Vania POV
"Your mother's been calling. She's been looking for you two." Hans told us as we were walking in.
"We're right here." Charlie reply as we both sit down. I put my head in his shoulder and I hold his hand. We both been very close ever since we left Eden Hall. Luis has try to call me and text me. He even try to come over but I alway told Casey to tell him that I wasn't home.We heard that Hans was listening to game of Eden Hall. Hans was quick to turn it off
"Sounds like the team needs you two, huh" Han spoke up
"They don't need us. What they need is a new coach." Charlie reply
"You're not a little kids anymore. Please stop acting this way." Han told us. I just look down.
"I just don't know what this guy wants from me" Charlie just reply
"He won't let you just skate by. He demands more. He wants it because he knows that it is there inside of you. Like Gordon did. He needs you to lead." Hans told Charlie. I just nudge Charlie. Letting him know that I agree with Hans
"How can he expect me to lead when he takes away my C' ? I was the captain, Hans." Charlie said
"It's only a letter, Charlie. Here, I have hundreds." Hans threw Charlie couple of C's.
"These are not the same. Don't make fun of me, Hans." Charlie threw them to the table infront of the table
"He took away the "C,'' Charlie, not what was under it. Go. Be with your friends, both of you. You are the heart of the team. Don't let it slip away." Hans told us
"They're the ones that are slipping away from us. " Charlie stand up and I follow. I hear Hans take a breath. I stop also stopping Charlie

"Charlie I don't think that Hans was playing. I believe that he did so we wouldn't worry" I spoke up.
"It's fine. You know that he plays around a lot." Charlie reply putting his arm around me.
"Charlie can we go to our place" I asked Charlie
"Sure V but why" Charlie asked confused
"It's been while since we went and I miss our conversation that we had there" I reply.
"Let's go" Charlie reply and we ran to our place.
It's the pond that we first ever skate on. It's a water but we still love it. We sat down.
"Remember the first time we ever skate here" Charlie asked. I nod
"I remember how your dad would talk about seeing us being each other best friend for the rest of our lives" Charlie chuckled.
"I miss the old times" I whispered.
Charlie took his hand in mine. I got closer to him. I put my head in his shoulder and his head on mine.
"We are ducks" Charlie spoke.
"Forever and ever" I replied.
