aizawa rolled his neck from side to side, wanting to relieve it of it's pains. while he did that, his silver wedding ring band revealed itself from under his clothes, catching the attention of midoriya izuku.

the younger boy was visibly shocked. none of class a knew that their homeroom teacher had a wife, and just assumed that aizawa was a lonely old man teaching kids like them because he had nothing else to do.

like most of the times, izuku rushed to tell uraraka, a.k.a. his girlfriend. "ochaco! did you know that mr. aizawa is married?"

the girl spun around and eyed him with dubious eyes. "no way. how come we haven't seen the wedding ring on his finger?"

"that's because he hung it around his neck!" izuku explained. ochaco still looked a bit doubtful of the statement, but then her confusion began to clear up when aizawa's rings made itself known again.

pretty soon, the whole of class a was wondering who aizawa's wife (or husband) could be. all their chatterings didn't go past aizawa, of course.

at the end of the day, he said, "if ever you do find it who has the other ring around my neck, then you're going to be excused of homework for three days. but you only have one try. good luck."
