I feel so horrible. I accused him of being a greedy liar, when he was just really humble. I had to apologize. I shouldn't have jumped to conclusions. I was curious as to why he told me that though. He could've just told me that he's my boss and it was none of my business. He looked into my eyes, and put his hand between us. He moved closer and I could smell that cologne again. He was so close that I could feel the heat radiating off of him. He took his other hand, grabbed my face, and slowly pulled me closer to him. Then he kissed me. I have absolutely no idea why I kissed him back, but I did. He was strong and made sure that I knew he was the dominant one. Even though he was dominant, he was very gentle. When we pulled away, I had to catch my breath. With us breathing heavy in the back of the limo, the driver must have had some idea of what was going on, because he slowed down a bit. It was awkwardly silent until he spoke up.

"I'm so sorry. I don't know what came over me."

"Oh it's fine. It's not like I didn't want you to."

Oh my god. Did I really just say that? I turned so red, and I looked down at my lap.

"I didn't want you to! I mean I wasn't expecting you to but uh I didn't stop it. I'm just gonna stop talking before you fire me."

"Olivia, why would I fire you? You're the best assistant I've ever had."

"Mmhmm. I'm sure you say that to all your assistants that you kiss in the back of a limo."

He sighed and looked ashamed. I really need to stop while I'm ahead.

"I didn't mean anything by that! I uh didn't mean like --"

"It's okay, Olivia. It was my fault. I could understand why you think I only said that because of my interest in you romantically, but that's not it. You are very organized, smart, resourceful, and hard working. I get that you probably think I make a move like this on a lot of girls at the company but I don't."

"That isn't what I meant. I was just trying to lighten the mood so you don't fire me."

"Why would I fire you?"

"You just said it. You have an interest in me romantically so it might not be the best working environment."

"I would never fire you just because I like you. When we're working, as long as you get your job done, you will always have a job. Regardless of how you feel about me, you can work for me as long as you want."

"Have you ever dated an employee like that?"

"No. I've never had an interest in any of them, except now you."

"Why? All of the girls there throw themselves at you and they're beautiful. Even Trinity said she'd date you if she didn't have Nikko. Every girl there thinks you're hot and obviously the money helps too. Why would you like me?"

"Olivia, those girls aren't like you. I think that they're just desperate for a rich man, besides Trinity of course."

"How do you know what I'm like?"

"I don't. But I would like a chance to get to know what you're like."

"Mr. Wright, with all due respect, are you out of your mind?"

"No. Why do you ask?"

"I'm your assistant. You're my boss! In what world would that be okay?"

"People do it all the time."

"I don't need those girls in the office saying I only got the job for my looks or because we're dating. I have integrity. I have pride. I don't need to be known as the whore that sleeps with her boss."

"No one said anything like that."

"Those girls already don't like me. Could you imagine if I took their hot boss off the market?"

"Why do you care what those girls think of you?"

"I don't. I do have to work with them everyday though."

"That's true. So you're sure about this?"

"Yes I'm sure. As long as I work for you, there can't be anything between us."

"I understand. I still had an amazing time this evening."

"So did I. Thank you, Mr. Wright."

"Thank you, Olivia. See you Monday morning?"

"Yes, sir. Goodnight."

"Goodnight, Olivia."

We were already stopped at my place. I got out and went to my door. I opened it, and the limo drove off. All in all, it was a good night. I learned a lot about Mr. Wright, and got a little closer than what I had planned. I couldn't stop thinking about that kiss. It was amazing and so is he. He's one of the nicest guys I know surprisingly, but he's my boss. Trinity would probably be out with Nikko, so I'd have to call her tomorrow to tell her about this. Maybe she could offer some clarity...
