walks over to George, picking him up bridal style. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING!!? LET ME GO" George screams. Dream enters his bedroom, dropping the small boy on the bed. Dream crawls on the bed, wrapping his arms around the smaller boy. "I may not be able to fuck you right now.. but I want cuddles" Dream demands. "Okay.." George mumbles as he rests his head under the taller boys chin, resting on his chest.
~The next morning~
"Sapnap im going out, tell George I won't be long" Dream says. "Ok Dream" Sapnap replies. "Bye Sapmap" Dream laughs closing the door. "THATS NOT MY NAME DICKHEAD" Sapnap shouts.
Dream gets into the car and turns the radio on, vibing to music. Dream is supper sleepy, he didn't get much sleep last night. Dream slowly begins drifting off to sleep...
"Morning Sap.." George mumbles. "Hey man" Sapnap replies. "Where's Dream" George asks. "He went out somewhere, he said he wouldn't be long" Sapnap says.
"Move over.. I wanna see" George says. "It's just the news George" Sapnap replies. "Is that Dreams car?..." George mumbles. "Holy fuck" Sapnap shouts. "Please tell me that ISNT HIM" George says, beginning to stress out. Sapnap eyes start to water, He runs out the door getting in his car to find the closes hospital. "SAPNAP WAIT" George yells. "HURRY UP AND GET IN" Sapnap shouts. George quickly gets into the car and Sapnap drives off.
Finally after 15 minutes they arrive at the hospital.

"Hi, is there a Patient named Dream in this hospital.. he was in a car crash this morning" Sapnap quickly says. "Room 1k450, just down the hall on your right" The lady says. "Thank you" George says as Sapnap and him sprint down the hall. The boys enter the room coming across a sleeping tall blonde. "D-Dream" The smaller boy cries. George walks over to Dreams bed, reaching for his hand. George holds a tight grip on Dreams hand. "Please wake up.." George mumbles. Sapnap stands there, crying. Sapnap slowly makes his way over to Dreams bed. "You can call me Sapmap as much as you want" Sapnap laughs as tears run out of his eyes. Both boys turn around to the sound of a nurse walking into the room. She looks.. sad. "I regret to inform you that Dream might not make it.." The nurse says. "W..what!" Sapnap shouts. Tears roll down the smaller boys face even faster. "Wake up Dream!" George sobs.
A few hours has past and George still hasn't let go of Dreams hand, continuous cries coming from both boys. "I think I'm gonna sleep here tonight" Sapnap mumbles. "I will too.." George replies. Both boys smiling at each other.
