yoongi, bored out of his mind, decided to get onto instagram and scroll around. his biology class that morning had ended hours ago, and he was left with little to no work at the moment. that jeongguk boy still had not left his mind, either. and considering the fact he liked the post from earlier, he was at least a little interested.

going to their profile, he saw the two latest posts. he looked at the one before the most latest. the comments were mainly about where he was. he shrugged, thinking at least someone else was doing something with their life. the second picture, though, caught him off guard.

why would they take a picture of him, half of his skin showing, and post it? he read the caption before turning to the comments. reading the few comments before a few certain ones caught his eye. he had class in about fifteen minutes now and was sleeping in a friend's dorm. another person caught his eye, namjoonie.

it probably was the namjoon they had over the previous night. yoongi shrugged, clicking his phone off before sliding his shoes on. he left his dorm and walked onto campus, craving a coffee from the cafe near their college. he walked for awhile, and saw a group of three boys walking quickly towards him, being loud and carrying bags.

“jeongguk-ah! you're paying for dinner tonight if we're late!”

“but hyung!”

one of them wasn't looking where they were going, unsurprisingly, and ran into yoongi. the three stopped, looking towards the boy, who has fell to the ground and scraped his hand. he mumbled a short string of curse words.

“good going, hoseok-hyung,” one of the boys said. yoongi glanced back, seeing one of the boys look deeply guilty and worried.

“i'm sorry! i didn't hurt you or anything, did i?” one of the boys asked. he was offering his hand, but yoongi stood up himself, examining his hand before looking at him.

“maybe try looking where you walk next time, it isn't that hard, you can see, right?” yoongi said, his tone a little rude. the two other boys looked at him before the blonde one stepped forward.

“look, he's sorry, but you don't need to be rude about it.”

“because of him i scraped my hand and it may get infected,” yoongi countered. hoseok stared at the ground, the blonde trying to comfort him. yoongi looked at the other boy, and recognized him as jeongguk, yet he didn't say anything.

“we're sorry, then,” jeongguk said, bowing slightly, “come on, let's go. i'll pay for dinner tonight.”

the three began walking towards their next class, the blonde rubbing circles on hoseok's back while jeongguk threw his hands behind his head, sighing out in frustration and relief. yoongi stared at them shortly before turning and going on his way. so jeongguk was considerate? yoongi was getting mixed signals, unable to come to a conclusion.

he eventually made it to the cafe, ordering his drink and began to head back towards his dorm.
