Sal POV
I walked into my bedroom. I laid down on my bed. I was exhausted. I thought about... her. I cracked a smile, thinking about her. I reached behind my head and took my mask off. She was so beautiful. More beautiful then any other girl I have ever seen with my own two eyes. I had just come home from hanging out with her and my other friends. Ever since I saw her for the first time, I couldn't stop thinking about her. She's the sweetest girl I know, one of the only people who excepts me for my looks. I loved her. I was so lost in thought, thinking about her that I didn't here my phone ring. I finally snapped back into reality and looked at my phone. It was Ashley. Just the sight of her name made me blush. I grinned. I picked up the phone. "H-Hello?" I said. "Hey Sally!" Ashley said. The sound of her beautiful voice made me get butterflies in my stomach. "Hey, how are you?" I asked. "Pretty good, today was pretty fun!" Ash replied. She sounded happy, which made me happy. "Yeah, it really was." I said in agreement. "I was wondering if you would like to hang out again sometime soon." She said happily. "That sounds great! I'll invite Larry." I replied. "No! I meant... hanging out as in... the two of us." Ashley added. I blushed. "Oh! A-Alright." I said, surprisingly. "Meet you at the park tomorrow at 10:00?" She questioned. "Wouldn't miss it for the world." I answered, smiling. "Yay! I can't wait!" Ashley said, happily. "Great! See you tomorrow!" I said. "Bye Sal!" Ash continued. "Bye Ashley." I said. She hung up on me. I grinned, blushing. By now, you can infer that Ashley is the girl I have been talking about. I was about to call Larry about all of this, but I decided not to. I didn't really want anyone to know.

-The Next Day-
I panicked as I ripped everything out of my wardrobe. I sweated as I tried to get the perfect outfit. Soft boy? No. Rock? No. Cute boy? No. Formal? I guess it will do. I took my pigtails out. I put on a white button up shirt and black overalls. I also put a black bow tie on. I pulled on black gloves with holes at the fingertips. I smiled at my outfit in the mirror. I walked to the park. I looked around. "Sally Face!" I heard a beautiful voice say behind me. I turned around. My jaw dropped to the ground. Ashley looked more gorgeous than ever. She wore a short, white dress with some black lacing and patterns. The dress revealed her thighs and chest. "Shit..." I said softly. "A-Ash... you look amazing." I continued. Ashley giggled. "Thank you! You do too Sal!" She said happily. I blushed. We hugged. "I'm so glad you came." Ashley said happily. I grinned. "I'm happy that we get to hang with each other." I said. "Me too! Come on, Let's go!" She said, taking my arm and running. I ran with her. We came to a hill. We went over it. There, was a lake. The lake sparkled in the summer sun. Ashley pulled out a picnic blanket form a basket that she brought. She laid it down on the ground. Then she spread out food. "Wow! Did you make all of this?" I asked unbuckling the bottom two buckles of my mask. "Yes, I did." Ashley replied happily. I pulled out a sandwich in the shape of a heart. I blushed. "This is really nice of you Ashley." I said, looking at her. "Oh, it's the least I can do." Ash said, taking the other heart shaped sandwich. I took a bite of the sandwich. "This is delicious, Ash." I said. She smiled. She tried to say something, but instead a bit of food spat out of her mouth. Ash covered her mouth. I chuckled, because honestly, I thought it was the cutest thing ever. "S-Sorry." She said, giggling. "It's ok." I said. We ate most of the food. Then we sat in silence. It was awkward. Ashley stood up. "Come on Sal!" She said. I got up. She took my hand and ran. We ended up in a field of tall grass and wild flowers. We ran around and had fun. We played tag and hid from each other. I felt like a young kid again. I was so happy. I started picking wild flowers. I tried to pick the most beautiful ones. I suddenly felt an intense weight on my back. I saw Ashley's arms around my neck. She had jumped on my back. I smiled. I started spinning around with her on my back. She started giggling. After about 20 seconds, I got dizzy and fell. She fell next to me. We looked at each other, and laughed.
