once the seven of them had claimed their dorms, they all went back to chill at namjoon's house. yoongi sat on the couch on his phone, scrolling through instagram while jeongguk slept on top of him, head resting his chest. seokjin was busy making lunch and namjoon was busy studying english, since he was planning to take seokjin to the states, yet seokjin didn't know just yet.
he had family living there, but he wanted to take his boyfriend out into the city. he was planning to take him during winter break so then he could take pictures of him in the snow. he smiled to himself, just a little bit proud that he was able to learn a new language so quickly.
taehyung, hoseok and jimin were busy playing mario kart in the living room alongside jeongguk and yoongi. the three were almost screaming, but yoongi kept them in check, making sure that jeongguk stayed asleep. hoseok, though, was pushing that line, which was somewhat agitated yoongi.
“hoseok, can you quiet down just a little bit more? thanks,” he said with a tone which wasn't that quite nice. yes, he and hoseok were trying to set aside their many differences and fix the past, but they still had their mini fights. hoseok paused and stopped playing the game before looking back at yoongi.
“i'm sorry, if you want peace and quiet why don't you head upstairs? that would be much better, wouldn't it?” hoseok said with a little bit of sass. this was the first time that the two actually fought in front of the others. the other verbal fights were either private or over text.
jimin paused the game, looking back at the two. “let's not get too mean to each other, now,” jimin said with a shaky laugh. he knew their past. he was apart of it, of course. he could still vaguely remember the day that yoongi punched hoseok to the ground.

yoongi ignored jimin. he lifted jeongguk up a little bit, sliding out from under him and standing up. hoseok stood up too, puffing out his chest slightly. yoongi crossed his arms. “you know what? i'm done with this attitude from you!”
“oh please, you sound like my mother! who are you to give me orders?”
“since i'm your superior, you should listen and at least try to follow what i ask of you!”
“with the way you treat me? hell no! you don't even deserve my respect!”
namjoon walked out of the kitchen, searching for what the commotion was about. he saw the two boys looking at each other angrily, arms crossed. he hurriedly walked up to them, pushing the two apart. “are you guys fighting again? gosh! we should just put you two into a room together to set aside your differences.”
“after what he did to my boyfriend? hell no!” yoongi said, loudly. namjoon looked at his friend. he had never once seen the boy raise his voice.
“that's the fucking past! get your head out of the clouds, yoongi. i would never do that again! i've changed,” hoseok said, almost as if he was pleading. he was angry and a little bit sad that yoongi brought the past up. he knew his faults, but the fact that he did it made him feel guilty and bad.
“have you really? all you do is argue with me!”
jeongguk began to stir. nobody noticed, though. he groaned softly, stretching out a little bit. when he heard the raised voices and the frantic ones, too, he opened his eyes and looked around before spotting yoongi and hoseok. they seemed as if they were nearly ready to fight each other. he sat up, rubbing his eyes.

yoongi noticed his boyfriend wake up and looked towards him, which pissed hoseok off even more.
“look at me when i'm speaking, bitch!”
yoongi looked back towards hoseok, beginning to throw a punch, but he was stopped. he felt a pair of arms drag him back. at first he thought it was jeongguk, but it was instead seokjin.
“i can't fucking focus on cooking because of the ruckus you guys are making. both of you, get out,” jin mumbled before raising his voice. he pointed towards the door. yoongi pushed seokjin off him, raising an eyebrow.
“are you crazy? it's raining out there!” hoseok called out. yoongi nodded.
“guess we're all crazy, then, because nobody wants to hear you two arguing,” namjoon said, walking towards the front of the door and grabbing the two pairs of shoes that belonged to his friends. he tossed each pair to the two of them before opening the door. rain poured down quickly.
“out, now.” namjoon looked away from the two. yoongi looked at his boyfriend, who didn't look at him.
“jeongguk, you'll come with me, won't you?”
jeongguk didn't say anything and instead looked at the floor. seokjin grabbed yoongi's arm and dragged him to the door. “of course he won't. one, i'm keeping him here, and two, he's disappointed in you.”
seokjin looked yoongi in the eyes. “you promised him you'd become friends with hoseok. why not now? perfect opportunity!”
he shoved yoongi out the house before grabbing hoseok and pushing him out too. almost immediately they were soaked with rain. yoongi groaned out in frustration, running his hair back with his hands. hoseok looked at him, crossing his arms.
“good going, hyung,” hoseok mimicked him. yoongi rolled his eyes, pulling his car keys out of his back pocket before making his way to his car. hoseok stared after him.
“where you going? just gonna leave me out in the rain? you promised your boyfriend you'd be nicer to me!”
“he's not looking, so i don't have to,” yoongi called out, unlocking his door. hoseok walked over before yoongi could enter his car. he slammed the door shut, crossing his arms.
“i'm coming with you.”
“no, you aren't.”
“yes, i am, now open the car.”
“car's open, you're just blocking it.”
hoseok rolled his eyes, sliding over the hood of the car and entering the passengers side. yoongi was hesitant, but entered the driver's side. it was obvious he was trying to stay as far away from hoseok as he could, too. he sighed, looking at hoseok.
“where to?”
